Stopped by Pro Wireless this morning to see about having my daughters iPhone XR cracked screen replaced. They did it for me with an extremely fast turnaround time of about an hour. The phone now works and looks like new and the cost to repair was extremely reasonable. Definitely going to recommend them to friends and family.

Thirty minutes to fix a cracked screen and LCD. Reasonable price. Simple and easy.Edit 1 month out: on one hand, my screen actually works again. On the other hand, it is unusually sensitive/scrolls by itself in some areas, has dead spots in other areas, and lines sometimes flash across the screen. I went back to have it refixed, but to this day I am still experiencing these issues. In summary, not exactly perfect—whether in alignment or quality of materials.

I visited pro wireless in March just as the Covid-19 pandemic was starting. I needed to have the screen replaced in my pixel 3XL. Even though it was difficult to locate product because of the supply chain challenges, they were able to find a screen and make the phone repair I needed. The service was great. Rory (the owner) was responsive to my questions. Their prices were reasonable. It has been 3 months since my repair and my phone is working perfectly. I highly recommend Pro Wireless. He is very compassionate when it comes to pricing especially being a repeat customer. Hes been very gracious and helpful every single time I have step foot through his door. Ok.. I’m in the type of family where a family plan at a major cell phone company just doesn’t fit in the budget.. pay as you go it is. With that comes the issue of phones and having to buy whatever phone you have upfront like many other people out there. The problem is when they break you are SCREWED until you can afford to put up the cash for a new one. Anyway, about a year ago my daughter broke her phone so badly the screen wouldn’t display.. took it to pro wireless and they fixed it in a sufficient amount of time and it’s still working perfectly. Fast forward to today.. I have been in multiple times with different issues and have had them all fixed. I waited to post this review until I had an experience like I did today to truly get a feel for them. Over a month ago (which is past the point of warranty) the man here fixed my phones vibration issue.. I felt like I paid a lot for the issue but with fast service in a hurry I was ok with it. This weekend the problem happened again and I was like oh no.. I went in today and he fixed it again free of charge no questions. It’s not everyday you can find a place to help you out with these types of issues. I highly recommend them if your in a situation like me. :)

Brought my iPhone 7+ there to have my screen fixed, it was flickering ( I had replaced myself one week prior however I didn’t have the glue/adhesive for it to sit correctly) I was giving a quote of $25.00 just to look at it to see if it could be fixed, I was also given another quote of $40-$50 if it could be. When the guy came out from the back with my phone he said I was all set and that the cost to fix was $60.00 (above quote) he said he had to replace the ear speaker as well. I paid and left, a few hours later I was on my phone and the screen started flickering again so I drove back to pro wireless and they where closed, called the guy and told him the situation and he informed me that I needed a new screen ( this screen is brand new) I Then replied to him that that was the whole reason why I came in to get it fixed because it was flickering he then interrupted me and said “no you told me you couldn’t hear out of the phone” this is a complete lie! I do t recommend this place to anyone and just an FYI when I was waiting to get my phone fixed I was there for almost 3 hours 😡

Worse experience ever and a nightmare to say the least! I came in to be greeted by the store manager Roary. I made Roary aware of the issue I was having with my iPhone X battery and that I needed it replaced (only issue I had with my device) he went in the back swapped it out and I thought everything was great. About 15 min later I get a call and realize that now I can’t hear on my phone unless it’s on speaker which has never happened before. I take it to Roary and he claims up and down that he did not cause the issue and he tells me that it must’ve already been broken and that it just so happen to not be working anymore after he supposedly fixed it. He then argues with me and tells me that the only way he would fix it is if I pay full price for the piece in question, mind you I just paid to have my battery replaced by him and now he wants more money to fix something he bought. I refused to do so and am forced to go elsewhere. Long story short this whole ordeal has been one of the worse I have ever had with any company and would not recommend anyone to ever go to pro wireless and avoid Roary at all cost. Very unprofessional and rushes work which can cause you more damage and money!

Knowledgeable and friendly this is my GO-TO for all my tech needs. They’ve fixed cracked screens and provided great refurbished products for myself and my family.

I purchased a x92 streaming box off of the owner about four months ago For $200.00 and he charged me $100.00 for the upgrade fee when I returned to pick up the x92 he could not find mine he looked for about 20 min then said that even if he did find my x92 he wouldn’t recommend buying it back as is the storage fee was $5.00 a day and it would be more then what the box was originally worth he recommend me to buy a new x92 for an additional $200.00. This is a horrible business and this is what’s wrong with America today people like him are a disgrace to small business’s in Rhode Island and he doesn’t deserve the one star.

I went to get my screen fixed this afternoon for the third time in the past year, I’ve always went to pro wireless but they were closed by the time I got out of work. I should have known what type of work they did by their part time hours... anyway I had to get my screen fixed so I tried another phone shop (who were much cheaper and alot more friendly) They asked who fixed the screen before (pro wireless) and then showed me how they never put the screws back in the home bottom and speaker they where just thrown inside the phone, not to mention the screen quality of this other place was by far better then pro wireless’s cheap aftermarket ones they used on my phone before. I would not suggest pro wireless to anyone!!! I’m very disappointed as a loyal customer of theirs they should have taken their time and did my phone the right way instead of throwing together.

Got my iPhone 5c repaired at Pro Wireless last night. I called around the state to get the lowest price, and this place was it! The customer service was definitely worth the five stars, the girl that works there is so nice and went out of her way to help me find a coupon online (check out their Facebook page, coupons all the time). The phone only took about 10 minutes to repair and the staff was so nice. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality, inexpensive, quick fixes for their devices. I have SIMPLE Mobile carrier and was having issues receiving calls. I had gone to two different places and called Simple Mobile to try to fix the issue but I had no luck. So decided to go to Pro Wireless. I could tell they knew about phone issues and they gave me other options that the two other places hadnt given me. I felt they had the best interest for me in fixing my phone and thankfully was able to get it working again. Definitely recommend if you are having phone issues

This place is very unprofessional. My daughter went there to have here screen fixed and they gave it back to her screen cracked on the top, her fingerprint scanner isnt working and the phone is not supposed to open on the back at all, but now falls off. She returned it to them asking for it to be fixed. The owner just called saying she broke the screen, and now she all of a sudden has a balance of 107 dollars,when she already paid the 107 when she picked it up. He now wants her to pick her phone up and said he will no longer service her phone. Ive noticed the owner like to make people feel like it their fault for his horrible service. He even went as far as calling me a scammer when I talked to him. My daughter is currently making a complaint to the better business bureau as we speak. Horrible place to go! I you dont want to be scammed by this place, dont go!

As both the guy working and I agreed: no one should provide services for free. But, dont hold my phone hostage AND THEN tell me what the service fee is. $20 is a very reasonable rate for a diagnostic fee, but tell me that upfront, not after my phone is taken apart and behind closed doors. For that reason, Im out.

My Iphone 6 screen went crazy...I could not use it and It was executing on its own like calling my contacts and executing apps. I went to Pro Wireless and they noticed that my screen was cracked. I did not noticed until Rory, the owner, pointed out to me. The crack was so deep that affected the layer below it which is the one that controls the screen. He changed, both the first layer and second one..I HAD MY IPHONE 6 BACK JUST LIKE NEW..!!! and the cost of the repair was better than if i had taken it to an Apple store. Great job Rory. I recommend anyone to come here for any phone issues. They really good and wont overcharge you. Alexis..

Pro Wireless is the only shop in RI that was willing to fix my OnePlus One (its an off-brand phone). It was fixed immediately. I was surprised how quickly they got it done, and the price was so reasonable. Ill be going back here for all my repair needs.

If I could I would leave zero stars.Terrible experience! I had my screen replaced at the end of May and less than 10 days later it has cracking and webbing. The receipt claims, All screens have a 30 Day Warranty. When my husband called the store to see what they could do they told him only the LCD screens have a warranty. They said the only thing they would do for us was give us $10 off of another $100 replacement.They are delusional if they think we are going to pay them an additional $90 plus dollars after paying them $107 for their first fix.There warranty reads, All screens have a 30 Day Warranty. Please note that this warranty becomes voided if you break or physically tamper with the installations.I most definitely did not break or tamper with their installation. Wish I could add pictures of their work.

I have bought several used phones from them as well as screen repairs. Recently, I bought an unlocked Verizon Samsung for T-Mobile and after an update I had issues. T-Mobile was not helpful and just tried to convince me to buy an overpriced phone from them. I went back to Pro-wireless and they helped me even though it was several months past my 30 day return policy. I also like that they are local family business who are working hard to earn a living and want their customer to be satisfied, not just a commision check for a sale.

It was $117 dollars to fix my cracked screen but when i looked it up it was supposed to be $80. When my screen was cracked i was still able to use my iPad and it worked fine. I went to get the screen fixed and when i got it back it was dead so i charged it when i went home and now i cant use it at all. The screen said it needed to update and restored (in iTunes) so i did and it didnt work so i did it 6 times and it still wont work.

Worst experience i have ever had in my life. Avoid this place at all costs. Brought my phone in for a new screen and the owners son replaced the screen, long story short he messes up my phone and the owner wouldnt fix his employees mistake. He argued with me saying the receipt was for the wrong screen after i called the previous day and they said they would honor it. He reluctantly fixed it and my screen randomly started cracking a couple days later and gets worse by the day with moisture still under the screen, the phone stays in an otterbox. Horrible business ethics, horrible staff, lack of knowledge and mechanics for electronics apparently. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went to prowireless to get my iPhone screen replaced due to a crack on the top. When I got my phone back my home button wasn’t working correctly. I brought it back twice with no repair to my home button. Saying they can’t help me even though the error was on there part. So disappointed..

My opinion is that it would be best to avoid this repair shop service. I do not believe official manufacture parts are being used in for when doing repairs because a working screen should not give out right after a month of usage. Had a screen replaced that cost over 130 with tax and just after the 30 day warranty runs out the screen starts acting weird and having discolored picture and lines running up and down the screen. I called the shop and explained what was going on, and what was said to me that came across that i was being blamed for the problem of this happening when in fact not the case. sense the repair, ive gone out of my way to take extra special care to make sure the phone wouldnt be drop or get banged up so would not have to go threw this expense again. So right off the bat i was at fault. Then offered to repair it again for me with a 20 dollar discount as if he was doing me this big favor when he already had my money and now dont have a working phone again, like im going to give him money again when the first repair job didnt even last. i wish i spent the extra 70 to have it repaired by the manufacturer instead cause then i know i would be dealing with this problem.
