I am a current customer and I broke my phone. I called to ask what type of phone they have in stock before I can go there.The person who picked up the phone was so rude, he said I have to come in person and hung up the phone on me. He literally hung up the phone on me. Ive never wrote a review and this is the 1st time in my entire life have someone was so rude and unpleasant. I advise to nor deal with this person.

The guy that answers the phone is unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Don’t bother doing business at the Washington DC location. He deserves to be FIRED!

Good phone plans, cheap, without a contract of permanence (prepaid)

Worst place ever in town to get / buy / pay any service. They have no idea how to treat clients with corteous and friendly service explanations. Likely the owner was not there.The worst place to buy or purchase any service, the deal is derogatory and if you neglect you, you will be ruled out because you ask them something. I do not recommend it. Surely the owner did not attend me.
