Cant believe that the technician who works at close proximity to the individual whose hearing is being evaluated does not wear a mask. Also on the way out of the facility the person at the reception desk had taken her mask off. Both incidents are certainly not in compliance with the Covid directives from the Governor and State!

I got my hearing aids from there explain everything to you and help you get your hearing aids I had to go through a foundation to get my hearing aids and just had a donate its a little bit to the foundation they get my hearing aids cuz our insurance dont cover hearing aids in Michigan really good place really nice people and he explains everything to you so you understand and he helps you get your hearing aids if you cannot afford them cuz they are very expensive so he does help you get your hearing aids good place to go

Helpful staff would be the most important thing. The staff has gone through aome turnover but the replacements seem helpful as well.

I like going there but the only problem is they dont keep up on their orders. I asked if they had hearing aid batteries & thoes double domes. They were supposed to order them last week when I was there. He had me come in again for an evaluation to check how my hearing was.
