If I could post less than a 1 star I would! My son bought a used Audi S4 in Virginia, it had a light on the dash, he took it to them to get fixed; they had the car for about a month, they never once called him w/updates he had to chase them down. Once they finally got it fixed and put back together ($8500 later) they told him that he would have to have some air jets replaced as well that will now cost him another $1500, because they will have to pull the engine BACK out to repair it. Now it still wont pass Emissions and they are telling him that they cannot give him an exemption even though he spent way more that the state required $150. Will NEVER EVER use this dealer again for anything! May never use a #1 Cochran dealer ever!

What a great place to buy a car. It’s the right sized dealership for the kind of product they are selling. Not one of these mega dealerships where it’s turn and burn. My wife and I bought a CPO Audi Q7, the car is incredible but that aside the experience was the best I’ve ever had. Chris (who I think is a manager) was really great. Very honest and respectful of what we were trying to accomplish as far as our needs, wants and budget. We got a great deal and so happy with our purchase. If the service experience is similar it would be hard to go anywhere else. I will be recommending to friends and family!

I expected better from a luxury car dealership when i take it in for service. i get my car back with panels scuffed and pieces not lining up correctly and won’t take care of me for those issues and say it’s not their fault when they are the only ones to take apart my car.I appreciate the response. Wasn’t a very good look to be showing up with these small issues here and there. I did spend a lot of time waiting here and being charged on a credit card with no explanation no phone call or anything. i would appreciate a better communication from this dealer.

I just recently bought a car from Audi Washington and I cannot say enough about my experience! From my initial contact with Sherri, to Chris and John, I’ve never had such good customer service..anywhere! It was fantastic vibes from the beginning thanks to everyone involved being so quick to respond, and to their politeness, their easy going nature, and yes..even joking a bit, I HIGHLY recommend giving them your business. I personally didn’t buy an Audi, I lucked into my perfect Jeep, but the whole car buying process (especially during covid) was absolutely flawless!

I wanted to write and express my appreciation for the solid, timely, and expert work performed on my Audi. The car experienced a significant engine malfunction causing substantial damage. Steve C. in the service department gave me an estimate for repair. While costly, I thought the price was reasonable. To make a long story short, the price was extremely reasonable because a number of rather expensive parts were not included in the estimate. Steve C. and Audi management were extremely professional. While they advised me of the error, they made no attempt to charge me for the parts stating that it was their error and their word is their word on price. In my view, this demonstrates a high degree of business integrity and honesty. Steve C. owned the issue and dealt with it honestly with the approval of his management. At a time when premium car dealerships and many businesses are hurting, I felt that Steve C. and Audi of Washington made excellent decisions demonstrating that they value their customers above themselves. I would also make reference to the performance of the mechanic and the shop foreman. To make this repair, the car needed to be completely torn apart in the engine bay. We picked up the car, it runs fantastic, it is cleaner than when we brought it. So, while we were, of course, disappointed that a repair was necessary, given the mileage and use of the car it was not a huge surprise. We are very grateful that we were not taken advantage of by the dealer and that their expert mechanics were able to solve the problem and repair the car. The fact that, they also honored their word to their detriment and put the customer first should be noted and this business should be supported the next time service is required for your vehicles or a new vehicle is necessary. Audi Washington made my new car purchase seamless. You could test drive at your convenience either they bring the vehicle to your home or you can stopby at the showroom. Glen Adey did an awesome job of giving the best price without back and forth. He was very professional and didn’t come across as salesy. He provided all the information that I need and let me make my decision. Once I confirmed, he scheduled the checkout very easy. I walked out in 45 minutes with my car.

I walked in to Audi Washington to learn about the Audi models and to gather information about the brand. I was lucky to have Dan Parker as my Audi Specialist. He discussed what type of driving experience I wanted, how I would use the car, and a multiple of other questions about me in general. We both decided an Audi Q5 was the best suited to me and my lifestyle. He went over the options, told me good and bad points about owning an upscale SUV, and was totally honest in his responses to my questions, even if it might have colored my thinking towards buying an Audi. I went home, did my own due diligence, and kept thinking about Dan and how he treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted out of an Audi, and was so totally honest with his replies. He also taught me several things about driving different brands I was unaware of. I went back the next day, took a test drive and bought my Audi. My experience with Dan convinced me, a life-long Toyota owner, that The Audi Q5 was the best car for me! It was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had.

He provided the best customer service experience I have ever had in a dealership. He is passionate about his job and it shows. He went above and beyond to satisfy my purchasing needs from meeting my budget goal to getting the right color and interior Audi A4 I requested. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I took my car here when the factory installed battery died while I was 600 miles away from home. I called the dealership an hour before arriving and was transferred to five different people before finally confirming that the dealership had the correct battery in stock. During that game of phone tag, I left voice messages for three different service advisors who didn’t return my call. Upon arriving I informed the first person I saw that I needed a replacement battery and he assured me it would be in the service bay within a couple minutes without asking for any further details. Nearly two hours later I was provided with a bill that included two hours of labor to replace a car battery. Service advisor 5092 worked with me to cut that down to one hour of labor. However, I’ve already filed a dispute with my credit card company requesting a refund on the unauthorized diagnostics and labor to help compensate for my wasted time. The service advisor admitted that the service department was short-staffed and overworked and my experience made that fact obvious.

I was forced to have my car fixed here as it’s one of the few places that work on Audi’s. They were very kind and scheduled a last minute repair for my car. I realize this a a dealership but $150 to plug in a diagnostic tool is ridiculous! Any small garage would have done that for free! Then I was charged $300 for parts an labor. Considering is was only spark plugs, that’s an outrageous charge. Only have your car repaired here if absolutely necessary. You will be paying an arm and a leg. But as I said, they did all they could to have it finished that day for me.

Made an appointment on Nov 4 to have my Audi Q5 picked up for service. Always had excellent service in the past. Paul and Jay always a delight to speak with. The valet arrived today, December 2, and informed me their policies had changed. I now needed to give a credit card for a loaner vehicle because I could smoke, get dog hair in it, damage the vehicle or not replace the gas I used plus they may need to charge me for repairs. I was treated like a potential deviant. Shouldnt I be able to approve charges to be applied to my credit card prior? The valet, Josh, seemed nice but not confident as he had to call when I questioned the policy. The girl on the phone, eating or chewing gum in my ear, noted this had been the policy since she has been at Cochran, an entire 4 months. She had no customer service skills and she snapped when she said she had tried to call me earlier in the day to set up the valet. I admit I stand corrected in that I had missed her call at 9:40 am but had made a return call at 10:40 am. Roy didnt call me back until 2:14 pm. You had nearly an entire month to call and tell me the policy change. Why wait until the day of or send a valet to deliver this news? You dont trust me with your car, I dont trust you with mine. I plan to begin shopping for a new car this afternoon so I will no longer have to associate with Cochran Audi Washington. Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed for being a “luxury” dealership. My husband and I stopped by this past weekend to take a look at a few cars but had to park in the Wendy’s lot next door. We walked around outside for ten minutes or so before coming inside. As I began to open the door I was almost hit by the door swinging open by a man in a suit and tie who had a angry look on his face. We thought it was a manager of some sort. Nobody even acknowledged us when went we went inside either so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. I’m happy we did not purchase an Audi after reading other reviews about this place and their service department. Poorly ran business!

Almost 5 years ago I bought an Audi A8. The cost of this vehicle was about $100,000. The vehicle currently has 88,000 miles on it. I took it to Audi Washington to have it fixed. The staff there was very friendly and efficient. They had my car for several days and were having trouble figuring out the problem. They got in touch with Audi corporate. After two weeks they felt like the timing chains were bad. Audi corporate was terrible. They couldn’t make a decision on what they were going to do. I missed there call one time and never heard back from them. I called them at least 5 more times and emailed them three times. I have never heard a word. Audi Washington explained this shouldn’t have happened and they were sorry for corporate’s non response. I now own a 100,000 car that cannot pass inspection or get an emission with 88,000 miles on it. I would also like to add the maintenance has been perfect on this vehicle. I would never recommend an Audi to anyone based on the poor response from their headquarters. When you buy a car based on German engineering and you should of bought a KIA for more miles you start to kick yourself.I have never written a google review in my life. I actually had to have someone show me. I apologize to Washington Audi as this is not their fault. I could not find anywhere to respond on the official Audi site.

Many of us Audi buyers are loyal to Audi and their dealerships. For the extra we pay for service and repairs, we expect and probably deserve that dealers try to take care of their customers. In this case, Audi Washington replaced my pothole-blown tires in May without asking if they were covered by the road hazard insurance that I thought was automatically triggered and was obvious I might be eligible because my tires were clearly pretty new. Because I asked only as the bill was presented and not before the service was started, they are saying I am now ineligible to file a claim. Ineligible. Dude, you wasted your money! Customer dis-service.

The experience while buying my certified A5 was excellent. I appreciated lack of pushing or long sales pitches, just a constructive conversation about financing options and warranty. If I could rate, no stars, I would. Dont buy a car there, they dont need your business. I called on April 1 to inquire about an A3 and needed to get into a car immediately as my car had just been declared a total loss. The salesperson said he would check on a demo for me and call me back that afternoon. Having not heard from him, I called again on April 2nd and spoke with the same salesman. He apologized for not calling me the previous day and said the demo had already been sold. He then said he would have the sales manager do a search for me to see if they could find me a car and that he would call me back in the afternoon. Having not heard from him again, I bought an A3 on Monday evening from another dealership who went out of their way and delivered the car to my home on Tuesday -- what a great Day!4/12/16 -- Received a call from the manager today to tell me they called me last week and left a message that they found me a car. Perhaps it eases his conscience to tell me that, but I scrolled the history on my phone and there were no messages and no calls from that number or even from that area. I told him I did not receive any calls and/or messages, but he insisted I did. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

A huge thank you to Brendon in the Parts Department. I called to find a part for my Audi and through Brendons expertise and outstanding customer service he found the part. As I was ready to place the order, Brendon asked me if this was indeed the part that I needed. He further asked for my vehicle information to confirm that I was purchasing the correct item. I hadnt given thought to the fact that I didnt consider the model year and style when ordering. Again, he researched the numbers and assured me that yes, the part was compatible with my Audi. I had my Audi A8L in for the 10k mile checkup and it couldn’t have gone better. I scheduled for my car to be picked up at my home with a loaner. I was given a new Audi to drive for the day. The service was quick and efficient. Everything was handled by text message which I had to opt in to. The dealership cleaned the exterior and interior of my vehicle for me. I got my car back with the services completed, my car cleaned, and my windshield washer fluid topped off. Thank you to Josh who made this so easy for me

Worst experience. I was buying the car out of state, I’m from Ohio. I told the dealership that I lived out of state on a Tuesday and originally they wanted me to I’m on Thursday to buy the car, I said it would be better to do it on Saturday. So they had two extra days to get the out of state title situation under control. Go to the dealership Saturday and they tell me they don’t have the title. It’s in their office in Monroeville and hasn’t been flipped yet, but that they would keep my trade and give me dealer plates for the car I was supposed to be buying. I said no absolutely not, and questioned why this hadn’t been dealt with when they had known all along that I was out of state. The salesperson’s response was “ you know you’re not my only customer”! Not professional at all. They did nothing to try and make up for it either. I went back and forth on wether or not to even purchase from them, but I did in the end just because I really wanted the car. Fast forward to Tuesday to purchase the car and they forgot to collect the down payment from me. This place does not have their stuff together and they have terrible customer service. Beware and shop elsewhere.

I brought my Audi S6 for service 2 months ago I was at the dealership for 7 hours they were not able to fix the car because the computer was down at their facility I returned home I drove back the next day only to find their computer issue was not fixed therefore my problem was not resolved I should also note that I live 50 minutes away nearly two hours round-trip I wanted to give them a try because they specialize in APR TunesThat was in August I returned today in October for a state inspection drive out only to find that they are out of stickers for state inspection Linda who is new went out of her way drove my car to another dealership to get the inspection performed, she is the only one that tried typically I work with Bobby Rahal this is my first Audi experience and let me just say it leaves a lot to be desired. I can only hope that Cochran works on this dealership and improves I will not be returning to Cochran unfortunately he just opened a new location in the Strip District which would be more convenient for me however the taste in my mouth is very sour from the Cochran experience.Today I have been at the dealership since 9:30 a.m. it is now 5:30 p.m. the car is just getting finished terribly slow here and inefficientIronically with all the time to kill I drove a new BMW X5 40e at Bobby Rahal 15 minutes away I love the carThe sales guy there tells me he will drive to my home in Cranberry Township all the way from Canonsburg for service and he will drop off a loaner and return my car to me Bobby Rahal is top-notch sadly enough I will be getting rid of the Audi for the BMW

Had my Q5 in for service late last week. This was the 2nd 10k check up in 2 years now. I dropped it off on a Thursday (late day) and they would have it all day Friday, which worked fine by me. Unfortunately, the wheels starting to fall off of the wagon when I arrived.The young lady that initially waited on me in Service kept saying that I didnt have an appointment, no record of and actually walked away from me!!In steps Steve (Service). Steve honestly wanted to diffuse a very uncomfortable situation and worked hard to find me a loaner and get me in for the following day to knock out the service for me. Turns out that the appointment that I made, apparently was forwarded to the new Cochran facility in the strip district. It probably took 20 minutes for the Washington facility to surmise what happened. I was then left with a loaner and a slot to have my Q5 serviced.I do like working with this dealership but be careful and confirm your appointment is truly made with the facility that you think you want to work with.Thanks, Steve!

No one had any answers just wanted to sell and increase my service bill. 2nd #1 Cochran for audi I went to and both has reps with no answers. They must be told only sell. Parts depart had answers and explained on another issue I had. So they were helpful.

Regardless, we had a solid experience with John again when looking for our new Q5. Hes personable and not pushy. The vehicle they had in stock wasnt 100% what we were looking for but they helped us out on the price to make up for it. We live in the area and plan to continue servicing at their location. would reccomend them to anyone looking for a new Audi.

This used to be called Audi of South Hills but was bought out this past summer. Cool, cool, so long as the service is the same and/or better.John, the salesman my S/O prefers to work with is great.We WILL for sure be seeing him and this location in the next 1-1.5 years for another Audi to replace the runner car we are picking up tomorrow.My S/O has bought 3 cars from this place now:•His first Audi, 10 years ago•another Audi with his parents, & now•a runner car for me to drive to Texas and back for the next year.We were supposed to take delivery today but I guess the work that was supposed to be done today, wasnt going to be done until tomorrow..so we are getting it tomorrow.They knew I needed to leave for Texas today and offered to give a loaner, but I know how many construction zones I have to go through between here and where Im going in Texas, and Id rather have a rock hit the windshield of a car we now own and not that of one I dont.So, Ill be leaving a day late but Id rather them be absolutely sure the car is in great condition for me to get there safely and then bring 2 kids & myself back safely! They truly went above and beyond in making sure it was totally safe to drive 2700 miles in the next 3 days.

Purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2016 A3 Premium that had just come off a lease. Unlike most dealerships, they let me test drive it before they cleaned it up and did their official certification.They take their customer satisfaction very seriously. To that end, they did new pads, rotors, and tires on all four corners as a part of the certification process, which nets you a 12 month, unlimited mile warranty on top of remaining factory warranty. The price of the car remained the same and was a fair buy.Marc and the entire staff were attentive and helpful throughout the purchase process.I have not yet had any interactions with the service department.

I contacted Jared Folmar at South Hills Audi when I needed to trade for a new Audi. He was incredibly responsive to my needs, and anticipated other ways to volunteer help that I had not anticipated or imagined. I gave him about 2 hours notice that I would be coming to the South Hills Audi showroom, and I was very pleasantly surprised that he had already gotten a vehicle like I had described in the range of my interest ready for a test drive. The price negotiation went smoothly and to my satisfaction, and no time was wasted on matters not important to me. I very much appreciated that Jared made the effort to understand and execute the process in a way that maximally met my needs and satisfaction. I spent over $80,000 for a Q8 that can’t connect to Bluetooth half of the time or when it does it shuts down my internet because of the Audi MMI that forces you to login to the car’s WiFi. This has been an ongoing problem for several months and Audi apparently isn’t addressing it. With the newest iPhone update I can no longer connect to Bluetooth at all. Never... buying... Audi... again...

I purchased my Audi A4 in the spring of 2012. I got it certified, pre-owned with approximately 21,000 miles on it. The car has been running flawless ever since. I recently stopped by the dealership and spoke with a younger gentleman by the name of Jay Barney. I was curious to find out the trade-in value of my current car even though at the time I wasnt looking to purchase a new one. Mr. Barney, having known that I wasnt interested in purchasing a car, still took about 15-20 minutes out of his busy day to get me a trade-in value and answer several questions about the trade-in process. It is customer service like this that will keep me loyal to South Hills Audi.

I went to South Hills Audi to test drive an S7. I currently own a 2012 A6 and was looking to trade in the near future. The manager told me that it wasnt a good day for a test drive. :-( Then he proceeded to explain how the S7 had just arrived and would be sold in a week or two so I better get it now (wo a test drive of course) I knew the S7 had been on the lot for 3 months. I suppose the dishonesty is something we should expect from a car salesman but being too lazy to let me test drive? Come on...

I came to South Hills Audi to purchase a Q3. This was my second trip out to the dealership. Both times I was helped with Glenn Adey and both times he was wonderful. However, the general sales manager, Patrick Green, treated me with such disrespect by insulting me and the car I am currently driving (Chevrolet Equinox). I have NEVER been treated like that in my entire life. Much less when I am getting ready to purchase an expensive vehicle. I cannot possibly understand why you would insult and degrade a potential client. If that is the attitude that comes with driving an audi, I want no part of it. I wouldnt do business with them if they gave me the car. Its a shame to have such horrendous management since the sales guys including Glenn are really great. Audi, you should put in new management immediately because Patrick Green just destroyed any hopes of making me an Audi customer.

We just purchased a new 2019 Audi A4 from Audi Washington and we couldn’t be happier. Having owned an A4 for several years we knew the quality, dependability, safety and style that Audi is known for worldwide first hand. While having our A4 serviced by their highly trained technicians we met John Rackley. John said he remembered us from our visits to the dealership even before it became Audi Washington. We told John we would be interested in buying another A4 if he had what we were looking for and the price was right. They had an A4 with the exact options we were looking for but not in the right color. When we returned from our test drive John had already located the same car in the color we wanted at their Audi Pittsburgh dealership. He had the vehicle brought to Audi Washington for us to drive. We loved it and after General Manager Heyward Penn quoted us a great price that we couldn’t pass up we now have two beautiful A4s in our garage. John did an exceptional job explaining many of the features and functions of our new A4 when we picked it up. We were treated with courtesy and respect at Audi Washington, two things I have found in short supply at other auto dealerships. I normally loathe the car buying experience and avoid it at all costs but my wife needed a new car and this is where her car research lead her. If all of my car buying experiences were like this one I probably would not hate it as much.The group here at South Hills (they call it a kind of auto boutique) is wonderful. Glenn Adey was a wonderful sales person, knowledgable, personable and supremely interested in what we wanted as opposed to what the dealership wanted. Visited the dealer to inquire about the differences between buying a Q5 and a Q7 and was treated as though our business was unwanted. The salesperson simply let us look at the exterior of a Q5 in the showroom and told us to look online for more information. When we asked whether we might be able to see a Q7, we were told that they were all sold. When we asked just to see what the cargo space looked like, we were told that they lock up the keys to the sold vehicles in the desks of the salespeople. Its a shame for Audi Washington, because we are serious buyers who already own one Audi and love it. Fortunately for us, we bought that Audi pre-owned at South Hills Honda 5 years ago and had a much better experience. Well take our business elsewhere for sure.

I went to South Hills Audi on Saturday, September 24, 2016 and within a few steps of leaving my vehicle I received a warm and friendly greeting from Audi Brand Specialist John Rackley. I inquired as to a vehicle that I had seen listed on their website to find that it had been sold earlier in the day. John mentioned that they had a similar used Audi A4 but he needed to check availability and the person he needed to speak with wasn’t in until Monday. I left my information and on Monday John called to let me know that another party was in fact trying to buy the vehicle that he had shown me on Saturday and he wanted to know if the deal didn’t happen if I was still interested which I certainly was but knew the chance of hearing back was slim at best. Tuesday I hear from John the other interested party fell through and if I was interested the A4 was available. I went up Tuesday evening and went over the vehicle, John answered all my questions and when we discussed what it would take to close the deal he took this information to General Sales Manager Patrick Green. Patrick made it possible that we could check all the boxes that we needed and that the dealership needed to finalize my trade in and the purchase of the A4. We then met with Business Manager Dave Hast who had everything ready to go and we took care of all the paperwork and Dave answered all the questions that we had. The interior and exterior of the dealership was clean and neat, we found everyone that we dealt with to be friendly, knowledgeable and there was no pressure it was actually a comfortable and smooth process. I have been to many automobile dealerships and purchased as well as leased many vehicles and this was one of those very rare times where everything went smooth, quick and trouble free.
