Amazing experience. We had a car with water damage and they did a SUPERB job getting rid of all the mold and wetness and doing an extensive detail. Price was very fair; people very nice. Tremendous service at a fair price. Our family Lexus had a water issue (drains around sunroof clogged and flooded inside of car) and since we rarely drive it, by the time we realized the damage, the interior was - gross. Like mold growing on the seatbelts gross. We took it to this place and Steven made it like new. Removed all the seats and carpet, dried everything, cleaned and sanitized and basically made it so much better inside than it was before the water damage. I could not recommend District Detail more highly if you need this sort of thing. Its...remarkable.

Dropped off my GTI to have a full paint correction and ceramic coating done. Steven worked to accommodate my budget. I was kept up to date on the progress. I was really impressed with the results. Steven got nearly all of the paint defects out - swirls, scratches scuffs. The ceramic coating was totally worth the extra cost - the cars paint is so glossy. The paint didnt even look this good when I first bought the car. Id recommend District Detail to anyone.

Steve did an excellent job, was great with following up and even did an additional comp service since he had to reschedule my original appointment. Car looked much better inside and he did a very deep clean. Nice guy and highly recommended.

My car was splattered by a cement truck while parked in front of my house. Steven had quick availability for me to bring my car into the shop and was super diligent in soaking the side of my car. He got off all the cement and buffed up the exterior where it had gotten scratched. I was super impressed with how shiny and new that side of my car looked. The process was smooth and stress-free. While I hope my car wont need additional body work, Steven for sure has my future business. They also do detailing - so I will be back to test their hand at that!

Steven did an amazing job fixing my car after some recent flood damage. I had about a half an inch of water sitting on my floorboards after recent heavy thunderstorms. I had thought I got the water out, but the musty smell remained. He had to remove my driver’s seat and pull up the carpet to dry out the car, but everything looks and smells new again (even though the car is 10 years old). He also detailed the inside of the car leaving no surface untouched. Steven was very prompt and accessible via phone and text. He communicated the status of my car and even sent pictures throughout the process. The drop-off and pick-up was also easy and hassle-free. You can tell he is passionate about what he does based on the quality of work. I hope to never have flood damage again, but if you do, I highly recommend District Detail.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a auto detailer. Steven promised to wash the car (twice), shampoo the interior and wax/buff the exterior. After keeping the vehicle for four days (he promised it would be done it one, possibly two days) we arrived to pick up the vehicle and Steven along with one of his employees was frantically working on the vehicle. We immediately noticed that the carpets had not been cleaned and that they had just lightly wiped down the dash. The rims were still extremely dirty which led us to realize the exterior of the vehicle also had not been washed/cleaned as promised. We spent the next 45 minutes pointing out all of the areas that had not been cleaned (areas that he had promised to clean.) We eventually threw up our hands, paid the bill ($600) and left with the vehicle. The next day we complained to Steven and he admitted that he did not have time to wash the vehicle or shampoo the carpeting. I asked him to make it right and he did refund $200. We wanted $400, but we were happy to get $200. We since had the vehicle detailed at a competitor in Manassas, VA and received all of the services Steven promised paying only $400.

Wow!!! I cant say enough good things about Steven and District Detail. I had a car to turn in on a lease and wanted it in tip top shape. Steven erased all evidence of two not-so-neat kids and had the car sparkling new (inside and out) and looking like I just drove it off the lot. He was even able to remove a ding in my door from someones errant shopping cart.Polite, punctual and top notch service. You cant go wrong here. Will definitely use again!!!!

Steven is the best! I called Steven when we discovered mold in my wifes 2014 VW Tiguan. It turns out there were over 5 gallons of water in the floorboards which had leaked into the car over a long period of time without our knowledge. After weeks of negotiating with my insurance company over repair costs, Steven was able to not only get our insurance to cover the costs of the repairs, but he fully removed all the mold and water, and he fixed the clogged channels in the sunroof that caused the issue in the first place. Additionally, he detailed the car so it looked brand new.Steven did an incredibly thorough job, was very communicative, and super responsive to all my questions. If youre looking for an expert and a professional, look no further.

The car that I brought to Steven had not been thoroughly cleaned in an embarrassingly long amount of time. I honestly wasnt sure any car detailing would fix the years of neglect to our family car, but I was shocked when I picked our car up from Steven and his team. All the crumbs and dirt were picked out of the corners of the console and stereo. Seats and carpets were clean as new, and the car smelled like it did the first day we picked it up. Not only were his prices very reasonable, but Steven is friendly, flexible, and very easy to reach. This made the entire process so much easier. I bought a ceramic coating off of the Internet for my 2015 Audi Q7. I bought it because the product said that it prevents scratches and cuts down on the need of washings. Also the price was really good! My husband proceeded to place the material on the entire car and not just the hood first as a test . Needless to say the stuff was garbage and it left a terrible haze on the entire vehicle that just would not come off . It was just horrible. I figured I would have to get a new paint job . I asked my husband to try getting it detailed first . My husband found district detail and read the reviews and scheduled to take the Vehicle in. Well my husband and I met Steve and he said he could take care of us. I was so happy! Steve was extremely nice and informative as to his detailing process. The job he did was amazing and a quick turn around. Steve educated us as how to now cleanse the vehicle (no more mr.wash car washes and no more internet garbage ) and even gave us a sample bottle of his special stuff . He saved me thousands of dollars that I was ready to shell out for a new paint job . He actually brought my car back to its showroom shine!!! Thanks so much !!
