Employees were very helpful. Sales are alright if you are a member. Then again, it always depends on what you are looking for.Store was very clean. No broken carts squeaking through the store.

Good quality tools. I havent had any defective tools out of this place. They usually have exactly what I need. Ive bought sanders, grinders, sauntering equipment and drills here and they all still work now. The people are friendly and helpful, and they are never too busy and you can get in and out pretty quickly

I was really happy with harbor freight at first until i seen a video on Youtube that all there tools come out of China. And One Remark was made that really Stuck to me. If you go to Lowes and Buy a good Drill Bit it would cost anywhere from 7 to 10 dollars. I bought 29 Drill Bits at Harbor Freight for $11.95. HOWS THAT POSSIBLE. QUALITY?????

Always have fun at the tool store. Great deals if you watch what your purchasing. The staff for the most part are friendly. There are a couple that act like they do not want to be there. I have bought many tools from here. If there is any problem with any tool especially pwr tools i recommend you purchase extended protection. Easy exchange they have your information in there data base. Sometimes you can upgrade your purchase if its available. You can get great deals on tools hear. I have shopped at several locations across the us.

I bought an air compressor. Brought it home, opened it up. Saturated in oil .all over the parts tank everywhere. Took it back they said . Oh the oil bottle must leaked!! They new it was returned before !! When I got my new air compressor. The package was professional.. thats dirty!!! Will never go back!!!

Usually Harbor Freight offers good deals. Occasionally even freebies if you sign up for coupons, but it will be worth what you pay. Customer service is mediocre. Usually associates stand up at the registers rather than walking around and asking individuals for help. If youre going here and you know what youre getting, there wont be any issues. If you are unsure, you might have to go out of your way to get help.

The manager kicked me out earlier in the pandemic because I wasnt a senior citizen. Apparently it was senior citizens only for the first hour after opening. I was the only person In the parking lot at the time. I was not happy due to the face that I work at hospitals and nursing homes on their back up generators. I had one down that morning and I needed a special tool to get the job done. I was furious.....

This is the best Harbor Freight in our area. Clean, organized, well lit, not cluttered, and friendly people. I buy several extension cords there every summer for my business, and a couple of the silent generators, and love them!

Tools are decent especially if its not something your going to use everyday. Staff is really nice. You can save allot and get free stuff if you follow there coupons. Im a do it yourselfer and some jobs just dont need the to of the line tools.

I go here for cheap items like storage containers. Anything that requires reliability, i avoid Chinese built knock offs.

Masks are mandatory indoors. You need to enforce it for the safety of others. And the manager was right there.

This store has good prices that can save you money on comparable name brand tools and supplies but you need to becareful on some items depending on frequency of use and level of tool strength. But overall great for first timers and novices getting started but limited on funds.

Harbor Freight is an awesome place. As long as u know going into it that u get what u pay for you can never be disappointed in your visit.

That place is on top of the game of ripping people off. They keep running sales that are the same to get better placement on Google. Their fine print cant be seen when blown up on a cell phone. You can only use one coupon, on one item and the item pretty much cant cost more than $50. The tools are junk and good only for a person that uses it once in a while. They keep trying to sell you warranties for that reason. A hobbyist never uses it enough to wear them out and a pro wont tolerate the junk because it costs them to much money. I have went there at least 6 different times at different stores to never get a good deal or what I wanted. I will never go there and I will not make the owners rich by lying and trying to rip me off buy spending a lot of money on junk.
