This rating isnt indicative of the work. I wouldnt know. The job was never completed. I dropped off a bag to be embroidered three weeks out from the time it was needed with explicit instructions that it was time sensitive as it was meant to be a going away gift for friend. I was quoted a day that left a little less than a weeks worth of cushioning and was happy with that. The date came and the bag still wasnt finished. I returned the following Monday and Tuesday, and was told twice that it would be ready the next day and that that was the best I can do. That Wednesday was this friends departure date. If I had been quoted the real finish date or even been alerted that she was having trouble getting to it then I would have had enough time to find a replacement and a large amount of stress could have been prevented. One star for inability to meet the deadline given and failure to inform that she wouldnt be able to make the aforementioned date.
