Service was good. This was my 3rd time getting a tire from this location. I brought 2 front tires which was inexpensive. They also told me I needed a tire alignment to save money on tires.

When you call and they can’t tell you how much tread is on the tire they quoted over the phone… just walk away. Shifty. Untrustworthy.“Would you buy a fish out of the water,” the guy says. Well no, that’s why I’m asking before driving over there.Great thing about the internet, this shop is one of a hundred with contact info side by side. Easy enough to not get ripped off.I’m not saying they’re scam artists, but avoiding this shop seems like the safer bet.

This place was actually really great. They fixed two leaks in my tire and got me on my way for $15!!! It was really quick service and its at a very good price. And dont be shy to tip the guys too!

Dont spend your money tires are very old pricing is horrible. Every time I go to get a tire prices change depending on how they feel at the moment I pay 65 dollars a month ago I needed a tire they want to charge me 90 dollars for the same tire total rip off

My tow truck showed up at closing and they were kind enough to still provide their services. They had my tire in stock, assessed, advised, gave a fair price and had me home with a spare and all new tires in 30 minutes. They also warranty their tires!

I hit a weird bump driving through DC and my tire pressure began to go down rapidly. I was so worried that I’d be stuck on the side of the road and then I found Tire Express. They got my tire replaced for cheap and did it quickly. Being from out of town, I would have never found a tire shop open that late. Thank you, Tire Express!

Bait and switch. Called this establishment beforehand. Provided them the year make and model and tire size required. They quoted me a particular price. After getting a ride all the way to the establishment to purchase said tires they then had to first look for it.. and then quoted me 30 plus dollars each above the price they told me per tire. I didnt buy the tire . Going somewhere else

I have been to this tire company serval time and Mr.John the owner is very pleasant and goes beyond to help you fix the problem very professional and people oriented I recommend havent had any issue 5 star for service.

My daughter was driving on bad tires and did not know. I would be leaving DC in about 8 hours. I needed 4 tires quick. Found Tire Express close by and decided to check them out. It was the best decision made. In less than 30 minutes I had 4 good tires on my daughters car. I left DC a few hours later knowing she would not have to fight with unscrupulous sales people. Pretty good hard-working people here. You can tell they dont have the luxurys as some of the name brand tire shops but for God sake these people work out in the elements and still do a damn good and quick job. Bought a used tire from them for my audi and was very pleased with the service.

John and his team were cery helpful and efficient. The pricing was consistent as well. 20 minutes in and out with a warranty on the tire as well. Definitely will recommend.

Had a bad adventure that caused me to need 2 new tires immediately. The tow truck left me there, and within 30 minutes I was driving away with 2 new tires, and a pressure check all around. The young men who took care of my car wore masks and remained covid compliant through the entire time I was there. (Asked me to get the tire lock out of the car so they didnt touch anything inside the car. Remained masked, maintained distancing) Definitely recommend Tire Express. They treated this little old lady with respect at all times.

Quick trip to my local store, turned out the change in weather was to blame for my low tires. Polite and quick, didnt charge a cent. I highly recommend.

I have documented proof this business conned me. Yes, they come off as a great service but when you scratch the surface with an issue, you will see their true colors. They sold me a tire that had no thread and failed inspection (purchased on March 5th). I bought one used tired and had another tire plugged for $180...overpriced but I went ahead and paid it. When I went for inspection, it failed and it was pointed out to me that the new used tired had no thread and should not have been sold to me. I went back to these guys to see if they would do the right thing and first no one spoke english. When I spoke with a lady that did, she was too busy yelling at me instead of listening (I wish I had recorded it...it was crazy how she kept cutting me off while trying to explain my issue). She would hear one or two words and then say I know whats going on. So eventually this guy comes out to my car, I show them the tire they sold me (same guy too) and he says thats not our tire . I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. If they have video from that day, which reflected on the receipt, yes they would clearly see they did. This con man then goes inside, and comes back out acting like he saw some information that showed I bought a tire and a rim!!!! Which is a bold face lie. He said he wouldnt charge $180 for a used tire and a plug! BS!!! He did exactly that! Whats crazier, I had one rim on my tires prior (I took off the rest months ago back in 2017) but had that one rim on it...he looks at it and tries to say that was the rim they sold me (which was actually a rim they dont sale and was purchased at Autozone as a set further demonstrated this mans unwillingness to admit he overcharged me, sold me a bad product, and refused to do the right thing). As long as everything is ok then yea im sure they will get good reviews but what determines good service and how much you value customers is how you deal with things when they dont go well (especially when you are wrong). This is a true story and im sad that my own people did me like this. The blatant lies and story telling has motivated me to make sure NO ONE is done like this again. They sold me a bad tire. They lied about it, blamed me and try to make it seem like I was lying. AND THEY OVER CHARGED ME This was the worst business experience I ever had. I run a DC based marketing agency working with a lot of DC based business! I have no reason to make this up or desire to hurt this business but it was so messed up that there is no way I will be silent. Feel free to contact me! ive attached pics of the tire sold as well as the alleged rim they sold me which they dont sale and bought from AutoZone...imagine going to footlocker to try to take back some bad shoes you were overcharged for and they owner tries to tell you they didnt sale you those and bought something else with some socks you never bought. This was just crazy. Bad business and no integrity.

This place is amazing! I pulled in with something metal in my tire. A gentleman welcomed me, showed me the problem, told me exactly how much it would cost, and repaired it. After he was done, he added air to all me tires. The gentleman at the checkout counter was also very pleasant. He even offered me a complementary bottle of cold water. The price was more than reasonable, and service was excellent. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! I highly recommend Tire Express!

Was traveling from SC to NJ and got stuck in the middle of DC with a flat tire at around 10pm! Worried if I would find a reliable place this late, I found this on Google. Very fast service, very helpful staff and so glad this place was open late! I was on way again to NJ. Note: Place is a drive thru place so different than the places in the suburbs.

I had two flats and was towed here at 8 pm on a Sunday evening. They had me on my way with two ever so slightly used tires in less than 20 min. I was so grateful. Very nice and courteous staff. Will use them again and would recommended.

This was my second time coming to this place. Each time they are friendly and very professional. I went to Macs and another tire place with a bent rim. I was told I would need to buy a new rim. Tire express said that they werent sure, but they thought they could fix the rim. Rather than get a new rim, he asked me to let him try first and if he fixed then I paid and if not they would try to find me a new rim. They fixed the rim perfectly! Definitely will be the place I go to from now on.S.A.M.

We had a flat tire on 07/23/16, and this place was one of the few places open. Fantastic customer service! They were so pleasant and friendly and we were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. It was a hot and humid day- they gave us free bottled water. Fantastic place, and I would definitely come back here :) thanks for being awesome!

John saved my life!It was 8 pm when I got in my car and discovered I was riding on my rim. The tire repair places were all closed. Tire Express is open until 10 pm.I got a tow to Tire Express and not only did John give me a good price on a gently used tire, gave me a lesson on tire treads, but he discovered my other tire was bald and found a matching second gently used tire. His colleague put the tires on and balanced them in record time.Great service.

Originally intended to go to Mac’s but they looked busy and I had a job that required swapping 4 tires so came here instead.It’s not much to look at but the guys did my tire/rim swap for a very reasonable price on a Saturday night (when I finally had time to get around to it).Cannot comment on tire pricing as I already had mine but they seemed to have a pretty big inventoryThe guys are friendly, efficient and had me driving out in no time. Will use again and recommend to anyone needing something done before midnight.Also they speak French.

DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. CAR. HERE!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. I went here in late August 2017 in a pinch because my tire popped on a curb heading into a roundabout (lookin at you, sharp DC curbs) and I didn’t want to be riding around on my spare for too long. The guys at this tire shop were 1. Sketchy as all get out and 2. Did not do a great job explaining to me what my options were regarding my tire. They only said I could get a used tire or a new tire and I wanted to be sure that if I got a used tire the tread would be about the same as the other three tires (so when the time came for new tires, they were all worn about the same). After a failed attempt of explaining that logic, I reasoned that I’d rather have a new tire since the car was a 2016 and I didn’t necessarily trust buying a used tire from this place. I am now sitting in another tire shop a few states away because the “new” tire they sold me for $90 HAD ALREADY BEEN PLUGGED TWICE!! This tire all of a sudden began drastically deflating on my 10 hour drive and as the auto tech here showed me, this “new” tire I bought was far from new and I had been scammed. Again, DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. BUSINESS. HERE!!!!!! Finding reputable and trustworthy businesses can already be a challenge in the first place, so let me help you now and tell you that I’ve got proof that this place sucks. I’m pissed!!

Seriously cant complain on anything about their service. They got me out of there pretty quickly, were all generally friendly, and I felt the price was reasonable. Needing an immediate tire because you dont have a spare is always a stressful situation, and these guys helped out!

These guys were great! I got a flat tire on my way to work, at 5:30 in the evening on a Friday night, and was towed here. (By the time I got here it was after 9:00 pm) AAA gave me Macs as being open 24 hours, but my tow truck driver recommended these guys. We drove past Macs on the way here and I could see that there was about 4 cars lined up waiting for tires/tire repair. I got to Tire Express and there was no wait. The guy that helped me was friendly and was able to repair my tire..saving me the money of having to buy a new one!! The repair cost $20. I was so glad for that..obviously! I will remember this place if I am ever in this predicament again!

I came there to buy 4 used tires and they sold it to me for $175.00 less than what Macs was selling me. Great customer service also, very friendly and kind people. I recommend them for anyone who wants to buy tires for their car

So, its a Wednesday night and I get a flat tire. I call AAA and they recommend this place called MACs tire place. I call, twice. Both times I was rushed off the phone/not given an estimate on my tires. I dont do bad customer service, especially as a woman. The super nice AAA driver picked me up and recommended Tires Express, Inc, and I went along. From the beginning, they were super friendly and HONEST about what it would cost me. They even saw that my lug-nut was damaged, and threw in a free one. I was so grateful! I chose a used tire, but showed it to me beforehand, cleaned it up and put it on properly! Such a great experience and I would recommend them to any and everyone!!!!

I went in looking for a quote for new tires and was impressed by the courteous and quick service provider. He told me I could get my tires replaced then and there instead of coming back the next day. I ended up getting all my tires replaced with new tires and was on my way in 25 minutes. Very well priced, fast and friendly.

The lady working there was extremely rude, doesn’t know how to talk to customers. We had tool to change our tire by ourself and she came out screaming and yelling about us changing our own tire. She continued to come outside and harass. The other people working here were fine and helpful. The lady at the desk with the short bob. Don’t recommend. Really needs to be fired. Cursing and yelling at us for changing our own tired instead of paying for our tire change. I was asleep in the car after hours of driving and being sick and she came out here and woke me up with her screaming. FIRE HER.

We wound up with two flat tires on the highway into Washington DC on a very hot day. Our AAA tow truck driver drove us to Tires Express where they sat us in the shade, immediately gave us new tires, remounted and balanced them, gifted us with two cold bottles of water, told us that it could have been worse and life was really good, and sent us on our way with many smiles.

I went to Tire Express to find out what was wrong with my tire that I had gotten from another tire dealer. I wasnt sure if the tire was put on incorrectly, or if I had been sold a bad tire. The gentlemen at Tire Express were courteous and also fast. They told me exactly what was wrong with my tire and asked if I wanted it fixed versus just assuming. It was only a simple patch, but the service was great. A 15 dollar purchase I didnt mind spending.

About a week ago I needed a new tire. I called aaa and the driver referred me to this tire shop. I needed 2 tires. With tax I ended up paying 180. Less than a week later one of my tires are flat. I’m getting it changed and the guy from aaa tells me that there is a nail in my tire. I asked how long you think it was there he told me it’s been a while. I don’t know if they sold me a bad tire just because I’m a woman but it was a complete waste of my money that I don’t have. I called and spoke to someone, he told me I can come and switch my tire out but I’d rather not because I would have to pay for a tow and I don’t know how reliable the new would be. I would Never come here again.

I got my two front tires here. It was a long wait but satisfying . The staff is professional and they are able to prove details about your car and how long to bring it back for inspection or wherever they think is necessary .

They took longer than usual because the guy was working on two cars at once. They v swore my lug nuts were bad and charged my $3 per lug nut to replace. Then attempted to sell me a used tire that I know was only worth$50, for $70 we settled on $60 and the guy claimed he wouldnt charge me for labor but then at the end of it charged $10 to remove tire with tire key!!! Total cost $93 on what shouldve been a $60 job at most! NEVER AGAIN. I prob couldve gotten a better deal at the 24hr tire place on Florida Ave NE. Lesson learned. :(
