Unable to get a hold of anyone. Theyve had our mower for 3 weeks and will not return our calls. It was originally 3-4 days.We havent been told what is wrong with it, what itll cost to fix it, and we didnt give the ok for any repairs.Update 1: its been another 3 weeks and we still do not have our mower. I was able to email someone and they advised to call the next day for an update. Theyve been giving the same line that they are waiting for a part, itll be a few days, they will call us.Update 2: Now At LEAST 7 weeks in, the part should be in tomorrow, really no apologies and they were surprised that theyve had our mower this long. Its like they just put it in the back and promptly forgot about it.Really wish we could give 0 Stars. We were warned about going here but gave the benefit of the doubt. Never again. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

We dropped off a pressure washer that needed a valve replaced in April and now it is October and they still have it.

I do not recommend this incompetent business. They do not know how to fix tractors. They just switch out batteries and hope its does the trick. They had my tractor for 11 days and never worked on it because they didnt mark any tags about any information regarding my tractor. They only got to look at it after I called and reminded them that they had my tractor. Their business skills are none existant and are disrespectful when talking on the phone. They have seen my tractor twice for the same reason and they cannot or will not fix it. I will never do business with them again and will never recommend them.

Worst experience ever! Took my mower there because we couldnt get it started. I had only used it 2 months. They said they would call when they looked at. I hadnt heard anything in a week, so I got a hold of them. They told me it was bad gas because they could tell from the smell of it and needed to clean carborator. I just bought new gas a week prior. Three weeks later still hadnt heard anything so I call them. They tell me the wrong cable was ordered, I said what cable and who approved this repair. They said I needed it. Total of 10 weeks go by and still I hear nothing. I call and they tell me my blade is on backorder. I tell them I dont want a blade that the one I had was new. I go to get my mower because Im furious. They charged me $118, for parts I didnt need or approve, they never cleaned the carb, the blade wasnt new and it still didnt run, they even broke the safety shut off. I went back and told them and they did nothing. They are crooks, and scam artists. Dont ever trust them. Now I have a mower that was only used 2 months that wont run.
