5pm on a Tuesday: I stopped by with a tire that had a screw in it. The gentleman that helped me quoted me quickly, handled the the fix very quickly, and 15 minutes later, the tire was reinstalled. Friggin amazing! Def coming back! Will update review if anything changes!

As a woman, I feel very comfortable coming here. The prices are very reasonable and they are very good about keeping track of who came when. Last time I was here a man wanted to be seen before me and the owner said I was here first. I needed a tire replaced and he communicated all of my options and my prices. In short, would recommend.

Very fast, work was finished honestly faster than I could come pick the car up. I also saw a review saying that someone brought a luxury car here and got upcharged. That was not my experience at all.

They replaced two of my tires for a good price, and when my tire pressure sensors kept going off checked them with no extra charge and let me know they were dead. The whole trip took 30 minutes. I recommend this place!

I had a tire with a slow leak I was hoping to get fixed. I was expecting to get an estimate and to maybe have to come back another time. They had it off the car, a nail removed, and patched within 10 minutes. They were ridiculously helpful and quick. I paid $20 and would definitely go back.

Seems like they always recommend to replace the tire. Couple of days ago I called them to ask if they repair punctured tire, they said yes. I went there to repair the puncture tire. Service guy took the tire out and asked me if I need a new tire or used? I told him that I am here to repair the punctured tire, not to replace the tire. He said this tire is not repairable. Then I noticed that service guy took the wrong tire out. I told him there is nothing wrong with this tire, you took out the wrong tire. Punctured tire is on the other side. He put it back and went to the other side to see other tire. He said punctured tire is not repairable and I need to replace it. I said you even havent took out the tire to look at it closely and you are saying it is not repairable. He said he saw it from inside when he was taking out the other tire out (wrong tire). I was surprised and speechless at his response. Anyways I didnt have time to argue and find the puncture repair guy. I did math in my head and figured out buying used tire from him would be about $30 more than puncture repair. So I asked him to put a used tire it. Then I saw another lady with punctured tire on this shop. I asked her what did he suggested to her. She said he told her to replace the tire.

Reliable. Weve bought three used tires here over the years. The employees mount the tire on the rim and are really speedy. I bought a tire there once when I had both of my small kids in the car with me, and they were very considerate about moving the process along expediently. Ive paid about $80 per tire, and the tires have a warranty.

Fantastic and timely service. I had a broken tire valve and it was replaced within 20 minutes. He went above and beyond when the Honda wheel lock was broken and persevered until he got it unlocked so he could replace the valve. Super appreciate the time and energy! I had a tire w/a nail in it. The gentleman who plugged my tire was kind and professional. He suggested that I consider buying new tires for my car soon, but did not try to pressure me into a sale.The credit card machine worked just fine and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes after work! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend in a pinch.

I wish 2.5 stars was an option. I saw a handful of satisfied customers leaving this place, the guy who attended me was friendly and as quick as he could be as the only one working.However, my tires are in worse condition after leaving Menla than when I first started. And they charged me $20 for negative product.I got two flats this week and I wanted to get them both patched if possible. With the first tire, the tech put a patch on it and then said, This tire has a sidewall bubble and its unsafe. Dont drive on it. Why put a patch on a tire thats bad?? I think this was a honest mistake, but a mistake nonetheless, that they still wanted to charge me for.Then I was told there is nothing wrong with the second tire (but was charged $10 for the checking) even though if it hadnt gone flat, clearly I wouldnt have been there, and it was only holding air because I put fix-a-flat in it. By the time I got back to the house, that tire had already lost pressure because they have to clean out the fix-a-flat product to check if the tire is good. Again, another honest mistake, Im sure. These guys dont seem like creeps, and I dont think anyones trying to play games... but real talk, Fix-a-flat did a better job that this place, and Im glad I bought a second can, because Im going to need it. I wasted an hour and $35 - $20 they charged me and $15 for the second can of fix a flat.

Can’t say enough good things about Menla Tire. Pulled in to their shop with a screw in my tire, and they immediately pulled and plugged my tire. Much better customer service than I’ve ever experienced at the national chains. A great find when I was sure my day was ruined.

I came here because of the great reviews on Google, and couldnt possibly be happier that I did. If I could give them 6, 10 or 25 stars, I would. Super fast and friendly. Got two new tires for a great price, installed on the spot in 15 minutes just before they closed at 8 PM. Bring Eric a papaya drink if you go. Never going anywhere else for tires again.

I come here any time I have tire issues. There is rarely any wait for service, no appointment needed, and very reasonable pricing. The staff is excellent.

I had some tires I ordered online installed here at a good price. I chose this place as it is right up the street from me, and one of my tires was actually flat, so it was a back alley only drive there. As they are a tire business, this was done fast fast fast. They also replaced the valve stem on my spare for free, so now it works! I also wanted the brakes done, and they have a mechanic there that can do that as well. They dont carry any pads in stock in their store, and encouraged me to go up the road to AutoZone and get what I needed, come back, and they would install it. It was a good thing that I got new rotors, because the old ones looked horrible, and it didnt cost much more to get them installed. As a value added service, I would suggest they invest in a pressure washer to clean off wheels when theyre done. Nobody likes driving away with nasty looking wheels. But - everything was done quickly, inexpensively, and with friendly service. They have also added a charge machine, so you can use credit cards here. For the price, service, and speed, I will be coming back -

These guys continue to rock! I had a flat today (on a tire Menla sold and installed a few years ago) and I stopped by thinking I’d have to buy two new tires. Boy was I wrong. After about 15 mins and a very reasonable charge later, they’d fixed the flat and sent me on my way. They could’ve easily talked me into buying new tires but instead of a couple of hundred bucks, they definitely gained a loyal customer.

I took a BMW Z3 wheel that the tire was ripped off from the rim to this place. They said that they can take the rest of the tire off and put on the new tire. However, after a while working on it they said they cant. However, not sure what kind of equipments they were using but they damaged my rim so badly. It will cost me probably $200 to fix rim. Sure enough I took the wheel to another dealer within 5 miles radius and they fixed my wheel in less than 5 min. I would definitively not go to them if you have a luxury car rim!!! you will regret it!***This is in response to the owners response: This is neither a fake review nor made up. Amazing customer service, they were very fast. I came purchase 4 new tires for $500.00 with labor included compare to the $600 plus labor they were charging me at Sears. Not only were they cheap, they were on time. They told me 20 minutes and I thought it was a joke, but in 15 minutes they were finished with my car.I very recommend this place for anyone trying to buy tires.

One of the employees made inappropriate comments about my looks and marital status. He thanked the AAA tow driver for bringing him a pretty customer. He wouldnt take no for an answer when I asked for a used tire since Im selling my car in a couple months. After several minutes of my insisting on the cheaper used tire and being made to fee extremely uncomfortable, he only acquiesced when I said I had a boyfriend. Youre not running a professional business worth my money if you cant treat single women with respect. Even worse, theyre more expensive than the place I originally told the AAA driver to take me to before being talked into this place.

I believe it is highly disrespectful and very insulting to up a price on tires based on the persons gender. I have come to Menla before with my ex husband for a tire and was given a fair price for 1 used tire of $55 still pricey but I obliged. Now, I went there today because my tires were so balled my wheel would shake. And they said it would cost $70 for 1 USED TIRE THAT TREAD LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD WARE SOON. I was so offended that because Im a woman, these guys would think I wouldnt notice the change in price. I politely drove 30 mins to another tire shop and paid $80 for 2 REALLY GOOD USED TIRES. You all should be ashamed of yourself. I believe the guys were trying to pocket an extra 30 - 40 bucks off me. SMH so glad I know enough to know thats a ridiculous price for a USED TIRE... NEVER GO HERE ALONE LADIESSSSSSSSS
