Had to get a new phone. Was very impressed with the young man who was working by himself. There were people showing up the whole time I was there. I had one person ahead of me. He worked with 2-3 people at a time, always asking permission before walking away and helping another one while my device was transferring. He moved back and forth between customers efficiently without forgetting what he was doing with each. Very courteous and professional. Also he never appeared stressed as new people walked in the door but he was wearing a mask. On my sales receipt it said his name was Kenneth L. He totally deserves a raise. Fantastic service.

TCC’s rep Kenny provided excellent customer service! Was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind to all customers in the store. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a phone store, I would recommend the TCC location to anyone looking at a new phone or having issues with their Verizon service.

If this store could receive a zero stars, it would be given by me. Absolutely terrible service. I went into the store and told the customer service representative my situation. My phone overheated about a month ago and I took it to Batteries + Bulbs in Fort Wayne, IN. The receipt I have states that it will not void the manufacturing warranty. She insisted I call customer service. So, I did; however, when she said it was Verizon could charge me $500 for voiding the warranty, because of a different battery, I wanted to go to my car and show her my receipt from Batteries + Bulbs. One of my coworkers stated that it could have been a virus. So, I told her and she stated, Sir, Ive been here for 8-1/2 years and Ive never seen a phone have a virus. yet she was trying to sell me a $13/mo system protection plan provided by Verizon? I did a factory reset on my phone and she couldnt get my contacts to load and she told me that Id have to contact Verizons Customer Service. She gave me my phone and literally was getting loud with me, which was very unappreciative. I showed her on my phone that I just needed to add all my contacts to my favorites list and all of my contacts were imported back to my phone and it bypassed the entire contact Verizon Customer Service. I was in there for one hour and I shown her that you could bypass downloading contacts back to your phone via Cloud. Needless to say I will NEVER been going back to this Verizon store. I like Verizon; however, Id rather go to the Columbia City, Indiana Verizon store. At least there they wont get loud with you. I could definitely tell she was having a bad day; however, she should have not taken it out on me, or the customer she was also helping when she was trying to fix my phone. They were taken back as well. Yes, viruses do get on phones, Google it.

I had issues with a bill owed they said from over 3 months ago and I was called on my iphone that is registered with AtntI was called by a 260 number which is a ft Wayne area code not as 800Customer service number . I found out something isnt right .. . the dealer office of Verizon was very reassuring and very helpful sending me to corporate Verizon in Warsaw..

Went in to see about getting my daughter a new phone for her pre paid plan. When I told the lady she rudely said why? I explained to her that we do not pay for her phone she has to pay for the phone and she doesnt work all year long so she needs to be on a pre paid plan in case she doesnt have the money to pay for a month. (Not knowing my daughter already had a pre pay plan through Verizon she continues to tell me about the different plans that I know for a fact were not true) she tried to get my daughter to to buy a phone that she didnt want or need and was very unhelpful with the whole experience. I understand you guys work off of commission but dont try to get my daughter in a plan that she can not afford to pay.... From now on I will deal with the very helpful and friendly people at the main store.

The staff was rude and condescending towards us. An employee deleted all the information from our phone and then told us they would not replace it after it was ruined. We were there for over three hours and the manager never left the back room. Upon leaving we could hear the staff mocking us. I would highly recommend not giving this Verizon your business.

Everything was SUPER expensive even compared to the Verizon store in town and if you have a discount with Verizon you dont automatically get it there you have to ask for it, they have nothing to do with the actual Verizon store I will Not be going back

Had to wait 45 minutes for the person working in store to finish the conversation with his girlfriend on his cell so I could pay my bill. Every time I go there I have to wait forever. Gave up at this store now I am going to the one off of 30.
