I wish I had read the reviews for this place before I ever made a purchase. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair and called the owner, who told me the ads I saw online for $99 appliances were in stock and correct. After showing up that day with friends to help me, I discovered that there were no $99 appliances available and instead I ended up walking out - pun intended - spending over $250. Slightly over one month later the unit I purchased ended up dying with minimal use. When I contacted the store I was told they would not replace the unit because it was past 30 days however they would give me a discount on my next purchase. The owner could be heard in the background making snarky remarks while the clerk had the phone on speaker evidently, which infuriated me. When I informed them that I was handicapped and felt they had taken advantage of me by selling me faulty products they said it was past the 30 days and they would not help me in any way. I heavily warn anyone who goes to purchase something from this company. They are con artists and have no remorse selling their unsuspecting customers faulty equipment at prices well above their advertised price. Do not fall for this scam. I dont know how this place is still in business.

Save yourself the headache. This place, timber creek structures and steel valley structures owned by the Dotsons are an absolute joke. They get very ignorant on the phone. When you purchase something from them they don’t tell you they are going to act like they don’t know you until they get your card number and charge you for the building and never deliver it. What these companies do is 100% illegal.

A week ago bought a oven, paid for delivery for Monday February 18th, 2019. Monday came and no delivery and was told that the movers got called out of town and it would be delivered today (Thursday February 21st, 2019) no delivery so I call and tell them. They tell me that they would call the movers and see where they are and call me back. That was an hour ago and no one has and I doubt my oven will be delivered today. Would never order anything from here again or recommend it.

I purchased an electronic dryer from them that was advertised as fully operational. Hasnt worked since the day I brought it home. It took over a week for their repair man to come out to my house to troubleshoot the dryer. The repair man told me the dryer was beyond repair and that someone from the store would call me about a replacement. The repair man left the dryer disassembled in my basement. After waiting another week of not hearing anything I called back and was told that they did not have a dryer to replace the broken one they sold me and did not know when they would have another one. I still have not received the replacement dryer and have been ignored by this business completely.

Nice staff, good prices, very helpful. However if you pay for delivery, the delivery company will most likely not come the day promised and they bring your items to your doorstep ONLY (which was on my sales slip but conveniently covered up by the receipts stapled directly on top of it) so if you are flexible on delivery dates and have someone to help you move items yourself then I would recommend.

All kinds furniture at good prices! Plus, they have flowers of all kinds, and veggies. The lady that runs the place is super nice!!

They sell appliances that do not work, and dont answer the phone when you call. If you go in person, they will take your name and number for the repairman to call you, but he never will. Basically, they dodge and avoid you, hoping it will get past the 30 days, so they dont have to fix your appliance or return your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

I would give them no Stars if I could... Products dont work after you buy, them service is terrible, owner doesnt stand behind his warranty!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!

They had what I wanted..a washer and dryer...at a reasonable price with a 30 day warranty. Happy camper as long as the preform as they should.

He is half and half with prices some items are way TOO high and some items are one hell of a deal! Just depends on what your looking for. (But please dont turn it into a junk pile like previous buildings)

I got a washer from there and Im haven problems with it an also the right side of the face plate is broke an dents all on th right side and when I try to call them no one answers
