Don’t go! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this particular store !!!! Not a nice experience, very disappointed . Absolutely shocking customer service. They are Not Professional and Responsible.1, They promised me to finish it in 2 weeks, but it ended up 5 weeks.2, When I went there to pick up the car, The tire pressure was very low. I asked them to fill the tire air . The manager checked it and told me it’s not part of the Insurance claim on the accident, and told me he won’t fill the tire air. I don’t know how they test drive it before they called me to pick the car with that tire.3, I found a new scratches on my car in different locations.4, The quality of work done is Very poor!!

TERRIBLE. They deserve a negative-zillion star rating. I have never had a worse customer service and/or mechanic experience in my entire life. I cannot even begin to explain how bad it is. All I can say is think of the worst service experience you have ever had or heard of anyone having--and then quadruple it. If you do that, then you are about halfway to understanding how absolutely horrendous Service King Collision NW DC is as an experience. Take your car and your business somewhere else.

The only reason this isn’t a one-star is because our vehicle was eventually fixed — we think. Shoddy work, poor service, and general disorganization. Do not recommend.We’ve typically used Imperial Auto Body; they’re great. After a recent collision, we decided to try Service King because the location is much more convenient and, like Imperial, it had a partnership with our auto insurance provider.It took three tries for Service King to get the repair right. The job involved replacing both driver’s side doors, and when they first told me that the vehicle was ready, it was immediately apparent that the doors had not been installed properly: the rear door was visibly sticking out, the two doors were spaced too far apart, and they were not aligned with one another. The Service King manager agreed to do the job again — but he didn’t apologize either.On the second try, the rear door was finally flush with the rest of the vehicle, but the two doors were still much farther apart from one another compared to the doors on the passenger side. I’m not talking about some kind of fine measurement — there was a noticeable difference clear to the naked eye. Once again, though the manager didn’t deny the need for further work, he didn’t express any kind of apology — and, in fact, seemed annoyed that I’d again pointed out an issue.On the third try, Service King called me at least four times and sent an email in all-caps to let me know that the car was “ready.” Clearly, they were ready to be done with this job. Once again, the doors were still visibly farther apart on the drivers’ side than on the passengers’ side. Worse, despite the apparent urgency with all the calls and the email, the car wasn’t truly “ready” as they’d described — sure the work may have been completed (in their view) but the car was stuck inside the garage, not on the lot. So, even after all the calls to come pick up the vehicle, I had to wait for 20+ minutes until the car was brought up, only to see that the job still was not complete.Finally, after this latest shortcoming, they got the doors right. As you might imagine, given the lack of attention to detail, it’s hard not to wonder about the quality of the work overall and the parts of the vehicle that were repaired that we can’t see.Hopefully there won’t be a next time. But, suffice to say, if there is, we’re going with Imperial.

I utilized Service King to fix damages I had on my 2018 BMW 230i due to an hit and run incident on the back of my car. When I arrived with my car I expressed to the young lady that I am also concerned about the parking sensors on the car not functioning properly, she informed me that John Morroni will be taking care of the car and that she would inform him. John contacted me two days later informing me that the repairs were complete and that I can come retrieve the car, I asked him if he checked the parking sensors he informed me that they fully functional. When I arrived at Service King to retrieve my vehicle, I was informed by the employee that I owe them $500 and the rest Geico already sent them, I knew this information was incorrect because Geico had sent me the check and informed me the exact amount I am supposed to pay which was $1,500, I informed the lady and she came back and told me I owe $2,000 I was very confused on how she went from $500 to $2,000 and I told her that was incorrect, we both then waited an hour on the phone with Geico for them to tell her the correct amount was 1,500, I paid the amount and she gave me my key. I entered my car and immediately notice the parking sensors werent functioning correctly and warning light was coming up on the dashboard. I asked John whats wrong he stated that it was working before and I reminded him that we spoke about it on the phone before I arrived. He came outside and told me the parking sensors only work while the car is in reverse and I knew this was false information, I have had the car for 6 months, so it became clear to me he didnt know much about the car. He stated he will have the sensors relooked at. He called me back and stated that the sensors were working, I came back and thankfully they were however, the bumper that they painted for me was incomplete, there were spots unpainted so he also had to repaint to the bumper again. I went to the Service King three occasions and had an issue each time. I dont recommend utilizing their services. The customer service and execution of the repair is poor.

The customer service is horrible. there are many shops with better service and patience. So far waiting for my car to get repaired, when the car is ready will update on the job theyve done.

This was an insurance repair. Service King handled the entire procedure very professionally, and got me my car back fully repaired ahead of their original schedule. I recommend this company!

If you’re a first time accident person like me, BEWARE! They are an “auto express” category which means that they do the repairs immediately after they do the inspection. They do not call you to tell you the estimate prior to doing the repairs. I will say they are prompt and their customer service is great, but my insurance company did not explain to me that they will just proceed with repairs. So if you’re looking for just a quote or estimate, be VERY SPECIFIC! You won’t know what you owe until it’s already too late.

I wish I could give -10 for their customer service. I am not mechanic, I do not understand everything. if you ask more than one question, they got annoyed and impatient. i am paying for their service, just wanted to know what they are doing on my car.

There literally poor Service DO NOT COME HERE I’ve waited 7 days for them to fix my car and they haven’t even started on top of that they sent my vehicle to va herdon I don’t know why and they never called me in them 7 days I had to call them and I called them to give me my car back and they have the audacity to tell me if I can go pick it up after they the one who sent it over there terrible service never coming back and never got car fixed from here getting my car back tomorrow
