The receptionist was super nice and helpful. They did a great job on my car! Would highly recommend and likely to return if I need any other work done on my vehicle.

The driver side window in my car would not go up all the way. Every other place I called was at least a week wait. I called Diehl Collision Center in Washington and they were able to squeeze me in. They couldn’t guarantee they could fix it for me, but were willing to take a look. Thanks to them my window is back to operational in less than an hour! Super professional and even more helpful! I will be suggesting them to everyone I know that needs any collision work done on their cars!

I could not be more happier with my repairs at Diehl. My vehicle was a few weeks ago, AGAIN, and took it in for body work on my driver side doors. They estimated 14 days repair time and actually took them 9 days. I was very pleased with the communication by them, they explained in detail what was going to be done to correct my issue, and reassured me things will be fixed like new. Definitely recommend using them for body work.

Literally one of the most professional collision centers I have ever associated with. I purchased an older truck that needed some TLC as far as body work. After contacting Diehl collision center, Kody Niedzwiecki and his team kept me informed throughout the entire process and I had my truck back in a very timely manor. Would highly recommend!

High quality work and great company to deal with. We had a minor issue, loose rear view mirror after a windshield replacement, that we put off dealing with for a year. When I finally got around to calling them to get it fixed, there were no questions asked and it was fixed without an appt or having to leave the car.

Never and I mean Never take any vehicles here!!!!! I used to use Nadalin autobody for years. I decided to give diehl a try when Madeline sold. The manager Kody is extremely unprofessional and a complete jerk. Promised my vehicle would be done in 12 days and it took them two months. Then when I would call, kody was ignorant and even hung the phone up on me. I wouldn’t give diehl a dollar of my hard earned cash. They are crooked and thieves

Immediately following a car accident, I could not have had a better experience. This auto body shop worked with my insurance company and the towing company on the spot. When I could not get a rental car due to the weekend, they provided me with a loaner vehicle and even put my child seat in for me. Through the entire process they were kind, communicative, and professional. The work on my car was extensive and today looks as though the accident never occurred. I highly recommend this shop.

I hit a deer they took 2-weeks 2 days and never called during the time only the end when it was done left two screws out of trim and hood has chips in the paint that wasnt touched up.

Did great work, but estimated 9-10 days and took 14. Also took an extra $500 from my insurance company. When you really need your car, don’t take it there.
