Be aware- D&D requires to offload a delivery in a FRONT yard. This was not communicated to me when I purchased loam. My experience was fine, overall. Their delivery was quick- I called to order loam at 12 and they delivered at 3:30pm. Quality of loam is good for fill- more clay-like material and a few roots and a handful of rocks in 3 cu yds. I would recommend for yard projects but not gardens.

Ill keep this short.PAY A LITTLE MORE... DONT BUY JUNK.There was massive amounts of gravel in the loam. Killed all the seed and work I did last year. The reason for this negative post is I got no real response from Deb. Sent her pics and all. No offer for money back.. No offer to replace. No care on her part.Ill post pics of my yard, it is terrible.
