We cannot say enough great things about Suburban Furniture. The moment you walk in the store, the staff make you feel so comfortable. They dont hover over you. But are very accessible to help. The carpet Abby helped me pick put is perfect and so amazingly comfortable and plush. Kevin came out to measure so quickly and then we decided to add another room, and Kevin responded immediately, so we would get the same die lot! When Nate came to install carpet, he was absolutely wonderful. He was so professional. Worked so methodically and with such precision to install our carpet with such care. We are so pleased and happy with everyone at Suburban and not only be repeat customers, but will recommend Suburban to everyone!

Kevin did an outstanding job in helping us pick out the furniture we needed and then went above and beyond to get it delivered to our place on the same day! Kevin has a great team of employees that provided excellent customer service to us. His store is beautifully arranged with top-notch products. The Whole Suburban Team and especially Aaron & Kerri provided great customer service. They patently worked with us in making sure that we would be happy with our carpeting & tile choices. Their advisement on colors was highly valued. Kerri even went to the extent of accompanying my wife to the counter shop to assist in finding the right granite slab.Aaron was very diligent in making sure we had the right components/pieces ordered for the tiling. He talked to our contractor multiple times to ensure nothing was missed or duplicated.Remodeling projects can be stressful and thanks to Suburban they helped to lessen the stress. Upon arriving to the store I made an appointment and when I entered the door they had hand sanitizer provided to use. Walking around the store was pleasant with many different options to choose from. I made a stop there to shop local before going to a franchised main-stream furniture store.You should do the same it was a great experience and I finished up my shopping there after going elsewhere to find the last few things.
