I fell in love with this store the moment I stepped inside and have claimed it as my favorite store ever since then. I love the uniqueness & creativity of the layout of the store. Im also a huge fan of all the different products & the affordable price range that At Home offers to its customers. Now, here is the one & only reason they received 4 stars and not 5. The reason is due to the way that I was treated by a couple of the employees the last time I visited the Niles location. This is also the reason that I havent been back to the store since then. Which was back in the beginning of the summer. I felt as if I was being treated like a thief and on top of that I was being followed around, gawked at, and rushed. When in all reality I this was the 1st time that I actually had time to look & walk around to check out all the aisles due to my fascination of the entire store. They made me feel completely disrespected and upset. Especially, due to the fact that I take extreme pride in my character values and morals. So, other than that I would have given the store all 5 Stars.

This place is huge we found everything we were looking for and the cashiers and the workers there are excellent

Great store for home decor and furniture. The variety is great and things are reasonably priced. You could easily decorate a new home or decide to redo a home after visiting this place. Below is 1 of the things I put together after shopping there (all items sold separately)

Sorry I didnt go in as I waited for my wife in the care as this store does nothing to make me want to go in.Now my wife loves it she finds more stuff to drag home and push me off the couch so the job jar gets smaller.She said its clean and the workers were nice and helpful but as for me the parking lot was quiet to take a nap in the car waiting.

Customer service is outstanding, had a return and couldnt have asked for better service with a smile, so helpful right from the front door.

When it comes to selection this place has it. You really can find anything you could possibly want for your home within the structure of this facility, aside from major renovations. For being open approximately a year, the store is still having a bit of issues with displaced and improperly stocked items. I feel we could probably benefit from having a couple extra workers on the floor to be able effectively manage whats on the shelves.

Its a brand new car wash. Works pretty well, seems to clean nicely but only if you keep your vehicle clean. Since its touchless it may not get all the bugs and dirt off. Prices are okay, dont go to many car washes. Usually do it myself. But it does dry pretty much spot free if you use the dryer option

Always have fun walking around and getting new ideas. Its calming and inspiring. Friendly staff.

Really cool store I enjoy shopping there often they always have neat stuff. To bad its all made in China. Be really nice to see American made products there.

The store is very clean and has a lot of unique furniture for great prices. However, every time I’ve gone there was only one register open and the line took way too long. Otherwise it was a pleasant shopping experience.

This place has everything you need for home decor. Chairs, painting bar stools and everything you need to make your house a home and give it that unique look that no one will deny when they step in your home or office. Only 4 star because things can get a bit pricey,but you have to pay the cost to be the boss

I absolutely love this store because of the great deals! Mostly everything is 50 - 75% off. I’m giving such a low rating because at least half the customers in the store weren’t wearing masks and most of their workers were also not wearing masks! The store needs to enforce it! It is a mandate!

We were in need of bathroom mirrors. We visited 3 big box stores with very disappointing results. The At Home selection far outnumbered the previous stores we shopped at and the prices were far less expensive!

Good prices but a little difficult to find some things because of the way the store is designed and the staff gave me wrong directions to look for the item I needed.

Theres a lot of stuff here people if you just want to fill your house with stuff. The signs arent very helpful. As in decor and seasonal are the two that guide you through the front half of the store. And Home Decor is the name of the game for the store

You must take the time to walk around and really take the place in and see what they have

Fun place to shop! Inventory was extensive so plan on spending hours to browse their floors. So many beautiful choices, all kind of merchandise for your home. A homeowners dream store! I couldve spent all day looking at their awesome displays of updated merchandise. Goods were reasonably priced as well. Ill be returning soon to check out the rest of the store!

Overpriced clutter, Its just not my taste but it has tons of options and neat decorating items. Like I said not my thing.

Big store, decent items, not desirable prices.

Tried calling in to see if they had a table in stock and didn’t get an answer so I tried two more times, still no answer. Decided to trust their website which said they had one left and it was still on sale. I got there and they had none left and they were no longer on sale. The place was dead too, so no reason the phones shouldn’t be getting answered. I’m not normally one to complain because I understand how stressful retail is, but there was honestly no reason for the lack of customer service.

Really cool place with products I havent seen anywhere else. The staff is great and willing to help answer any questions I had. Worth the hour and a half drive to check it out.

I love At Home stores. This, for now, is the closest location for us in Ohio. We went looking for rugs but I did pick a few extra items for the kitchen. This store has everything. An abundance of Christmas and Halloween decorations now, but so much more to decorate or redecorate your home. The store was clean as well as the restrooms. My only complaint is that it wouldnt take Samsung Pay which surprised me because these days I can use it almost anywhere I go. If you havent been, go! If you have, go back, I am sure there is something that you missed!!!

First time at this store and I found it to be very clean and well organize. Staff was friendly and helpful (need assistance with Halloween decor) but just like someone else stated the lack of employees in the store could be an issue especially during the upcoming holiday season. We arrive at the store when they first opened I only seen 1 cashier and the manager on duty and she was stocking the shelves!

This place is awesome! Exactly what our area needed. The selection is incredible and the prices are very affordable. I appreciate the variety and uniqueness of some of the items there. I highly recommend checking it out!

Store is nice. Lots of items... some are a little expensive. A lot of items are on the top shelf and not accessible without a ladder. Good luck finding someone to help you. I walked the entire store and did not find any employees to help me, so I had to climb on a ladder myself to get an item. Other customers were also complaining that they couldnt find any help. When I mentioned this to the cashier, She said theres two managers out there and two people on break -they just have to come up to our registeres and well page someone..no apology. Its a Sunday and only 6 people working the entire store is a bit ridiculous. Probably will not be back to this store.

Went to get a sign for my laundry room. The store is cluttered and messy. Very difficult to shop. Signs were disheveled and thrown around. Other areas of the store were the same. Its better to go to hobby lobby and TJ Maxx

Fun ...reasonabally prices decoration so for homes.

#1. I asked an employee where I could find bakers racks that are advertised on the website. He replied he could not do know what I was talking about because it was not his department and could not contact someone in that department for assistance.#2. My husband and I purchased a king size mattress. While taking it to the register we passed several employees who did not off assistance. While turning in a narrow corridor we knocked over a vase, which we offered to pay for, at this point shift manager, Karen, proceeded to scream at us for being careless. When I asked for her employee ID number or direct manager she refused to provide that information.#3. At the register I requested assistance from an employee to take the mattress to my vehicle. We were instructed by front end manager, Cesear, to pull into a fire lane. When we refused to pull into the timeline for legal reasons he insisted he would not leave the store to assist with taking the mattress to our vehicle. He then put his finger in my face and said he did not care if it was a fire lane people do it all the time. My husband defused the situation and Cesear then agreed to being the mattress to our vehicle. Upon exiting the store, the mattress was damaged and when we requested a new undamaged mattress, Cesear then informed us he will only be working at At Home for two more weeks and could care less if it was damaged its not his mattress.I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional employees in any business setting, especially one where customer satisfaction should be a priority.When I called the corporate office I was informed through an automated service customer care concerns must be emailed for which the wrong email was provided!
