WARNING DO NOT GO HERE AND GET ANY WORK DONE BY THESE CROOKS THEIR USING JUNIORS NAME TO GET BUSINESS WRITE YOU A JRS MUFFLER RECEIPT AND WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO WARRANTY WORK DONE ON VEHICLE THEY CALL THEMSELVES METRO AUTO CARE AND SAY THEY JUST BOUGHT THE PLACE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY USE DIFFERENT NAMES WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE.July 2018 Update I got my power steering pump done back in april 2018 through these crooks and come find out that they put my and old belt on a new pump instead of putting the new one on. These are some crooks that dont care about anything but destroying the cars and not doing the job fully.

I took my 14 Dodge Charger Pursuit 5.7 here to upgrade my exhaust. The customer service is amazing and they are very clear on what work will be done and the parts they install. They do quality work and the job was done fairly quickly. I will be back for more upgrades.

After receiving a service from the auto shop I was denied proof that the work had been done. The mechanic told me that because I was referred by Discount Tire, after they ruined my hub, that proof of service would not be provided. I was not asking for proof that I paid for the service, only that the service was done. I was still denied something as simple a piece of paper, which leads me to believe that something shady occurred. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Love this place! They will always beat everyones price and do great work! I wont go anywhere else. Every other place that I would used to go would always tell me that I had all these extra issues with my vehicle just to rip me off!

I had front end work done there they do that bring your own parts thing I had upper and lower ball joints done on my Silverado I had rubber brake lines done and all 4 shocks and oil change pick my truck up came home first thing I always do is check their work or anybodys work I was a half a quart low on oil and it was still dirty I called up there and they didnt believe me at first but they ended up making it right and doing the oil change I understand things happen but a few months came by this was just done in November of 2015 it is now just into January and my ball joints started Squeaking things that I did not check was to see if they greased them. I dont for ball joints 04 grease I also had a similar problem with my Dodge Dakota a few years back when they were placed a tie rod end they did not grease the tie rod end it stupid simple stuff like this that really makes the job done right takes a couple extra seconds to shoot some grease into something you just replaced in my line of work I like to be proud of what I do obviously they dont share the same outlook

I got quoted a price over the phone made it to the shop got quoted the same phone price and when they were done with the work they quoted a higher price. Then they gave me a hard time about it. bottom line I do not trust mechanics anymore. I think I’m just gonna have to pay the extra money and start to go to Goodyear or Firestone.

I usually dont write bad reviews but this shop. I came here to get a wheel alignment for $30 as promised and i was ROBBED. They told me i had a loose ball joint (which was just a few loose bolts. Easy fix) therefore they could not do it. They still charged me $25 and that money does not go towards the next time I go there. Its a scam.

Called for phone quote to couple a broke/rusted muffler pipe. It was near a curve of two pipes connecting. Quoted $50-$65 ... was $65 upon completion. One hour total from start to finish ... work time on vehicle less than half hour. Will consider for future repairs.

Babe fix my vehicle so fine and charged me the least amount of money other places were charging double the money that Juniors Mufflers charge and the people there are awesome

Today (july 30, 2018) i went there to get a 2nd estimate on a resonator and flexpipe because my car was loud. When i first told him that another place told me the resonator had a hole in it and that the pipe needs to be changed, he got defensive and wanted to know who; where did i go and why did i go there. ???(Confused)Then he wanted to check under the hood; which i thought was odd because the problem was under the car not the hood. He ended up saying something else was wrong with it along with what i said.Then before he gave me any prices, he wanted to know what price did the other place say. I didnt tell him and eventually he gave me a price; which was around or not to far from the other shop.All why i was talking to him, he was rude. He give me and my boyfriend attitude from the moment we told he we went somewhere else and got an estimate. And when we asked questions, more attitude come when answering. I guess they dont like giving estimates. They lost my business due to poor customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Horrible place! You enter this place with one problem, trust me youre coming out with another problem. They put a new alternator in my vehicle March of this year and its extremely loud! Took it back and the issue was not resolved. (As a matter of fact, they looked at me like i was out of my mind) Also when they made this repair, my heat stopped working. I took my car back up to the shop and heat still doesnt work. Shelled out hundreds of dollars just to get crappy work done. This place ruined my car! Thanks Juniors!

Horrible customer service and treated me like i was piece of trash saying i dont not knowing my car. Ronnie or ron (whatever his name is) came at me yelling telling me that i was a horrible person. Let me explain:I took my car into discount tire on thirsday to get tires. After getting my car back, i had trouble putting my key into my ignition and i realized that there was a pretty bad scratch on my key too. This has never happened to my ignition ever until then. Discount tire was great in helping me out. They told me to take to this place and they will cover the cost. Great service and helping take care of the cuatomer. After getting here and explaining to the guy (ronnie) he ends up yelling at me saying it was my fault. I tried to kindly tell him that i do everything i can to rake care of my car. I take my car to the dealership for every kind of service. He wouldnt let me talk and kept saying im a horrible person and saying that i wasnt human. Telling me that i should pay it myself. If it went bad on me, i would cover it myself and pay it in full but the last person to touch it was discount tire and their tech did something to it. Proof is on my key and discount tire said that they were willing to cover the cost.I dont recommend anyone going to him. If hes willing to treat me like trash, who says hes not going to do that to you.
