Cant say enough good things! The staff is professional and Ive always appreciated their attention to detail when submitting orders. Also, their quality is unmatched. The lettering hasnt worn on any of my shirts, even after many washes.

Took 2 weeks to get a coupke hats made. I had hats made there a wwek before and they where obe price and then i get there and they were 5 dollars more for each hat and then there was another digitize fee. Would not recommend for small jobs . They hats themselves look subpar

Had some shirts made for graduation I needed 1 a different size my daughter knew this. She said she told him this 2 times he said I got it. Went to go pick em up... All the same size I said my daughter didnt tell you 1 was a different size he said yes then asked the other lady who works There if she seen it she said no. He looked at the paper and said your daughter filled this out I said she wrote that he said yes. Came home asked my daughter she said he filled out the paper I never touched it he did. Dont lie cause you messed up.

Not a good experience...have had very good service in the past but seems like quality is slipping...Owner gave a nice discount on first order of shirts that they didnt get colors right. Had to correct my email address with their service people 3 times. It felt like not everybody there was on the same page. Didnt internal check graphics/lettering/name spellings, had to make multiple corrections that slowed down the process. One proof came back looking like something a middle school kid did, no justification as submitted, just awful! While the pricing was very reasonable, it wasnt a great experience overall. If you need it done in a hurry, dont go here but if youve got a long lead time to deal with what it could take to get it right, go for it. Owner is VERY nice and accommodating but needs to be more hands on in the whole operation. I understand she doesnt spend much time there.

Dropped off two shirts for a simple sleeve embroidery and asked if I could get them done as soon as possible and their response was no problem. Came back two weeks later to find out the shirts havent even been touched yet and their excuse was their guy was out of town. This information wouldve been nice to know due to the fact I wanted a fast service and they said it could be done. Needless to say I will not be returning for their services. Very poor service.
