Had a full sprinkler system installed and it was excellent!! Very professional!!

I would strongly advise against working with Michigan Irrigation. They did the basics for me for a couple of years. This year, my system had a leak, which they didnt detect when they started my system in the spring. They came out a couple of weeks later and instead of diagnosing the problem, which was a main line issue, they worked on the valves. That is where the problems just began. They were wearing very dirty boots and instead of using the common sense to remove them when they entered my home, they tracked in mud all over a very nice rug. They left a huge mess both in the home and in the yard, as the leak continued. I had to take the rug to a professional carpet cleaner, which ended up costing over $100 and I received a bill from Michigan Irrigation for $120, for nothing. I called them and gave them an opportunity to resolve the situation, and they refused to come back out. We ended up finding another reputable company who was able to fix the problem very quickly and efficiently. Very poor experience in all areas.
