This store has always been a good spot for me. They can be pricier than other places, but if you wait for deals and sales you will be fine. They often have things that other stores dont. The staff here is friendly and always helpful. Their printing services are also top notch and very professional. I dont do all my shopping here, but they do help me find the harder to find stuff. I highly recommend. The only downside is that the parking lot and road outside is so full of potholes and so rough.

Went for a printer and paper. Was told I needed ink and made to feel bad when I said I had an Instant Ink membership and just wanted to get my ink that way. These people were pushier than used car salesmen. If I didn’t know better, I’d think they were commission. Even in the paper isle they were following me, telling me the paper I’d chosen was sub-par. Then at the check out the cashier tried twice to get me to buy extended warranty. I think I’ll order on Amazon next time.

Since they changed the way they receive files via email to a central server, I sent a customer up to a particular store 30 minutes away from her home to pick up the file and they said since it doesnt go directly to that store and a central server they did not have my email to send it back to!! Are you kidding me! Now this customer has to drive 30 up there again! If its not broke dont fix it!! A file to be printed to a particular store needs to go to that store!! Not some central server and no one seems to know how to just replay to my email and send it back!!

I had cards printed. They turned out great. I was pleasantly surprised with their fast, friendly service.

REWARD CARD REQUIRED FOR COPY SERVICE.....requested some papers be laminated and was told I had to have or sign up for a rewards card to get any service in the Copy center. Very poor business practice and explains why all the stores are closing in my local area. I am.working out of town and will find somewhere else that will appreciate my business.

Love visiting Staples. They have lots of useful products at really great prices. The customer service could be better but overall a great store.

Went school shopping for the kids. Staples had everything we needed. Less crowded and less money. Got right in and out nice.

Went in to buy a chair. None in the store. Ordered it online and it will be delivered to my house in 2 days. Nice surprise!

I always liked coming in here to see computers etc And to buy parts.

Always have had good service here. I just spoke with someone about printers and ink and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Quick turn around on prints.

Poor in helping us get any kind of deal. I was willing to buy a $1200 computer w Cc fianancing and wouldnt help with price matching..etc...

I had to give 1star to start the review otherwise I would have not given that too. This is the most unprofessional and misleading retail company I have ever seen. This was my first and the last time i am buying something from Staples. They post deals of products they dont have in stock and mislead the customers. On top of that I dont understand how can they send delivery confirmation email with a delivery date without checking stock.They had an in-store deal posted online on Black Friday for Lenovo Flex 6 and when I visited a couple of stores they said the laptop is not in stock in stores and that I will have to order it online on a much higher price.Then they had the same laptop posted as in stock online for the in store deal price. So I ordered it online and the payment went through and I was told that the laptop will be shipped on Thursday. Now one day before the delivery date they cancelled the order without any prior information and tell me that they cannot provide me this laptop and leave me with nothing. Now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over I have missed out on other good deals as well.I have lost my trust over Staples and will not recommend anyone to buy products from them or if people do find deals, I would suggest people to check if they have the product in store before buying.

Ok, customer service. The one older gentleman in there is great at finding you a discount and making sure you got what you actually came in there for. As for the rest of the staff they do a decent job. Normally buy smaller end items in here.
