If i could give them a 0 star score, I would! They need to be put out of business!! Crooks!! They buy cars that look good on the outside but have lots of issues under the hood. They band-aid up the issues and sell the cars to customers who find the problems start to pop up soon after buying/driving.I personally bought a used minivan in March. My family has juggled one car for almost 2 years. We finally had enough to buy our minivan we wanted to take family Roadtrips and also use as a daily vehicle for myself. When we test drove the van, it was jiggling. The dealer who also is the owner said he would have his mechanic look at it. The mechanic said it needed new sway bars and the old tires were also a part of the jiggling. So they say they replaced the sway bar and new tires. the van still juggles at highway speed but they did actually put new tires on. A week after owning the van, the engine light came on and we noticed a slow oil leak in the driveway. We took the van back to Robert Judd auto and they again said theyd have their mechanic look at it. The mechanic has possession of our van for a week when they finally called us to tell us they found a leak in the engine but its a hefty cost so they put something called blue devil oil sealant in the engine and the more we drove it over the weekend it would solidify and stop leaking. We planned a special family day trip an hour away from home just to drive the van a lot to stop the leak. The leak still did not stop over a week so I found my own mechanic through talking to residents in my city. The mechanic I found could not fit me into their schedule for a week but said around town driving is fine. Well, the battery light came on in that week of waiting and while I was driving it came on and my car started to loose power and I thankfully made it to a Walmart parking lot. Where the mechanics at Walmart tried to charge my car battery for a long time and it wouldnt charge so I purchased a new battery to get me home safely. I did not drive it the rest of the week and took it to my mechanic whom worked on it alone for just a week because he found so many issues that added up to $3,000 in repairs. I got the van back and everything was finally working great for a week. Until the engine light came on again and .my mechanic said it was coding for a faulty O2 sensor. So he replaced it with a new one. Now Ive had the van back again for almost 2 weeks and just the other day the AC completely stopped working and only blows hot air. So I have to again take in to be looked at on Monday. My family is planning a big Roadtrip next month to visit family we havent seen in years and we finally have an opportunity to safely see them but maybe not if we cannot drive their in a vehicle we cant depend on. Robert Judd auto knew these reasons we bought a minivan, they will talk up a conversation with you and be friendly and relatable to your life but they only do that to get your check and push you out the door. I read a lot of bad Google reviews while our van was in their mechanics possession the first time but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were helping us( it seemed) and they were being kind (not real) so we didnt try to return the van( we paid cash) but it took us so long to save that money. I dont see how they can sleep at night and take care of their families when they are putting families on the roads with faulty vehicles.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROBERT JUDD AUTO IN UTAH!

I had a very good experience working with Brent at Judd Auto Sales. We agreed on the vehicle there was a couple of things I wanted to have done to it with their new location and Service Center they were able to take care of the problem and a very timely manner and now runs fantastically and I feel that I got a very good price on the vehicle that I purchased. I would recommend if youre looking for a good deal on a used vehicle talk to these people.

I didnt have great credit at the time, nothing to put down but an older model for trade in, and they still made it happen for me. They even chipped in to help with brakes. Process was quick and easy. They listened to my goals and were willing to help. Bad news is I found out four months later the car I bought had several issues with water pump, rack/pinion, cooler lines, valve covers, control arms, suspension, alignment, gaskets. Put in another $4000 for all this. Auto shop said this place has a reputation for buying totaled cars, putting in minimal work, and reselling them. I was able to refinance the car to get my payments/interest cut in half but these guys took quite a while to transfer the title. I would recommend Robert Judd only if you are looking for a short term solution.

Nice Guys all brothers and no worries if any trouble w/any vehicle from them cause they take care of repairs at the HUGE repair shop they own in St G. reasonable monthly payments Too.

Great used car dealership...I am from Nevada and I Got a trailblazer from them for a pretty good price.. Matt is very nice to talk to and very calm.. I would definetely buy another car from them in the Future.... Great car selections for a great price..

Great guys! Friendly, helpful, and sold me a great truck at a great price -no haggling necessary - they took $1,000 off just for the fact that the truck hadnt been fully cleaned and serviced. They even threw in a free lube oil and filter before I drove it off the lot! Would definitely recommend these guys if youre looking for a used car dealership in Southern Utah!

I recently bought a car from them and have been very happy with the car. The salesman are extremely polite and not pushy unlike a lot of this second hand dealers I have been looking at cars at. They also have mechanic shop that has been very fair and helpful in assisting me with some of my family’s other cars.

There were no typical sales tactics or pressure. It was like there werent any salesmen just real people there willing to help if you wanted a certain car or had questions. I just bought a 2015 Kia Soul from Brent and it was one of the easiest experiences of buying anything ever. That day we went to 2 other dealerships, and at the other 2 the salesmen right as you get on the lot just kinna surround you and feel a little pressuring. Not with Robert Judd Auto Sales. My mom and I looked at the car by ourselves for a few minutes and walking back to the office to get the key to test drive it, Brent met us with the key and knew we wanted to test drive it. The staff was very friendly and didnt pressure us AT ALL!! 10/10, amazing experience.

Very helpful, good selection of cars in any price range and very fast process. Also I had a minor problem with the car the first day, i panicked but they took it right in and took care of everything and gave me a ride to and from my Dr appointment. A nice bunch of down to earth guys. I will recommend them to anyone. The only flaw is they are BYU fans. GO UTES!! LOL Thanks guys.

The owner was incredibly rude, judged me and my friends instantly and spouted off about how he assumes were going to trash his cars.Really unprofessional, and shocked when I purchased his car no problem. dont judge a person by their age.2 stars because his assistant was very pleasant.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROBERT JUDD!!!Absolutely ridiculous experience. Sold us a car for $3500 when it was in fact worth $500 max. The cost in repairs from my mechanic for all the problems the car had that Robert Judd refused to fix was almost $3000 in powertrain problems alone. Robert knew about the oil leaks and other engine problems the whole time but didnt tell us everything as we had to figure out from my own mechanic the truth. He said he would fix the leak from day one and it has been months of us repeatedly bringing the car in to Robert Judd for the repairs but he did nothing but replace cheap interior parts worth less then $50 when my mechanic told me point blank my car would blow up in less than a month if it wasnt fixed. After going to try and get my money back and return the car he denied any knowlege of the engine problems and refused to help or answer any questions. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROBERT JUDD! He is a crook and doesnt care about your safety. If you have bought a good running car from this man then it is only because it wasnt broken when HE bought it.

These guys are open, honest, and really care about the customer. Really everything your looking for as far as auto sales or mechanics go. My car was dropped off and finished same day.
