Wanted to like this place more but unfortunately the customer experience is lacking. Prices are highly marked up, 20-30%, especially for the basic liquors they know people want. Due to covid they no longer allow browsing even on July 2021 and dont know the prices of bottles when you start asking for specifics. Also dont try to ask for a discount [to get closer to normal prices] as youll be mocked out of the store. If you have another option, I would take that instead.As a side note, they pay for advertising and weve had issues leaving reviews so take what you see online with a huge grain of salt.

I came in for a hard to find tequila that was sold out in 8 other stores (including Total Wine and More). I called ahead and received really pleasant service by phone and when I arrived at the store, the on-site friendliness and accommodating service was more than I could ask for.Most liquor stores don’t exactly strive to be leaders in customer service so you definitely notice the difference between stepping foot in one that could care less that you’re there and one that has an interest in you leaving as a happy customer. I’ll definitely be back.

Went here on a Friday night and they bring you the alcohol while you wait at cash counter. Good service and the cashier know about their alcohol and stocks

Easy to order online... and theres even an app...super easy. Also, picking up is fairly easy...I followed GPS and just tried on that...it was hard to see any signs until youre very close. Amazing selection, curbside service available which I did, and helpful staff... awesome place!

I was searching every where for 99 Long Island ice tea 750ml bottle. I almost gave up. Then I found this place. I immediately reach out to the store to confirm they had it. And they did!!! A warm, welcoming staff and an amazing Bourbon selection made this a new repeat stop. If you have a question, ask them because they know their stuff. Be sure to set a budget before you get there because someone could go broke with all the rare finds in this place.

This place was amazing! As advertised I ordered online and set it to pick up. About 30 minutes after I ordered I went to pick up. Once outside of the store I called them as instructed. 2 minutes later the guy walked outside and as instructed put the order in my drunk. Very aware of the concerns with Covid 19 he kept his distance and looked at my ID from the passenger side window. He even had brought out a bottle of sanitizer if needed! The whole process was quick and convenient. I will definitely use them moving forward!

Prices WAY too high. The guy tried to sell me a bottle of Remy Martin Tercet for $200.00.After looking around at other stores I found it for $99.99. I was about to buy it but my inner voice was telling me to look around first and Im glad I did.Cant believe that this guy would try to sell me a bottle for double what its really worth, SMH.I wont be buying anything from them again.

This has to be one of the worst experiences Ive ever had inside of a wine store. All of the resources on the internet stated specifically that the store was welcoming walk-in customers. Not only was I handled rudely by the management staff while there, butwbut I tried to call shortly after to place an order I was also spoken to rudely. The person I spoke with was raising their voice, speaking aggressively and cut me off on multiple occasions. This was anean awful and I do not plan to frequent this business again. For any woman hoping to purchase wine or any other beverage I would not recommend this establishment. It will not be a safe experience.

Frustrated with the customer service and attempt to divert blame of false inventory onto Google. Their website is not updated and the woman said it was Google that was mistaken. I respect if your out of stock, especially of course hard to find items, but dont blatantly blame it on something unrelated.

Wow. There are alot of choices here. You can get over 3 dozen tequilas or more than 5 dozen whiskeys. Stuff you wont see anywhere else. Also a great please for wine or beer. There are thousands of options that you wouldnt expect. Some very very high end stuff out in the open available to be looked at read or touched. Rare.

In this joint you can find rare liquors. Japanese wisky, Columbian rums and a large variety of French champagnes. The only think you need to bring is the wallet.

I was there and happy to see they had Uncle Nearest 1884. Didnt realize until I saw it at another location a day later that they charged me $80 almost double the going price. Guess i should have done more research. Will make sure I spread the word to my Bourbon and Whiskey clubs to stay away. One last thing...the clerk scrapped the price tags off the bottles. Guess they knew they were over charging.I emailed them as theybsaid and still have not heard anything from them. I guess they juat say contact them in order to act like they did something based on the review. Wonder how many others never jear from them after they say contact them.

Im a vodka lover and I have to say their selection is decent and the prices are not bad. There is even a decent selection of organic vodkas. Totally excited to have found this place!

Very rare beer selection...just be ready to pay crazy prices. All of the employees were helpful. They said they offer free delivery.

Racist manager, yet he is a minority himself! He treats people differently. He is exceedingly friendly to white people. When he interacts with a person whose origin is not predominantly European, he acts as if he does not even want to help. That is so disgusting. I and my co-workers used to go there, but not anymore. If you go there, please notice how he treats customers from different origin. He is a heavy set guy in his early 40s who usually smokes outside of the store. I wrote this because people MUST know this. Thanks and I hope he changes his bad behavior.

This is my local liquor shop for work. I really like the guys that work here because they always try to be helpful and give good suggestions, even if those suggestions end up being a little off sometimes. They have a really great selection, and even have a lot of bottles in there chill fridge, which is awesome.

Pretty decent liquor store. They have an excellent selection of microbrew beer. They even deliver. The catch is that theyre decisively more expensive than most other liquor stores in DC.

So this is actually a nice store with a great selection but their prices are crazy. Expect to pay 30-40% more for any item. $15 for a six pack is outrageous.

Limited selection. Almost void of chilled white wines. Temperature in store not suitable for maintaining quality of whites or reds.

Excellent service by this establishment. I have purchased Yamazaki 18 and Yoichi 15 from here and both times had a great interaction with the staff of this store. They were highly professional when it came to the knowledge of both of these beverages.

These guys are the best. A wider variety of interesting and different selections youll be hard pressed to find elsewhere locally.

THIEVES. My girlfriend brought a bottle of wine from here. The wine was orignally $14.00. Being as though, theyre going out of business, a female employee, offered the bottle for half price. My girlfriend, goes to pay and is charged the full $14.00, by another gentleman, at the register. With her card. After swiping her card,is when she noticed the overcharging. Then, tells her, NO REFUND.
