I took my grandson there to check out the latest gaming console. They were so helpful and full of knowledge! I wont go somewhere but game stop now! Jake was the assistant manager. Here was amazing!

GameStop is GameStop. Go in if theres a sale. Service is constantly good, just dont expect fair value for your trade INS.

Came in to return a buggy Switch game within the 7 day return policy and was told that I would only get the trade in value, which is just a third of the current retail. Absolutely trash customer service. I wont be shopping at gamestop again.

These associates are the most helpful to me. Ive been to the Warwick Mall Location before and they not like these associates!. Zach and another gentleman I am sorry I forgot his name, are the most outstanding, outgoing, they provided me with stellar customer support and I highly recommend this game stop!!!!

Pre-ordered the new star war game. Hopefully its better than battlefronts. I always gotta do the pre-orders for the extra gear. I think its a smart move. Youre paying the same price on the game anyway.

A great GameStop. One of the only places that will ask you to sign up for two things and actually back off and be respectful and not rant about the benefits of there overpriced membership that you get squat from.

Called twice back to back, let the phone ring for 5 minutes and nobody picked up? Ive usually had great in store interactions. But was a little disappointed that a phone call that could have saved me a trip was ignored

Dont support GameStop. They almost never have the best pricing. They will give you next to nothing on trade ins based on what they resell for. Other than buying a used game close to new prices I dont see any reason why anyone would shop here. Some employees are very helpful and knowledgeable but quite often I find they are not well trained and are just there to push people who dont know any better to buy things they dont need. Buy used from online vendors or new games or accessories anywhere else. Id shop Walmart before I shop game stop. Most of the time you can buy digital for much cheaper anyway.

I pre ordered links Awakening months ago but I lost the receipt they told me I have the normal one and its at the Warwick mall with the amiibo so I called the Warwick mall they said they dont have it so I tried to cancel my membership and all existing pre orders and they tried to tell me those were also at the Warwick mall till I walked back in the receipts for the rest of the orders Im glad this company is going down the drain they shouldnt hire people who cant do simple pre orders..

I would give negative stars if I could. I went to this store with my 23 year old brother and we picked up a few 360 games for my younger cousins 13th birthday. When we went to purchase the games we were asked for an ID, even though my brother looks much older than 23. Unlucky for us he didnt have his license because I had driven I was only 16. So the employee checking us out informed us that any person who looked under 30 needed a valid ID . We then asked him if we could have our parents send us a picture of his ID so that we didnt have to drive back. The employees then addressed us with domineering tones an informed us that we would need physical proof of Identification to buy these games. To make a long story short we ended up driving to Walmart and got the same games for far cheaper. To summarize take your business elsewhere.

Scummy if u think about how they give u for ur games then go look at the same game on their shelfs they will be selling ur same game for 2x the amount they are willing to give u and if u read the back of their receipt it says they operate like a pawn shop so if u guys operate like a pawn shop why cant i make an offer of what i want u to give me for my stuff

Was in there for almost 30 minutes waiting to be helped, just to be told the item i had placed on hold they didnt have. I was asked to provide proof of confirmation, which is in the form of an e-mail. Showed the manager and i was told they didnt have the item. Big waste of time!!!!!!
