Have had too many bad experiences here to even name. I wish that wasn’t the case as I prefer supporting and giving my money to a shop that is giving jobs to people as opposed to the non personal online shopping experiences. The staff are usually friendly except for one female supervisor/manager who is always beyond rude every time we come in. I have tried to find her name so that we can report her to corporate. She should have been fired long ago with how she treats her employees and customers.The other issue we’ve had is that there is almost nothing in stock. Everything has to be ordered which removes the need for a store at all. I was looking through Switch games and a staff member told me they had almost none of them actually in stock and to bring him each one that I was interested in and he’ll see if they have it. Will not return as there is almost no point in shopping here if you don’t have products to buy and your managers are rude. Online shopping it is then.

Just stopped in where I was informed that no more than 6 people are allowed to be in the store at once. That is fine... except there were 3 employees congregating. If only 6 people can come in why have 3 staff members? One of the members of the congregation was calling people names in front of my 6 year old daughter. I wish I could give you 0 stars.

The computer system is slow. Selling them back brand new $60 games without anything wrong with them they will give you $2 if you are lucky. There system is so bad they will not take your console back unless it is fully updated because they cant do it themselves.

Great experience. Good service. In a great location. I highly recommend going here as often as people can. Everyone tries there best and just to see that much effort go into there work is great. Bathrooms could be a little more clean. But Im OCD.

Not much to say here. Friendly staff and excellent collection of curent generation video games. Decent selection of used titles and consoles as well. No complaints at all. Their used consoles are priced a bit high (talking mainly used handheld consoles. But that is not the fault of the individual location.

The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great trade sales and promotions. Not always but its not what you trade its when you trade. The people at this store are people that have been there years and care about customer service and relations with customers.

I went in for a small reason, was welcomed by the wonderful staff working at the time. What was suppose to be a 3 min transaction, became a 17 minute conversation on games we were interested in coming down the pipeline. Brandon is a great employee.

Very nice store. Well stocked and staff was very informative, friendly, and helpful. Brandon and Tonya were super amazing, and made my trip there awesome. Definately would recommend this store to all gamers.

I cant say enough positive things about the staff at gamestop. Theyre always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ive called to make sure they have a game I want before I drive over more than once, and they always have my game waiting for me at the register. They seriously go above and beyond for their customers!!!

If youre in this part of Indiana, you know you have to drive everywhere to get what you need. This GameStop has games and Magic the Gathering cards. They save my nerd life several times a year.

Good place to trade your games for store credit, but avoid trading in games for cash. They do allow gift card purchases with store credit from trades, so thats nice. The staff members are helpful.

Friendly staff fair prices although when I bought something they forgot to give me one of my disc for a game that takes two

Called and had some questions about gaming Council’s to see which ones would play 4K ultra HD and Austin answered the phone said there’s nobody I can talk to and the only thing he knows about the games are that they play video games he knows nothing else must be pretty horrible to run a game company and not have anybody there that knows what the gaming consuls do or not and he was very rude when I asked to speak to someone who knew about them he laughed and said nope

Went to buy a Xbox 360, bought 4 different systems and None of them worked, so I got my money back. I needed a new Xbox one controller, I made 3 trips none of them worked, so I got my money back. (They All Said New On The Box). Went to Walmart they had the Microsoft made Xbox one controllers for 50$ After tax. Which beats GameStop’s 65$ Controllers (they are the same kind of controllers). A lot of Gas wasted. Just go to Walmart.

This GameStop is one of the best ones in the county the people there are very knowledgeable about the games the store is nicely sized prices are reasonable the double points program gives you points for every game and gives you a temper Cent discount on used video games controllers and consoles

I rated this store a 5 star a few years ago. well that all changed. I called the store to see if they purchased a certain used game console, told by the young lady on they phone that yes they do. Took console to the store only to be humiliated by the staff, how they never purchase that particular used console. Very nasty and rude. And dammit the store still smells musty. I recommend Goshens Game Stop!

The employee staff lied to me about a game. They said I would be able to transfer my saved file from The Witcher 3 to The Witcher 3 Complete Edition. I have about 100 hours on my saved file, so when I got home to see the saved file wouldnt transfer I was upset. To make things worse, when I asked for a refund they said no.
