Great experience with Smith Motors service department. I scheduled an early morning appointment. Had an oil change and alignment performed and was out of there within an hour. Prices are reasonable. I will continue to use and recommend Smith Motors.
The service guy was so nice and friendly...the only complaint I have is the waiting area was so hot & I was in there with an elderly couple & she even said it was to hot...but I would bring my truck back again.

Recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. I was very satisfied with the experience at Smith. My wife and I worked with Mario, who was very helpful and informative. We didnt feel pressured to make a purchase or a decision on the spot like we have dealt with at other dealerships. We are also purchasing a Mustang Mach-E in the near future. I would recommend Smith Motors to friends and family as a dealership to consider when making a purchase. Previous purchases at other dealership felt rushed and was not a good experience, hence why we didnt go back. If you are looking to get a Ford, new or used, definitely check out Smith!
Even with appt I waited hours for my vehicle. They didnt even bother to put a sticker for my next oil change. They never offer oil change specials
Advisor Ed was awesome and honest. A lot of dealerships take your money and run. Ed had the integrity and ethics to make me aware of possible charges and avoid unnecessary work. Ed also reminded me of my Ford Pass account which paid for the services. Please let this review remind your bosses to continue treating peoples finances with respect, and that honesty and integrity in car dealerships is extremely rare. People will run back to dealerships like it.

I went to buy a new bronco at Smith motors and I went in the first model which did not have heated seats . The salesman asked me if it was a dealbreaker, if the car has heated seats I said yes so we went inside and he looked up a car and told me they were two. I had a choice between a black and green bronco so I picked the black one and two days later I went to use my heated seats which were not in my car. so I called the dealer numerous amounts of times and they did not make good and putting in the heated seats. They told me I would have to pay for it I will never go there again and also will tell friends not to shop there. So far 3 of my friends have got their new bronco now I will service my bronco we’re they Bought their Broncos.
John Smith runs a nice operation. He strikes me as an honest guy that cares about his business. I bought 3 new trucks there and will go back for the 4th when I wear this one out. Great trucks too nothing like an F150.

Purchased previously owned 2018 Ford Raptor and the service after the sale was awful. I was excited to be getting my dream truck and should have stepped back and better examined the vehicle. I was assured by Tyler my salesman and owners son that the vehicle had gone through their service department. After the purchase I had gone through the truck to find a filthy air filter and cabin air filter. The 2 front tires were badly cupped and after washing the truck myself by hand I found that the mirror glass on the passenger side was not connected to the motor due to missing clip. Clip can only be purchased with complete mirror and is not covered by warranty. After going back due to auto stop/start not working. Technician said he couldnt get it to work every time and handed me a pile of paperwork and said maybe I can figure it out. He also stated that he told the sales department what the truck needed when it was traded in and they didnt want to spend the money. Tyler gave me an attitude until he found out I was ordering a new Bronco and so kindly offered to give me a discount of $2,500 over the window sticker. Ordered somewhere else and got sticker. Tyler informed me that I got a killer deal on my Raptor. Well Tyler I have spent an additional $1,800 on the truck, not to mention my time, just to make it right something your dealership should have done, not to mention the $50,000 I paid for the truck.not such a deal.

I recently purchased a 2020 Mustang GT through Smith Motor having Tyler as our salesman. Let me start by saying I have purchased roughly 12 new vehicles in the last 35 years for both myself, my wife and my 3 kids. That said, my experience at Smith Motor Co. with Tyler as my salesman has been one of the smoothest, easiest and stress-free experiences I have ever had. 100% transparency concerning costs, trade-in and car availability with no I need to talk the manager routine I have experienced so many times in the past. I got a good trade-in value for my car and Tyler went out of his way to give me the best price for my new car and was able to locate exactly what I wanted. I thought that perhaps I got lucky with the salesman, but also noted the same thing with the Finance Manager; no pushing extended warranties, very friendly and informative. The car was delivered in pristine condition, full tank of gas and a lot of people at the dealership congratulating me. Best of the best....keep it up. Nice to know you have a place to go to when you need to buy/service a car without getting an anxiety attack!
The staff is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason this doesnt get 5 stars is because the waiting room is very small and uncomfortable. Not updated like Towne Toyota where there is a charging station for your device at every seat. This is just nitpicking . If youre going to stay for a while the mic and fridge are always filthy. But, again, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
First, had to find a car for my daughter and they seemed like a reputable organization. Probably charged me too much for a 12 month old Fiesta but I let their Google rating blind me a bit and my daughter liked the car. Everything went South when i asked to cancel the additional warranties that Jerry sells at the financing/deal close stage. Gap insurance and tire/paint insurance are really tough to claim against so I called the respective companies to cancel. They said I needed to talk to Jerry at Smith Ford, which I did, several times starting in May 2020. Every time I call him he says hell look into it and get back to me....four (4) times now Ive had to call him back...still no refund at the bank. Is Smith Ford holding on to my refund and making me pay interest on money theyre using? Is Jerry not any good at follow-up? Citizens Bank says its one or both of these as they havent seen any refund to apply to my loan balance since May. its now late November.

Just had another 5-star service experience at Smith Motor Co for my 2015 Ford F150. I bought my truck new from Smith and, even though my home is an hour away, its worth my time to bring it back here for service.This time I needed routine service - brake inspection, fluid level check, tire rotation. My truck was in and out in just over one hour. Additionally, the pandemic is still with us and I was impressed and relieved to see all the safeguards put in place by Smith to protect their customers and employees. From drop-off to vehicle return, masks and gloves are worn by all employees.
This service center is clean with plenty of areas to work or relax. Personnel is friendly and courteous as well. Scheduled maintenance was well done however I wish this dealership offered a complimentary car wash after service as so many others I have experienced. That would be worth 5 stars!

When I first arrived there was some minor confusion about who was going to assist me, but that was resolved in a few minutes. It was nice to see that the team makes certain that every team member has equal opportunity with customers.Mario G. became my sales guide and he took some time to find out what my likes and wants were with regard to the F150 truck I was looking for. After looking at the preowned F150s I did not see what I wanted so Mario suggested we look at the new (2019) trucks as there were rebates being offered on many of them.The truck that I was looking for was actually on the lot and I took it for a test drive with Mario and got a feel for the truck.We returned to the sales office and began the paperwork. Mario made it easy and relatively quick to complete. I completed the credit application and was given an appointment in the evening to return to finalize everything.The closing was a bit later than originally scheduled, but Jerry was pleasant and supportive and we got everything done in a timely manner.The truck I got was a regular cab, 2 wheel drive, V6 engine and is exactly what I wanted. Even the color (electric blue) was perfect.The truck is solid, easy to drive and comfortable to drive as well. I am very pleased with everything and look forward to enjoying the truck for many years.

A few years ago we bought a Ford Explorer from Smith and it was the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had and I have had quite a few. This most recent purchase of the F150 was just as pleasant. We also have all of our car service done at Smith. I am very interested in the upcoming Ford Bronco and I am hoping that Smith Motor Company will come through for us again with that purchase. I know that if I want a Ford, Smith is the place to buy it.

Smith Motor Company got me an excellent Ford Explorer - I love it! Tyler Smith was super helpful in finding both the best vehicle and best financing deal for my situation. I bought the car on Christmas Eve, and, even though they were closing at 1:00 that day, Tyler stayed until all the paperwork was finished, which was after closing. They had everything organized, and, if I handnt had to wait for my insurance company who kept me on hold to transfer my insurance, I would say this was the quickest and most efficient car buying deal I have ever experiences. I would highly recommend Smith Motors. They are fair and very personable.

Horrible horrible service. My truck was over charging up to 18 v from the alternator. Causing my dashboard to black out. Im already 2 hrs from home on my way to the vaca with 2 kids and my wife. They told me there was nothing wrong. They said they drove it a couple miles and didnt see nothing wrong.everything checked out good is what i was told. I got in the truck and drove it 0.3 miles before it started over charging. Took it right back and they literally said theres nothing wrong and theres nothing they can do. I even showed him a video of it. So here i am on the side of the road outside of the dealership waiting for a tow truck to take it to another dealership.

The Service rep said it would be about an hour and it was only about 40 minutes.I would highly recommend Smith Fords Service Department.
I’ve given Smith Motors many chances to make things right with no luck. I bought my Ford Focus ST a few months ago and wasn’t told about a bad scratch in the car door that was dented and filled with black paint, recalled lug nuts that were plasty dipped & nearly impossible to break off, more miles on my car than on contract, had to buy factory tires separately, the list goes on and on. I have given plenty of chances to make it right. I have detailed cars for them working for a mutual friend and they still did me wrong knowing I’m a single mother. Go somewhere else would be my advice

Linda and Debbie were a delight in keeping me informed and providing me with car rental information. They also provided me with a daily rental allowance to help offset the cost of the rental. I started to take my vehicle to another dealership, but I am glad I took my car to Smith. They really treat you with respect and integrity! No B.S. Smiths is the real deal.

I find it curious that Ford is always looking for reviews of the dealership experience, never the vehicle. Ive always a good experience to deal with Smith Motors during my ownership of two ford SUVs. My current vehicle, a 2017 Explorer, is that it is an average vehicle at best. Sync 3 is not a capable as earlier versions and you cannot eliminate the annoying warnings. The overall build quality of the vehicle is nothing impressive, especially for a $50,000 investment.

Extremely impressed with the integrity of this dealership. Were from Pa and looking for a pickup for our business. Made last minute arrangements to run down and purchase the truck before closing on Tuesday. When we arrived, they had all of the paperwork underway, we looked over the truck and it was exactly what we wanted. They had a crew detailing the vehicle for us while we were looking at it, due to the short notice. I made a comment about intending to add a plow to the truck and Mario immediately stopped the process and informed me that they as well as Ford wouldnt recommend putting a plow on the truck. This is my first truck purchase with intention of plowing and apparently hadnt done enough research on what the right truck would be. Rather than make a sure sale and see me on my way, they took the time to explain why the truck wouldnt be good for our application and basically talked us out of the purchase. Im grateful for the information and the fact that they saved us from making a big mistake. Often times car dealerships get a bad wrap for taking advantage of people, but not this one. I would highly recommend and thanks again Mario for all of your help.
Should have been a simple oil change using Fords Owner Advantage, but service adviser (previous receptionist) went on dissertation of how I had received too many credits. Even after showing online credit card statement proving previous oil changes were paid for she would not, seemingly could not, change her mind. Too easy to go to Family or Performance instead, not returning to Smith Motors.

Kurt looked at the car as soon as it was towed in and ordered the parts so they would arrive within a day.This is the Smith Motors difference!

They take care of both my trusty F150 truck and my wifes Jaguar for standard care and servicing (X type that was made while Jag was under the Ford ownership umbrella, but if complex issue, take it to a dealer).

I had to be towed here after my cars transmission went kaput. The woman in the service department is a saint. She was pleasant, patient and took it upon herself to set me up with Enterprise so I could get a temporary vehicle. To actually have someone take care of that for me - giving me one less thing to stress about - was incredible and above and beyond what I would have expected. I havent had service completed on my vehicle but Im willing to rate them high based on the commitment to service.

The service advisor went out of his way to assist with correcting a problem with my FordPass.My vehicle was taken in as soon as I arrived and service was completed as promised.
