Absolute joke of an experience. Most rude unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. They installed the wrong case on my phone, and when I went back was told they wouldnt refund it or give an even exchange, then when I expressed how upset I was I was told to get the f out of my store. Okay Cricket.

I came into the store at first opening to get a LG fortune 2 after my LG fortune had an unfortunate demise. The store manager (Darla?, Marla? Im so bad with names) was very polite and professional. I explained to her how I needed to recover my contacts and if possible 1000 pictures of work and life. She was able to recover the contacts but not the pictures despite her best efforts (come to my discovery i didnt back them up as I should have). She took the time to assist me and handled every detail during the nerve racking event. Thanks to her i was able to get back to operations of work without delay. She is the true meaning of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Horrible! I spent 2 1/2 hours buying new phones there. The man who was assisting us was rude and uneducated about the product he was selling. The woman manager was no different! We were told the cases we ordered would be in after two weeks, it is now going on three weeks without our phone cases! When I asked for their store number the woman on the phone said she couldnt give it to me. Am I living in an altered world? Please go somewhere else if you need cellphones!

The customer service woman working on Moday monrning (2/17/2020), at approximately 9:30AM to 10:00AM, was one of the rudest customer representatives I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was too busy talking about personal business to a man there, who was obviously not even a customer. So after waiting every bit of 20 minutes or more I kindly asked her if she could just answer a very quick question that I had about phone cases. With disgust in her voice she snapped at me, Cant you see that I am talking to someone? Needless to say I will not return to that store nor will I become a Cricket customer if this is the way they treat their customers....no respect at all.

I love dealing with Dees Wireless, theyre the only store Ill deal with! Theyre always so helpful and kind, even if theyre busy with a store full of people its worth the wait to have my issues solved!
