Went in today and asked to smell an item. She said the display bottle was empty. She wouldn’t open another. Then I left. They did have a decent sale going on though.

Well-educated young lady working knew a lot about the fragrances. She was very helpful. I was impressed! Also, store had a wide variety/something for everyone and was very organized and clean! Highly recommended!

The girls that work here were great. My wife and I had fun picking out our new scents. They arent pushy sellers at all and all 3 were very helpful.

Ok. Given the shopping environment (outlet mall), it seemed odd to have a niche store that carried a bunch of different brands of one type of item.That being said, the staff was friendly, attentive, and informative. They assisted my wife in picking out a new cologne for me.Prices for big names were steep, so although it is likely not less expensive than purchasing elsewhere, the wide variety to choose from is a plus.Got no vibe that they were selling knockoffs (you were wondering so I just said it)

Dont waste your time if youre looking for a bargain!! You will definitely find a better deal online at other stores. BUYER BEWARE!! This store will only issue a refund or store credit for purchases. After calling to inquire about their refund policy, I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to their corporate office and someone would contact me. It has been 1 week; needless to say, no phone call.

So it was a great place to go the time that I have visited was a young lady that I gave me a lot of good information about the fragrances how to choose which ones are of quality which items were selling most popular gave great advice of all the information that I was asking about and its always a good place to sample new products

I simply bought a Perfum there in the fathers day then I saw the perfume for 20 bucks off in another store. Then I went back to get my money back just 5 mins after I made the purchase but they did not give my money back and they forced me to get a gift card. So, I just want to warn the customers on that you will get no good price for any goods there and they have an awful back policy. So be sure when buying something and think twice.

Bought something here, found something I liked better at another store, went to return it next day, and they said I could only get a gift card. Awful workers and customer service.

They had some neat stuff and was at a decent price.
