Jerry and his family have really taken market st mulch to the next level. Always friendly and accommodating, and anytime I need something mechanical done Jerry usually can fix it on site within the day. Strongly recommend best of both worlds

I’ve been a customer of theirs since last march and they’ve been nothing but helpful to me and I have gotten everything i’ve paid for and they have great customer service as well! family run business and a very successful one!! and for someone to call them thieves seems outrageous!

My husband ordered some loam this year to top dress the yard full of glass, sticks and trash. Pricy for the quality where’d this stuff come from a landfill?

I just had a delivery from market street mulch. Yesterday when I placed my order I was promised a phone call prior to delivery. I was also told that I would be the last delivery of the day. When I went out in the driveway a little while ago (9:30 AM) I saw that the mulch had been delivered already and it was in the wrong place. I called Market Street Mulch to find out what had happened. I was told by Kelly that she would not have said that the delivery would be the last one of the day.Kelly and her husband bought the business out last year and have been working hard. They are very nice and pleasant people. My concern as a customer is that I was basically told that she would never have said that to me about being the last delivery of the day. Her husband was able to deliver earlier so he did. I’m left with 4+ yards of mulch in the wrong place. If I’d received the call I was promised this could have been avoided.My advice to these nice folks is to follow the directions given at the time of the order. I won’t be returning next year for one reason. I was told that this problem was not theirs but mine. This isn’t how you treat repeat customers.

This place is a joke I came here to get 5 yards of mulch. He loaded me with 3 and claimed it was 5 I’ve been in the landscaping industry for many years I know what 5 yards of mulch looks like. Contractors beware of these of thieves go to J&J or D&D at least you get what you pay for.
