Peace of mind has no price to me. Before moving to St George, I would only take my vehicles to a widely acclaimed Audi mechanic I knew personally, or the dealership for service, so I was nervous to find a new shop to bring my car to. Ive had my Allroad serviced at Fuzion three times since living here, and each time they have greatly exceeded my expectations in their customer service, knowledge and doing the right thing. They will continue to be my go-to.

I was referred by a mechanic who wasn’t comfortable working on my Land Rover. I had three other mechanics, including a Land Rover mechanic, try to diagnose an issue I was having and no one could help until I went to Fuzion.These guys know their stuff and my car drives better than ever. Tia, Eric, & Isaac were amazing! My daughter and I were traveling from CO to various National Parks in Utah in a 1989 Volkswagen Westfalia. We were experiencing some shifting issues and they were able to squeeze us in on the same day. They took the time to give our vehicle a check and ease our minds that everything was okay! We were in from out of town just for the weekend and my enging light came on at 5:00 on Friday... on a holiday weekend. We called several places and they wouldnt even talk to us because they were closing soon for the long weekend. These guys stayed open late so they could diagnose our problem and, when it wasnt a simple fix, he found a place for me that I could talk to that was open over the holiday. All of that and he was way more than fair on the price. So grateful to have found someone honest who cared about getting us what we needed even though it wasnt convenient for them. Would use again.

Called in right at closing time on a Friday and these guys stayed late, gave me a diagnosis, and found me a shop that was open over the holiday weekend so I could get my car worked on while on vacation. A great shop that really went the extra mile for us.

Fusion was recommended to me by a mechanic in cedar. I have an 07 mini that had a transmission trouble code they were not able to fix or diagnose the issue but did recommended another shop and even towed it over no charge. I cannot speak of Thier work but seems like good people with good business practices.Update: car is fixed and on the road. Thanks for the refferal

Eric is not only a top-notch technician, he reduced an estimate by half instead of doing unnecessary work. He and Tia kept me in the loop, texting regularly and giving accurate time estimates. Although the place always looks busy, somehow they managed to replace the battery in one of my vehicles and then change the oil and replace the battery in the other, all on the same day. Highly, highly recommended in case I didnt make that clear.

Car broke down going up a Utah hill on the first day of our cross country trip from California to Pittsburgh,PA - Eric was nice enough to stay after hours to receive the car from the tow truck and diagnostic was run first thing in the morning. Car was serviced in 2 business days and even overnight/over weekend rush shipped the part we needed to get us back on the road asap. Porsche competent. My 88 911 cabriolet suffered a serious fuel leak. It was toad to a local mechanic who couldnt find the leak, I picked it up and took it to another mechanic who found the leak but didnt feel comfortable with his ability to fix it. I called around to several service locations, two of them recommend I call Fusion Autoworks so I ended up taking to their shop. After two plus weeks (parts were difficult to come by) the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. It was not an easy fix. Eric and his crew are certainly Porsche competent.

I took my car to two other repair shops before this. He is the first to sit with me and discus the vehicle history. He gave me his full attention while I described the issues. He is down-to-earth, you wont feel intimidated talking to him. My Volvo was looked at promptly and later that day I was given a diagnosis that other repair shops only guessed at.

I was looking for a shop that I could trust with my XK8 Jaguar when I found Fuzion. Excellent service and very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this shop to others and have already done so. They were very fast and confident on knowing the cars engine system. I will infidelity go back with if needed.

These guys are amazing! I brought my very broken brand new BMW into them.When others couldnt diagnosis what was going on they did very quickly!They were fast, super friendly, courteous and way beyond Fair! If every business operated like they do, we be much more trusting in our culture! Hands down these guys need awards and lots of them! If you need your car fixed or diagnosed, dont hesitate to call Fusion !I probably sound like an ad or like somebodys relative that works there but I can assure you that neither one of those options is true. Honestly, I should have made these guys my first call but from now on they will be my only call!!

The wife & I have a Volvo XC60 that we love enough to take it to Vegas for service. No more. This is our babys new service establishment. Now truthfully, if youre a wait for it like us, dont expect all the trimmings of a dealership, but what they lack in plush surroundings, they more than make up for in quality service and thats what counts with me. They work on European cars! I dont know very much about cars but everyone at the shop was incredibly nice and helpful. They also explained things that were wrong with my car in a way that I could understand. The price was appropriate for the work done and I will definitely be coming back for my tune ups! No one in Cedar will even look at my car because its a VW so its nice to have someone in St. G that will.

My 89 Vanagon spontaneously decided not to start during a road trip, had it towed to Eric, who quickly diagnosed the problem with his team, ordered the part the same day (ignition coil), answered all my silly questions, gave me some VW advice and we were on the road again the next day! Our Land Rover blew out 2 tires on a dirt road near Zions. Eric was amazing- early on a Monday morning he jumped into action and figured out how to patch 2 huge holes, and we were able to get off the mountain. Then he had 4 tires shipped in, and the repairs and parts for the ball bearings. Not only that, but he had it aligned and the oil changed, and we were able to drive off his lot 2 days later- that kind of professional service and friendly help is invaluable! We are now life-long fans of Fuzion Autoworks, and Eric too. Many thanks, highly recommend this place to anyone!

These guys saved us! Our cars AC went out on our way to slc from vegas and these guys got it done fast for us and even took us to and from the hotel! In the end they even did it cheaper than the estimate because they didn’t end up needing to do certain things! That’s pretty honest!!!

Fuzion auto did a great job fixing my Range Rover!I first took it over to CT automotive and they couldn’t pin point what the problem was, iv had them fix my Range Rover in the past and they kept my car over 2 weeks!Took it into fuzion and they told me it was my alternator and fixed it right away and had my car back in the same day!It’s running great!They were very nice and fast and told me if there were anymore problems to bring it in and they’d fix it and gave me a warranty great people!Definitely will be back if there’s anymore issues there the place to go forsure

Not the cheapest but certainly among the best. When you are driving a 1991 VW Camper van...you need the backup of a great mechanic and you will find that at Fuzion. Problems that I had learned to accept because others couldnt seem to find a permanent fix...Fuzion changed that and fixed them. Thank you and I will be back when needed. I have had this 1991 Synchro going on 15+ years and it is running better than it has since the day I purchased it...and that is due to Fuzions expertise.

I was supposed to get my car back after a day, and I ended up waiting 6 days without a car. The deadline would move back a day every time we talked, which made made planning my work schedule around it a nightmare. By the time it was finally ready I wasnt able to pick it up because id be at work after waiting for calls as long as I could. The owner is a nice enough guy and Its not their fault for the last two days I waited, but the majority of my experience with them was full of delays and poor communication. If you come here, excect the service to take longer than they quote. And letting their dogs inside my car to leave pawprints everywhere and scratch up my interior was a nice touch too. I will probably be looking for different shops in the future.

Took my Volkswagon in and the technician found and solved the problem rather quickly, without a huge investment in repairs on my part. :-) Great and friendly customer service all around.

Fastest oil change ever!

Eric at Fuzion Autoworks is a nice guy, honest, AND a great mechanic! I had unexpected brake problem while visiting National Parks. Definitely not something to wait until you get home kind of fix. Referred to me by another BMW garage since they were too busy, and boy, was I glad!!! He was able to take me on the same day with parts shipped same day and at quoted time and price. No surprises.Eric works on ALL cars...new/old, standard/unique, foreign/domestic, and luckily for me, he charges FAIR, not fancy import (aka $$$$) prices! The established BMW shops quoted me prices nearly 2x more than Eric. Wish he had a shop near me, but I would recommend his service to any one in Utah! Or to travelers, like myself, who dont know where they could go and trust that they wont get gouged because they are not local.There is no lounge, no fancy seats, no free coffee, no vending machine. There ARE bathrooms in the garage. It is located in an industrial area, no nearby stores, restaurants. But who cares, you get HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY service. He didnt mind that I wanted to see under the car and watch. Definitely not your typical garage where you cant cross the line or even step into the garage. He even showed me how NOT to get gouged by another mechanic when I replaced the part that was not in stock for shipping, which he would have done if available.If you live or traveling near St George or Zion National Park and need a mechanic, take your business to Fuzion Autoworks and worry no more. I am not a personal friend, and was not solicited to make these statements. Im just a happy customer with money still left in my wallet!
