Juan from the Wasco T-Mobile provides the best service and has a lot of knowledge of the products and promotions going on. He genuinely cares about helping people out. I highly recommend his services.

Every time i go in I’m always greeted, even if the workers are helping others. Jesenia always helps me out, she really knows her stuff and does a very good job explaining things. Highly recommend. Excellent Service!!
EXCELLENT staff, SUPER helpful, completely customer oriented. Kudos to Eduardo and Jamarr who were both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Assistant Store Manager, Cano went above and beyond to make this customer happy.
Great vibe
I visited the Tmobile Wasco store a few days ago to activate a line on my account. I was really satisfied with my visit, more than satisfied. As soon as I walked In was greeted by all employees with a hello. Although they were busy with customers they let me know they would help me as soon as possible. A guy named Jeff helped me. This guy really knows his stuff, he explained everything to me in great detail. He also managed to multitask and help his 2 coworkers with problems they were having with their customers as well. Jeff explained everything to me, what my bill would be and he helped me leave my old service provider, Verizon. They made my experience very fun, they all joked around and made a fun experience for their customers. More cellphone stores should be like this.

My billing statement is from the 28th to the 27th of every month on the 23rd my phone has no service I get a text from Tmobile stating I owe $243 I have no choice but to pay it I need my phone so when we go to the T-Mobile store they tell me that my bill is due on the 22nd and that it was a mistake because I have a five day grace. That was a $95 mistake and I’m told that I cannot get my refund although I’m not the person that pays this account how can someone make a mistake like that and tell someone especially a customer you’re not entitled to a refund ....WTF Tmobile think I don’t need my money like they don’t need their payment I intend to file a complaint teach you guys to have professional moral ethics I expect a phone call correct this problem . what makes Tmobile think people don’t need their money and they could just keep it It was Tmobile’s mistake not mine and I have No service
I Went in to get a new case for my phone and I left with two of them only because there prices were great and the guy that was helping me out I think his name was Jeffrey, very well mannered young man knew what he was doing and and you don’t get to see a lot of that now a days great service here in this store keep it up guys

They opened yesterday so we decided to stop by and check it out, its by far nicer than any tmobile ive been to recently. some guy helped my dad and he was very upfront and honest about things like prices and coverage. its a nice change from the metropcs down the street.
