Excellent service. I had never had my car serviced at anything other than a Mercedes dealer. But there was not a dealer close to where I’m living now. East Coast Import Services did a great job with a simple fix for my car. I intend to use them from now on and highly recommend them.
Russell is the man. Hes been in this business for a long long time. They know exactly what they are talking about and do a very through job. Definitely have no hesitations about bringing your European Imports here.
Simply excellent. Knowledgeable, capable, fair pricing, no concerns over gouging or all the nightmares at dealerships. They enjoy what they do and if you have an interesting car, all the better. 30 years experience, a real community asset. Not inexpensive, no $19.95 oil changes here.
Pricey but he knows everything about BMW and Audis. Was great with my cars
I dropped off my mint 1971 Honda N600 for an oil change and when I returned to pick it up I was shocked to find that a 670cc Predator V-twin had been installed in the engine compartment. I asked the mechanic, Isaac, to put the original engine back in. He said that it was better better now because he had ported and polished it, installed a Stage-II kit, swapped on a Mikuni Carb and that I should say thank you to Go Power Sports. I told him he just ruined my mint collectors car. He then looked me dead in my eye and calmly said “It’ll be fine“Kidding of corse. From what I’ve seen on YouTube, the guys at this shop are the best!If I ever broke down in Eastern North Carolina, you can bet this is where I’d take my car!!!
I have been coming to Russell for over 10 years. He is one of the smartest folks I know.
Issac is a master mechanic for sure.
