My sales associate Aaron was very polite, understanding & went above/beyond to assist me in purchasing a motorcycle.The financial manager in return was equally the same.Have a substantial stock of both new & used motorcycles for every budget. Aaron was my salesman he was rude and uncooperative as far as the price of the bike was it was listed for $4,495 offered them $4800.00 cash out the door refuse the sale. Said its only &300.00 more. The bank loan could but I couldnt afford it. That was all I had. Said they use nada for pricing on the bike through NADA the price was $3833.00 would not recommend anyone to go there. I bought my last bike there and didnt get the attitude I did from him. He said the owner would not work with any one on the prices on a used bikes the price is it nothing lower. It was the worst experience I ever had trying to buy something. Asked to talk to the owner and got told that he wont be in till next week. Would not tell me when he would be there

When I go to Yamaha which is rarely because they very rarely breakdown always prompt service good customer service good customer relationship

I’m not sure why the other reviewer said it is a hard place to find. My GPS took me right to it, with zero issues. I bought my first new bike from Motozilli, and I’m planning on buying my next one there, in a few months. The sales and finance staff are really friendly and professional.

Lousy service told to talk a person. Waited in line 20 minutes that person said he is not the one to talk to. Guess they dont know all peoples jobs.Driving farther to another dealer who knows their jobs. Avoid.

Hard to locate if youve never been there and selection of bikes was weak unless you want a new one. I left a list of 3 or 4 things I wanted a price on before I just dropped my Triumph off for someone to do the work. Two weeks later I finally got ahold of service department and was told to just bring the bike and drop it off. They also said that they didnt have any prices for the parts or labor (front tire, brake pads, oil change, and one other about mufflers) because it was too long a list and hadnt had the time. Thats when I told them that I didnt want anybody that was that lazy to price 4 parts to do work on anything that I own and later on. It was a pretty sad excuse and experience for high expectations, maybe I should have just got high.
