I am so happy with my cabinet! It is more than I could have ever expected it is sturdy and made with 2x4 studs for walls and well framed great siding and metal roof. I looked at alot of structures and I was disappointed with the structures and the price. Timbercreek Structures had the best made and the best price. The nice gentleman who delivered my cabinet set it exactly where I wanted and didnt leave until he made sure I was pleased with my purchase. Thank you all

This companies prices are half of the next guy. We had some hiccups with scheduling. But the owner communicated and came thru for us. I would recommend them again.

I must admit I was very Skeptical at first because of some of the reviews . I went down anyways to take a look around and see what I could see . I met with the salesman Keith who seems very straight forward, honest and up front about everything including the reviews without me bringing them up . There prices are the best around for a 100 miles by far . So I took a chance paid him up front in full and in cash and told him what I wanted . Today I received my shed as promised as ordered in the time frame said .Chris the delivery guy did a great job and I feel like I got the better end of the deal all around . Ill end by saying I am completely satisfied with Timbercreek and there operation !

Buyer Beware!! This business is run by scammers. TIM is the worst. Dont believe anything they say. Do your research before buying from this business. They held my deposit $3800 for over 6 months and never delivered the building I ordered. They lie and gave every excuse you could think about. When I called or texted to inquire they wouldnt answer. I had to make multiple trips to the office and mention fox 8 news before they gave me my money back. Tim thought it was amusing because he laughed about it when we spoke. Check out the better business bureau, Many many reports.

Would like to share my experience with Keith at Timbercreek Structures. Stop in on March 20th and was in need of a 10x20 shed spoke with Keith and as we talk Keith explained that there was some bad reviews as far as customers not receiving there shed in a timely manner due to the covid 19 virus well I can tell you that they are on track now. I received my shed today ordered on march 20th and received April 24th! Everything that I ordered along with a great delivery employee! Thanks Tim and all there staff that stayed in touch from purchase to the build and delivery. Would highly recommend! Almost forgot I got great price too!

This company is a SCAM! I purchased a swing set on 5-30-20, and was told it would be installed within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of not hearing anything from the company, I spoke with the salesperson at the lot & was told Id need to speak with the owner. I left a voicemail for the owner, & he texted me back stating he would only communicate with me through texts. I have texted him several times, and he does not respond. It is now March 2021, and I have no swing set & he will not respond to my request to return my money!

Do not buy from them. Built with low quality materials and poorly built. Take your money elsewhere, absolutely anywhere else

Although it took an extremely long time to get my shed delivered. The gentleman who delivered my shed (Mike) customer service skills was excellent. He called and informed me of everything. He was punctual and he delivered, leveled, and made sure my wife and I was satisfied with the placement of my shed. My shed is great, thanks Timbercreek.

Beware, stay away, go ANYWHERE ELSE. These are the best things I can say. I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever getting a shed and over the years we have ordered 3 from other companies. We have been lied to, ignored and given the worst excuse of a shed there ever was. Gaps, nails hammered into nothing, flooring not secured, lopsided and takes on water. They send someone to fix it, they say one day and we cancel plans, to find out he didnt even get told to come out until the next day. The fixer couldnt believe where it was taking on water and said there is no way to fix it, not to mention all the gaps he also said he couldnt fix.. The boss refuses to call and makes the salesman do all the dirty work because the boss has no morals or values to do what he should. Lies about a military discount, they do not have & will never give on another shed, it was just a discount to stick someone with a junk shed he knew was garbage. Tries to overcharge for package on another shed that wasnt even on the new shed to replace the garbage shed and says it will be 5 or 6 weeks to get, but tried to force us to keep the garbage shed. When we told them thats it, we are done, come get the garbage out of our yard so we could get a better quality shed, it is still over a week and a half and it still sits here. We were told beginning of this week. Call yesterday, told Today. Call today, told oh if not there by 4, then tomorrow. Just who cares about your plans or life or that everyday I say the same thing. Its a game to John. He is a full blown scam of a business man. Calling the company that deals with the invoices, they are sick of the scams and nonsense this owner does too. They are refusing to buy invoices and hopefully that keeps happening so that this business will start running properly and no one else gets screwed. There are shed companies everywhere, when one offers so much, there is a reason, they have to because their product and customer service sucks. Run far away and go to the next one!!

Terrible bait n switch company. You say you will take the shed on lot and he says oh it sold an hour ago. I will build you another. Then same shed is for sale next week. Call and say i will take it. Kieth says great. Then oh it sold just before you got here. Checked BBB and this is his modis operandi for every person!

Beware of buying from timber creek very bad customer service it took 2 1/2 months to get they lie say there truck broke down or could not get the wood to build it always something talked to the owner once said it took 1 day to build and they didn’t get my paperwork but I would have it that next weekend another lie finally got it the following Monday was supposed to be here at 3:00 got it at 6:30 and if I didn’t call probly would not have got it then we asked for a heavy duty floor because we are putting a car in it well didn’t get that owner said they would replace it if we paid extra for it why should I when that’s what I ordered plus they have to fix the wood by the door I payed 4000 for junk. Do your homework before you buy I will from now on.

They assaulted me.Id give 0 stars if I could. I wasnt able to make a payment for 2 months and they had came to get my swing set. I told them where it was and how to get it and they went in my backyard and tore only half down and while they were trying to lift it over my fence it slammed off my house so I said something and next thing their 3 employees ran and jumped me and started kicking my dog. When I called inbto report this whoever I spoke to told me they dont care and to have the police handle it because they wont be doing nothing to the employees and it was my fault I was assaulted because I didnt even make a payment in 2 months and that next time I should know better than to not pay them.

I am giving this company/shed/delivery 5 stars ONLY because of Mike the delivery guy! GREAT guy GREAT people skills (LOVE LOVE LOVE MY SHED to!!) Customer service and communication for everything else was poor at best! Thank you again Mike!!😁

Terrible experience. Wish we would have checked the reviews before handing over money. Customer service is terrible. Do not answer phones, texts, or emails. Voice mail is always full. After 4 weeks, we have a shed.We only live 1/2 hour from Warren. Delivery was decent, but again customer service can be improved upon.

There is absolutely nobody at this place that answers or returns phone calls. My wife and my son have called here about a shed for a couple weeks. We are exactly 55 min from this location. I called another place and they had me the shed in 3 days no bs. Just do you research on these companies before you buy.

I have called and left messages for 2 days. I am a new customer to them and needed to make changes to my order before they get started but cant. One day no answer next day they said I will call you back never did it been 2 days so I checked BBB rating its na D oh WOW they have my MONEY.

A friend of mine purchased swing set from this company and they have blatantly ignored all their phone calls. They only live within an hour of this place. They were promised this for the 4th of July holiday and unfortunately did not receive it. AllPhone calls have been unanswered and the owner/manager got rude with my brother in laws wife. Buyer beware. Do research before making purchases especially if it’s something you look forward to having soon.

If I could have given zero Stars I would have. Do not and I repeat do not buy from this place. The shed is very poorly built, flexes and sags even on level hard surface, The floor is mushy in a few spots as if they missed a floor joist, the doors dont line up close enough for the door to latch securely, the roof doesnt line up right with the walls, not to mention poorly secured to the building, As well I have called several times to get parts that were not shipped with my shed when I bought it. They to this day have not returned any of my phone calls. And its been awhile since I got the shed

This is the most horrible experience of customer service I have ever experienced. We have been trying to get answers for 2 1/2 weeks regarding a purchase. We have called three phone numbers, texted two numbers, emailed, and used FB messenger. I was told they would contact me when they are ready. I am appalled. Already submitted a claim to the BBB.

Bought a shed off the lot on May 1st, paid cash. I was told two weeks delivery max. I am 20 Minutes from this place. After three weeks I started calling and texting, No Answer from the Owner or any other number. I texted the Young Lady working the Lot (Sandy) and She responded right away and got thing taken care of a month after purchase. She is the only reason I would possibly be a return customer. No use at all for the owner.

Payed deposit for shed and never received it kept giving me the run around probably have to take them to court.

Went there to get some prices on a garage / shed . Might be buying something here in the spring .

This company does not deserve anyones business. They are the unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Go somewhere else.

Garbage don’t buy from them.
