I went to the Washington, PA office in order to pay my insurance bills. I was told there was no one there that could take my payment as the only insurance employee was off that day. I said you mean to tell me that I have money to give you and no one here can take my payment? Yes, that is true, you can come back, he will be in tomorrow. I live over 18 miles away from this office. I cannot just come the next day.A week later, I try to call 1st to make sure the insurance person will be in the office so that I can pay my insurance premiums. Website says opens at 8:30 a.m., but when I call at 8:40 a.m. I get a recording that states the office is currently closed.
Called today and had to listen to recorded prompt after prompt after prompt to get to a real person. Young man was then rude and short with me. I was in this office about 2 months ago, and after sitting there waiting for the receptionist to acknowledge me for about 10 minutes, I gave up and let. One of the worst aspects was the fact that I was sitting right in front of a female employee who was doing NOTHING. Not once did she say to me Can I help you? Todays call was the last straw. Ive been a AAA member for 24 years. When the membership comes up for renewal this next year, I am going to find someone else. Ive had it with these rude, unprofessional losers.

I walked into this office yesterday in a really bad mood. Apparently the PA Dept. of motor “vehicles” can not help you with vehicle registration, go figure. Sometimes you have to wonder where our tax dollars really go???Anyway, a sweet lady named Kim helped me. She quickly fixed my problem and apologized on behalf of the state. She went above and beyond and met AAA needs that I didn’t even know I had. I was able to upgrade my service and add my husband and daughter. She spent time explaining all the perks of their credit card to me. Once I pay off my others I will definitely be switching to this one. I also now know that I can plan a vacation and there are multiple payment plans.This is the type of customer service so many companies are lacking now a days. Thank you for all of the help and great conversation. I walked out as happy as could be!😃

I’m not a triple A member, but went here to get my truck registered. I had been jumping through hoops for what should have been an easy process. After coming here, my troubles were non existent. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Getting some title work was excellent. Didnt seem extremely interested when asking about vacation plans. Only 3 stars for lack of interest and vacation info.

I had called in advance to see about getting a duplicate title for my automobile. I was told over the phone that this was a service they provided. After sitting for 20 minutes while the one employee working spent as much time showing another client photos of her dog as actually working, another employee finally came off of lunch break only to pull out a copy of the same form I could have printed from online, which has to be sent to Harrisburg. If they had simply told me that they cant actually provide titles on the phone, it would have saved me a lengthy trip. Was an incredibly inefficient office, and the process proved to be a big waste of my time.
