Under the old ownership was great. New owner came in. Went in to do an upgrade and the disinterested, unprofessional staff turned me away instantly. Dont seem to know their own product line either. 2 stars for clean store.

The customer service I received was wonderful! I was treated professionally and with such kindness I would recommend them to everybody! I feel that the team they have there is unbelievably the best Ive ever received anywhere!

Dealt with Metro for years. But this locations employees may seem nice, but they do not have a clue on helping with problems.

Diana takes care of her customers. Unlike some other metro stores that Ive been to who try to milk you for extra cash, she didnt. She is honest and really helpful. Go see diana for your needs if you go there.

They are always busy there. I think they need to put more people behind the counter because the setting up of phones and fixing them are time consuming.

So I had the pleasure of meeting Tina she is the best!!!! She was patient with me and helped me figure out which options I would like and need. They were closing and she still stood with me never making me feel rushed she chatted with me about all different rHingis and even told me they were getting a phone in later in the week she thought I would like. She took my name and number and kept in touch with me. I will absolutely continue doing business here. I’ve been with metro a long time and she has been by far the best CSR I’ve come across. I don’t even live in Warwick but I will drive there just for that service!! Thanks

I have been going to this store for close to 15 years and have always had great service. Although Tom is no longer there, James was just as helpful. They are not there to sell you what they want you to buy, rather what will work for you! I am very pleased once again!

Ken the guy who worked at the desk was SO RUDE we walked right out. We were going to open an account and get a new line and brand new phone but his attitude and snappy responses made you lose out business. We will never recommenced this location. Choose a different metropcs as they are franchised our. This is clearly not well managed. Employees have no respect for customers.

The staff were helpful and friendly in helping me decide whether I needed a new phone or simply a SIM card. Then they took the time to explain how a SIM card works. Buying a SIM card saved me money and afforded me much more memory on my phone, preventing it AND me from crashing!

Pedro helped me upgrade my phone today and pointed out a 32 dif in memory for the one i chose to another same price. Thanks Pedro

This place went down hill from a couple yrs ago. One of the guys who work here rolled his eyes at me and my girl when we said we dont want to spend a lot of money... then he didnt look me up in his computer to see that we are eligible for upgrades... he just told me Im looking at 160 per phone and thats it... we walked out and will never go there again.

These guys are 1 of a kind!! I deal with James and he goes above and beyond!! Words dont mean anything, but actions say it all. You wont regret the experience

My phone isnt working right & the guy working there was very rude and did not even attempt to help me!

Extremely rude customer service. I called just for a simple question and the young man on the phone continuously cut me off, over talked and rushed everything. I understan 100% having to take care of a customer whos in store, but thats no excuse to be rude to another customer who needed help. Will not be even calling this store for a question in the foreseeable future.

James and Frank answered all of our questions and were very personable

The one on west shore road are scam artists yhe most horrid attitudes and they lie horribly. All metros are suppose have yhe dsame prices and have there phones displayed with their prices and they do not. The reason being so they can tell you whatever price they want so they can rocket the cash. And when you ask them why they dont have the prices up they say because they are putting new ones in, and ive checked the store on three other occasions just to see and they never have the new prices in.ridiculous. now metro PCs on Warwick ave doesnt. Scam people so go there

Horrible customer service. Told me I would have to go without a phone for 3 days due to a factory defect. Then Tina acted annoyed when I asked if she could find a phone at another store. Will most likely discontinue Metro after today, have been a customer for 4 years.
