I stopped in here for the first time today, and was not very impressed.. The woman that answered the door, because yes the door was locked. Anyway the woman wanted to know what exactly I wanted before she let me in the building.. I felt that depending on what my answer was she might not let me in.. She was judging me because I don’t look like I can afford to spend the kind of money that I actually do..So once I was in the door the item I came for they didn’t have. Even though the website said that they did..I told them that I had an Autel EVO-2, and they didn’t even mention the Live deck. I had the cash in my pocket to buy it, and I am interested in it.. I may have bought an extra battery had they mentioned that they had one. I had the cash for both in my pocket..To be fair I may update this review in the future. After having the chance to talk to them again. It seems like they can do some nice work on peoples drones. So I guess time will tell.. Mike

Clicked order for drone props on their website. Supposedly 4 pairs like the picture showed. Paid extra to have it the next day and they reached out saying the product wasn’t available. By email they told me they made an order so will come within the next few days. I asked them to add prop guards. They say ok.After a week of no update, I reached out and they say the props are in but waiting for the guards that are in back order with no precise dates.I asked to cancel everything but the person said that they had just shipped the props! With of course the same shipping rate!So I paid $15 for 2 pairs (instead of 4 like the picture showed) and $18 for shipping!Good job people

Ordered a DJI Mavic left arm paying for expedited shipping, and they sent a right arm. Drone experts, I think not. No support on weekends via phone or their website.Update: I reordered the part from Walmart and it was shipped by Excel Radio Control Racing. I just received the correct part today. They can tell their left from their right, even during the COVID-19 measures. Id advise anyone looking for Mavic parts to use them instead.

I had a crash with my Matrice 210 V2 Drone. I called Cloud City Drones to have it fixed. I spoke with Ian who was very helpful and understanding. They had walked me through all of their procedures and what needed to be repaired. I addressed a concern as some parts were taking a long time to arrive when ordered as I needed the drone back ASAP for work. Ian had found a solution and was able to finish the repair and get a test flight in that same day. The drone shipped the next morning. I just received the package today and the way they meticulously wrapped and protected the drone with bubble wrap for shipment was amazing. I really recommend this company for your drone repairs. Rates are responsible and staff is honest and friendly.

The Mavic Pro motor arms arrived quickly and well boxed for shipment. The arms are original DJI factory parts in DJI packaging. Pricing and shipping charges were very reasonable. Cant ask for more !!

Helpful staff and very cool shop - the entrance is a little hard to find. If youre having trouble, the shop is in the same building as the Hilton but the entrance is on Jefferson Street just to the left of the Iron Works grill. Theres a little ramp setting the door back from the sidewalk. Definitely would recommend, and one of the few local places to go for drones and repairs!

When i crashed my drone i needed repairs ASAP! I didnt have the time or the money to ship all over the United States and have parts replaced instead of repaired. 3 week turn around time for most places. I searched on Google and for some reason they were on Page 2 of drone repair ( they should have been at the top). Im located in PA so this place was the only one open on Saturday that could even have a chance of fixing it the same day. I sent them pictures and talked to Jay on the phone and we arranged for me to drive 4 1/2 hours out there so they could fix it and hopefully drive 4 1/2 hours back and get it in the air. They came through for me when no one else could with knowledge, finesse and extreme professionalism. It was worth the 9 hours of driving. My Drone was repaired in less than 2 hours and in the air in 3. They are definitely in the service industry and at the top of their game. They fixed parts instead of replacing them and it cut my possible total in thirds. I really appreciate them helping me out in my extreme situation. After buying a faulty drone online through eBay, I decided to go the retail route. After an initial assessment of my drone, the support engineers were honest that it wouldnt be worth it to get fixed. I paid for 2 day shipping which was more then the part I ordered and appearently 2 day shipping doesnt mean you will get it in 2 days as it means a week I will never order another part from them as they lied about the 2 day shipping! I am very impressed with this store. I bought a drone there and it turned out that it was incompatible with my older model iPhone (I should have bought a different drone that works with a tablet or one that has the viewing screen integral with the controller). Despite this I was able to fly the drone, figuring I would later sort out the issue and stay with this drone. It turns out that cant be done. They took my drone back and I paid what I felt was a very reasonable restocking fee since the drone showed some wear. Everyone there, especially Chris (the owner) and Chris (the owners son and a very knowledgeable technician) was a pleasure to deal with. They are drone enthusiasts and their interest in this hobby is contagious. They work to make sure the customer is satisfied; not something you see every day! Ill be back.

Even though repair fell during the Thanksgiving holiday I was only 2 weeks from the time I shipped out until it was back in the air!
