My mother and I were looking for new mattresses. We went to a few places before walking into Mattress Firm in Warwick, Rhode Island. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a sweet, kind man named Mark. He showed us mattress that would help with better sleeps and relieve lower back issues. He was extremely patient and great sense of humor. Like I said earlier, we were “looking” for mattresses, well we ended up buying 2, one for my mom and one for myself. A huge thank you to Mark for being knowledgeable at his profession, it was because of him we walked out with 2 new beds. I would tell everyone who is going mattresses/bed shopping, go to Mattress Firm and if you go to the one in Warwick Rhode Island, let Mark be the one to guide you😊

I was doing my homework looking for a mattress.. I had been to 2 other stores prior to stopping here. Sales rep very helpful (Madison) and I found a quality mattress that fit my budget, no pressure to buy a more pricey mattress. Of course, no 50% off as seen online, but I got $250. off and a free adjustable base, saving approx $750.

I was moving from RI to CO and needed a new mattress delivered the day I got there. I ordered it at the store from Justin in Warwick, RI and it was super quick and easy. He had it delivered to Denver, CO the day I moved in! The guys who delivered it were very professional! I’m very impressed and happy with my experience at mattress firm!

This whole experience left me actually nauseated. This was my first time ever ordering a new mattress. I ordered a mattress and a frame online, the sales person was very nice. They told me I had 121 days to try the bed. I kept the original clear packaging on the bed and never opened the box with the frame. I did not like the mattress at all so I called to return it. My total purchase was about $220 which was cheap, you get what you pay for. When I called to set up the return Josh told me there would be a 99$ restocking fee and 20% taken off the price I paid as well, which the sales person never mentioned when I placed the order over the phone. My stomach literally went nauseous. I would have only received back 77$ of a 220$ purchase. How many people have they done this to? It made me so sick. All in all if I bought it and returned it paying the fees, they pretty much pay nothing for the bed then resell it and make a 400% profit. I was fortunate enough that Josh understood the situation and took off most of the fees but they still kept 20$ of my money. I would never buy from here again. I feel for all the people they took their hard earned money from. In what world does it cost to put 100$ to take a mattress back?? So disappointed.

Fantastic shopping experience. Tasha was very helpful in helping my wife and I identify a mattress that met both our needs. We received a quote and went to another big name store to compare, but the experience was not nearly as helpful. The other store landed us in a mattress that we didnt love; at a price point that was higher than both the Mattress Firm matress AND adjusting bed frame. When we went back Tasha stayed a few minutes late to help set us up with a package we are very excited to sleep in. I was happy that I was able to buy my mattress and my new bed frame. I wish I knew for sure the sales rep I did originally meet with months ago would get a commision.I also wish we had the choice of free bed sheets, as we purchased the Purple Mattress, and we werent given that option. I did ask about it, but the person I made the over the phone purchase with did not offer. I did reach out to her, but did not hear back.I still think we should have the free sheets instead of one pillow or mattress pad. The single pillow makes no sense considering there are two of us in the bed.We did have an easy time buying the mattress, and I am very pleased with delivery options.

Of course, it was much easier that we already had explored options at another location, but Kens attentiveness to our needs was highly appreciated. I purchased a tulo belly sleeper pillow from Jorge Cruz. It was a very pleasant ecpexperie. I highly recommend asking for Jorge. I felt he truly had my best interest at heart. He wasnt trying to push a product that may have had a monthly incentive and more commission for him. Knowledgeable and gregarious. Make sure you ask for him.

I have say Katelyn was absolutely fantastic. Knowledge and experience. The cool thing is she did not unsell like used cars salesman but rather focused on your target budget and stuck with it.

Had an excellent experience over all in the store. The manager at the time, Rebecca Bradley, was very helpful. She never tried to up-sell me on any of the products. I had no idea what to expect buying a new mattress and she was very patient with me until I made my decision. She was also dealing with a very difficult customer at the same time as myself and handled them very professionally. Overall very happy with the experience.

Worst service ever. Our salesperson did NOT disclose until AFTER we paid that we were not eligible for a 30 day trial since it was a floor model. I explained as soon as we entered the store that I fell 3 stories and fractured my back. I told her how sensitive my back is and how crucial it is for a supportive mattress and the ability to try it out. And she held out on THAT important info from me? I emailed corporate and left a message for them. They ignored me and never responded.

I had an extremely rude salesman/store manager who blamed a storm that didnt happen the day their delivery department was supposed to call me. I paid almost $3500.00 and was left empty handed. I had already waited 1 full week for a delivery and was told it would be another week till the bed and base could be delivered. When I politely asked for a refund he said Im sorry you couldnt be more understanding. He didnt even try to retain me as a customer. He never accepted that the company screwed up. So I called his boss to let her know about his inability to handle a simple unsatisfied customer (not even an irate one-can you imagine?) His manager was very nice and understanding of the situation. By then it was too late because they had already lost the sale and a good review. I went across the street to Raymour & Flanigan and got better service there, the bed was delivered the next morning and I ended up paying almost $500.00 less for better products than Mattress Firm. I was so impressed Ill be going back to R&F to buy a new couch.

This is just about the worst place ever - I never do these reviews but we had a terrible experience with our salesperson (Denise) and I want to warn others about her/this store. We purchased a mattress from the store -- actually we were bullied into purchasing it by Denise -- and then we read negative reviews about the brand so we called Denise back and asked to cancel so we could come in for another purchase. She was hostile on the phone to the point where she made my wife cry. We outright canceled the order and asked for a full refund. After 2 weeks we still did not receive a refund so we called again. This time she yelled at us and told us that we would get the offer and refused to send a cancelation confirmation. 1 month later I called the customer service line because we still hadnt received our refund - the customer service rep told us that the refund had never been processed and that the salesperson had dropped the ball. I WOULD NEVER buy a mattress from this place and the experience has sullied us against Sleepys as a company. There are a ton of other companies out there - do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
