5 stars!! I stopped by Dupont Circle Shoe Repair to have my backpack looked at. One of the shoulder straps had ripped from the seams. Their cobbler repaired it on the spot in less than 10 minutes. Total cost was $5, way less than the shipping costs to send back to north face for their 4 to 6 week warranty service. Highly recommended for any luggage repair needs.

Had a small tear in my shoe. The guy fixed it on the spot and gave the shoes a shine. AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE SHINE -- $10.And they take credit card. Im sold -- Ill never go anywhere else if I can help it.

SHOUTOUT to this shoe repair shop. I took my AIr Jordan 2s and 6s that werent wearable and in 3 days they looked way better than before. They even cleaned the shoe strings for $32. So, I will definitely be going back there again.

Shoes were not even ready four days after he told me they would be. Ruined my gucci heels by putting a nail through them. He basically did Less of the work he promised in front of me when I went to pick them up.

Great quality service, rare to find a true cobbler in this city. I always went back to NYC for my designer shoes and now found a new home!
