The fellas at the Warsaw, IN shop are always helpful and more than willing to do whatever work that’s needed. Whether I’ve called or walked in, I’m always able to get the work done quickly and efficiently.

I went into their shop, and was greeted immediately by a very nice gentleman. He was quick and efficient. My mechanic was about honest work and not there to make money. They both talked to me about any plans before they did it. I highly recommend this place. They were kind, smiled, quick, and reliable. I will always go back there, if my boys are still there 😀

I have been going to Tire Barn for several years. They have sold me tires, this morning soon as opened promptly fixed my leaky tire with a screw in it. They have fixed lawn mower tires and given me estimates on Tire prices without being pushy. Outstandingly friendly and helpful. Thanks TB guys!!

Well no experience ti share. When a business is open there is no reason I should call and it ring and ring for over a minute and I end up hanging up. Im not going to trust a company with mine and my familys life for tires for my vehicle if they cant even be professional enough to answer a ringing phone for over a minute.

Second time that I have been there the past year.Both times I waited 10 to 15 min and was not asked if I could be helped.Plenty of other tire shops in town that will give good service.

Social distancing in effect at this store . Bought all 4 tires at the Marion IN store,was in Warsaw so stopped in .Free tire care and rotation was included in original purchase.Jordan up front preformed the service for me even against his advise. Couldnt tell me cause of extra wear on tires. Took awhile longer for rotation service then I expected. Nice wait in air condition and chair. Free wifi.

Always great customer service and work. Have never been tried to have me buy stuff I didn’t need. Always fix anything needed done. Never any questions, My only place I go to. When lived in N.W. Ind. Completely ripped off my girlfriend! $200 for one tire. Told her that she needed a new valve stem. Thriving liars! If I would have been with her this wouldnt have happened! Pathetic, should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of someone who doesnt know anything about vehicles!

Went in there as I had something in my tire and they helped me quick and easy. Let me know exactly what was going and what I needed. Didnt try and upsale me or anything like alot of shops do to women. Will definitely go back.

I needed tires and thought that I would only be able to get two then and two a couple weeks later. They had my size tires in stock and at a price that I could afford to get all four replaced right away!

Thank you Tire Barn Warsaw! We traveled on Christmas Eve morning over one hour away from home to go visit my fiancé’s grandmother for the holidays through the window of her nursing home. On our way back his tire light came on and after finding a gas station for a air fill up, it was evident the light did not come on only because it was cold outside. We called 5+ locations and Tire Barn Warsaw was the only tire place open relative to our location that could help us. Thank you very much - We are very thankful for you! Very pleasant service. 10/10 would recommend this location. After hitting terrible white-out weather conditions on the drive we had to make later in the evening after returning home, we are so happy that you were open and were able to help us.

Tire Barn went above and beyond after hours. Wife had a flat tire on a Sunday and Tire Barn was closing in the next 5 minutes. They stayed open so I could purchase the tire. I quickly realized that I also need the tire put on the rim (I’m not a car guy, don’t judge me lol). Tire Barn let me go to the car, remove the tire, and cone back with it, repaired the tire (instead of charging for a brand new one), all while after hours.This kind of service is why I will always come back here. Thank you!

The staff are always very nice when I bring my car in to get a tire fixed. Sadly I run over nails pretty often. I never have an appointment but they get my car in and out pretty quickly.

We popped a tire while on a road trip. After calling AAA for a donut, we limped down the road to this place for a replacement to get us home. Quick, friendly service at a good price. Even though we had no appointment and they closed soon, they got us back on the road in 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Great place to purchase tires. Just stopped in today for my free rotation and inspection. One tire had a nail in it that they also repaired for free. They have you sign and intial stating they informed you that they hand torqued the lug nuts which for me is a big deal because I would always come home and check with my own torque wrench in the past when I had wheels removed at other shops. They said I can stop back and they would check them again after driving a couple days too.

They did a good job. They were very considerate and patient. Explained things very well.

Hands down the best customer service, speed and knowledgeable employees. Im not a car person AT ALL and he explained in detail, each n ever question in laymans terms and I could actually understand what he was talking about.

Fixed my tire and rim, check out there coupons on there site.

They were very accommodating to my schedule, and very helpful when it came to selecting tires after we found out it would take weeks for my first selection to be delivered. The crew that works there is very friendly as well. I will return for my future tire needs.

Had my tires put on my Jeep here a couple of weeks ago. Great customer service and very quick service. Told me it would be done in an hour only took about 40 minutes and to top it off the guy that put the tires in trimmed my bumper up some so that I could get it home to trim it the rest of the way. Will be going here again if I need any more tire work done.

They were you able to get me in and out really quickly when my low pressure light came on. What was even better as they didnt charge me anything since I had bought tires at another Tire Barn.

I am very impressed with this business. The staff was professional and friendly. My 25 ft travel trailer would not fit in their bays so they came outside to change the bad tire and give the others a safety check. And...... their price was better than Walmart.

I had a pinhole leak in my tire and needed a repair and the professional there took care of my emergency and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road at a descent price! I have gone to another store but was just a sale for them and it was terrible compared to the treatment I get at Tirebarn! I highly recommend these guys!

I just bought four Goodyear tires for my car, it was a deal, buy 3 get the 4th for free. A quick visit and talk with Cameron informed me of the sale. Came in and got a quote from Mark, the manager, returned later for 1 hour and the purchase and job were completed. I was quoted at 60$ for an alignement and was not informed that there would be a tire removal fee of 20$ per tire. Upon speaking to other mechanics my tires did not need to be removed and could have been reached with an extension and a swivel socket to adjust camber in the front. I would have appreciated knowing this prior to choosing tire barn. If you go here ask about other costs that may be included in the final charge. I however will not be returning.

I have done business with Tire barn for a few years always friendly. Reasonable prices and doesnt up sale. Example a tire with a nail. I have purchased 2 sets of tires and havent had any problems. Also had 4 tire punctures fixed too.

Picked up a bolt (!) and blew a tire on the way through Warsaw. Limped to Tire Barn and by the time we got there the tire was FLAT flat on its rim. They replaced the tire, plus we bought a second (to replace both in front) and we were on our way quickly and inexpensively!

WE LOVE THE TIRE BARN IN WARSAW. Mark and Cameron and all of their guys are simply the best!! None of your sales guys have ever been dishonest. If they gave me a price thats what we left with!!! In todays world HONESTY is so Important!!! Let me tell you we have been to Discount (they quoted a price to get me in there and when I left it was $60 higher for something that would have been included at the TIRE BARN), BELLE TIRE, It literally took 4 hours of my day to get tires. I thought my mistake I didnt schedule an appt. My friend did and he was there longer then me). Then that leaves the TIRE RACK (again felt deceived by the sales people). So NEVER will we stray from the TIRE BARN OF WARSAW. Also we love our Michelin tires. Yes they are expensive but worth every penny. Dont forget to buy your warranty!! They replaced 2 tires, one that hit a Chuck hole and the other one, tread came apart. The 2nd one they replaced 3 days out of warranty. Love them all!! Will never go anywhere else!!! Awesome experience! Took in for a 2nd opinon from a screw up from Monro..they were very knowlegeable, listened to me and took the time to explain to me. I was in and out in a hour and my car runs way better now after a alignment that Monro never did. Chad was my mechanic and the Manager were both very nice to me and went above my expectations.
