Review №1

I wanted to write this review specifically because of the 1 star review someone left awhile ago. obviously I don’t know the whole story of what happened to that persons car but.. I was rear ended in my brand new subaru and my insurance company had me go to washington chevy to get it repaired. the process was simple, quick, and easy. my car looks like nothing ever happened to it and the staff answered all the questions I had. when I read that 1 star review I will admit I was afraid to trust washington chevy but they were great and I would recommend them to anyone! thank you collision center!

A simple bumper repair turned into a nightmare! The paint matched great! Thats where the good ended. The new paint and blended paint had dimples everywhere and the clear coat was hazy with scratches all over. They ran the car through their brush carwash which put scratches all over my vehicle including the new soft paint. (this is acceptable to these guys). At this point I told them I would not accept the vehicle but they promised me to make this right and was only worried about getting me out of my rental (for whatever reason) and then getting their check from my insurance company. They asked me to bring the vehicle back for another appointment. I called and scheduled again without hassle. Driving home we noticed a rattle coming from the rear hatch and overspray all over the windows and windshield. Prior to leaving the lot we noticed the collision and detection system malfunctioning; this was fixed in the repair shop within 30 minutes but they treated me like I was an infectious animal and made me wait outside in the cold while they worked on it; the shop guy stated there is no way Im letting you in this building! Not the biggest of deals but at this point Im fed up. They needed my car dropped of the night before for them to correct their poor quality work. I had no rental at this point, and they didnt offer any loaner of any sort and my family needs a minimum 6 passanger vehicle with 4 kids in boosters/car seats. They called me the next day and said the repairs are complete. I drove straight to my car and noticed EVERYTHING we talked about them fixing was still not right! I refused to accept the vehicle and at this point contacted the store GM and my insurance agent. The body shop manager, Ryan, said he didnt see what was wrong with the work and HE would accept this as a completed satisfactory job. That should have been my biggest hint to never let these guys touch my vehicle again! But, my agent said I picked them and have to give them the opportunity for the shop to make it right. Turned out they only buffed and detailed the car to try to appease me. We then went over the whole vehicle, marked every concern with masking tape, and listed the concerns. Third try! They made things worse instead of better! More paint dimples, more overspray, more haze in the clear coat where they smoked it with the buffer, and more scratches!! More scratches where they must have removed the window from the rear quarter panel and was nowhere near cautious. All this even after they knew I was now going over their work with a fine tooth comb. Oh, the bumper cover was of several clips as well. I refused to accept the work and I refused to let them devalue my vehicle any further. Im still working with my insurance 4 months later to resolve the issues. Long story short, dont pick these hacks for your auto body repair.
