I visited this store on my lunch break yesterday and was really in a rush. The store was busy and I was frustrated I had to wait. I was pleased however to have been greeted right away and logged in to save my place in line. The representative figure out what I needed and because it was a quick bill pay, he asked the two gentleman that were logged in ahead of me if it was okay to quickly take my payment so I could make it back to work in time. Luckily they agreed and I was finished in seconds.Ashamed to say, I came into the store frustrated but left happy. The rep quickly looked at my account and let me know I was eligible for some additional savings and offers; I wish I remembered his name :-( He even mentioned something about business offers. I scheduled an appointment and will def be back at the end of week to review what I have available, just started my own cupcake business.Thanks!
Do not trust anything the sales staff here tells you. Read everything and ask them to write out an explanation for what they are doing. They will lie to you about the cost and switch you to whatever pays a better commission without telling you.
This location is super crowded... and always with an international crowd. The sometimes long waits would be a detraction, but the staff here is reliably awesome. Any question or issue Ive walked in with has been quickly addressed. Surprisingly good experience for a cell phone retailer.
Cell phone retailers offer a diverse range of experiences from fantastic to mediocre or even down right horrible. In that rage this store is average. The place is crowded on the weekends, but you cant blame a store for being pact.However, the staff are friendly but their knowledge and helpfulness is just about average. I often knew more about the cell phones and service plans than they did. It is not uncommon for them to consult or look up an answer to more complicated questions. So, if you are a techie and know what you want, this store is simply a walk in buy store.On the other hand, If you are a complete novice to the cell phone world, chatting with a sales rep. is a good use of your time. You will get an overview of recent models, the differences among them, plan options, and etc.
They did their job effectively and quickly. Got the phone my wife wanted, was able to finance, and all seems to be working. Prices for phones are high, but at least I could finance it over two years.

HIGHLY recommended place!!! So my son terribly cracked my screen and I was dreading fixing it because I know it can cost an arm and a leg. But I heard about this place through a friend, so I called in and Solo helped me out immediately. He told me he had an extra screen in stock but also said that if I wanted a different one, he could order it and it would be in by the next day. I decided to go with what he had in stock bc I couldnt wait anymore.Came in the same day and Solo replaced it within a matter of minutes. My phone was also completely functional afterwards, it was like nothing ever happened!Prices are EXTREMELY affordable compared to most other places and the mall kiosks (those places are ridiculous)Ive also referred a couple of people here after my wonderful experience, and they also thanked me for the recommendation.
Worst store ever. We added 2 new phones to my husbands account last March. We requested the manager to add insurance to both phones. Specifically, the manager said he recommended adding insurance especially for the first 6 months. So we thought he added it. In July, my phone screen cracked and I go to the store to file a claim and they said there is no insurance on any of the phones. So the manager indirectly said it is our fault for not letting them know right away. We do autopay and dont check the bill per detail. We trusted that the manager at that time added the insurance because he recommended to add it. But he did not. The new manager at this TMobile store wont even offer a solution. So my husband called TMobile and a customer service rep on the phone was able to retroactively add the insurance and submit a claim for us. They were able to provide a solution that the TMobile store manager did not give us.

This is my go to store for T-Mobile. Location is very convenient for me and the staff is always very helpful.They do have a full range of phones that are supported on the T-Mobile network and also a fair number of accessories for the phones.

I will return this device, the worst service ever!!! coustomer service will not help, if you purchase a pre paid mobile hot spot, you will have to return to the store to show id to continue using your service after the first week. could not work on my web site.
I switched from Verizon to T-mobile and its been better service for less money, period. My first phone with T-mo was an HTC Amaze. It had a few issues with the battery but the staff were helpful and straight up replaced both the phone and the battery to make things right. (I had the customer care/insurance package which included that, but the staff didnt argue or try to find any loopholes... they just ran some diagnostics and then offered to replace it within 10 minutes.) Then I bought an unlocked Nexus 4 and they helped me switch the SIM card and everything. My contract will be up in a few months but Ill probably stay with T-mobile on their month-to-month plans which will save a fair bit of money relative to what Im paying nowl. The HSPA-42+ is on par with my friends who have Verizon or AT&T (we check via speed tests on occasion.) I typically get 9-20 Mbps down and 1.5 up in the DC/Arlington area depending on what time of day it is. Ive not had any problems with service in urban areas but coverage can be a bit spotty away from cities. Dont think Ive ever had a dropped call that wasnt due to a tunnel or elevator, so thats a pretty good track record. Anyhoos-- theyre definitely worth a look if theyve got a phone you want.

I came to this store with the intention of adding 1GB of data to the SIM card that I already had with them (total price should be $ 10), the employee who attended me was very kind but did not know his job, he told me that my current The contract did not allow changes and to add 1GB of data you would have to buy another SIM that costs $ 10 and then you could add 1GB ($ 10 more) this solution cost $ 20, the only thing you could do with the SIM you already had was buy another package whose value was $ 30 (second solution), I went to another T-Mobile store and they fixed it for me in 5 minutes, without changing the SIM card they changed the type of contract and added 1GB which is what I wanted (price total $ 10),
