I had the easiest experience here to get the works: a new phone, tablet, and headphones and Ron made it painless. Between me trying to get authorized on my account (my fault) to trying to coax my new phone into doing what we wanted despite a messed up Apple ID (my fault), he was so patient with me (I was there for like an hour). These guys are saints, never frustrated with me, working hard to customize my new devices to my needs, and working everything out for it. Highly recommend!

Had an outstanding visit at the AT&T store in the mall today. They werent very busy so two of the guys working helped me out. They werent just all about business either, they made me laugh which is very uncommon from my experiences.

Came in looking to get a new phone and the girl that helped us was less than helpful. I wish I remembered her name. She gave us only 2 options, didnt explain anything even when we stared at her confused and asked her to elaborate. She gave us vague answers, had a bad attitude, and just seemed like she did NOT want to be there or help us. We left and went straight to the AT&T in Emerald Square mall and were treated much better.

This store is on their game! When I went in to grab a new phone I only waited about a minute for someone to help me (and they had a good stock of phones). Robigar was the associate whom helped me with my new phone. He was awesome! He set my phone up so that when I got home and connected to WiFi all of my “stuff” transferred to my new phone. Simple! I wasn’t there long at the store either. I highly suggest this store if you want a smooth transaction and nice people! No bs.

Great customer service from Darrell and the friendly team at the Warwick Mall (Warwick, RI) AT&T location. After a frustrating mishap that occurred on a transfer service call, I lost data for a week. Numerous calls and live chats later, no one could figure out the problem. Darrell was able to investigate and correct the account issue within 10-15 minutes!

Argenis at the Warwick Nakk Att store was so helpful with setting up my new att tv service and our new IPhone 12 phones! Never a long wait and always friendly and very helpful!
