This LUSH store is absolutely delightful and smells amazing. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I always would recommend a good bubble bar.

I have tried to go to this location twice only to discover that the hours listed online are inaccurate. Why is the store closed in the middle of the day on a Wednesday? No explanation or updated hours listed on the door.

Walked about 5 steps in the store before being hassled about using hand sanitizer before browsing, although I literally touched nothing. This wouldnt have been an issue had the customer who walked in after me and touched several items received the same lecture. She didnt. Although I didnt say anything while I was there, it did bother me a bit. Please be sure to treat all of your customers the same regardless of race, ethnicity, etc. Not a good look for your brand.

Ive been to fair share of beauty supply shops because my girlfriend loves this stuff and my experience at this location has been the best up to this point. The staff was very knowledgeable, attentive, and super friendly. I was given as much attention as my girlfriend while I was in the shop and this tells a lot about a business. I can tell the owner and management takes pride in what they do because the store is clean, organized, and smells very good. I encourage anyone who is into beauty and cosmetics to give this shop a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Have always been a huge fan of Lush brand due to quality of experience, staff, product, and branding. Now a super fan as a result of the “charity” line that allows you to back a charity of your choice while making a purchase. Self care can make you feel guilty (investing in oneself) but the charity option allows you to feel like you are supporting something larger than yourself while also feeling good about the product your investing in you for yourself.

The sales girl was fantastic, so knowledgeable!

Super helpful staff can answer any and all of your questions. Their products are also fantastic, all natural and good for your skin. They are a little pricey but very worth it

I had such a great experience here! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and it seemed like a very welcoming environment. The two sales associates Ash and Taryn helped me find some products and I’m so happy with them! The one shampoo bar I bought, Jason and the Argan Oil, is absolutely amazing and worked wonders for my hair. I would definitely return to this store!!!

I wish I had gotten the sales associate’s name but she was amazing. She took the time to help me find some bath bombs and helped me find some shampoos and conditioners that didn’t have an ingredient I’m allergic to. I was very happy when I left!

Friendly staff, great stuff (if you like smells!), and well-run store.

Lush is a place for happiness and joy and colorful world. The staff here is so accommodating and well informed about their products. I was looking for a face mask and the lady helped me try and discover a long range of their products. The soaps are so colorful and the hair and facial care products are also really good. I wish they had more stores here.

I always know I’m gunna get a headache from all those potent smells... but it’s just too darn tempting to not go into a Lush whenever I see one

The store manager I worked with is so kind, really helped me towards the products I was looking for but did not pressure me to purchase. Great experience, Im definitely coming back again and again. Also I LOVE their sustainability initiatives and how this store proudly wears it on their sleeve

I have always been looking for a great shampoo and conditioner for men. Their products are very Superior.

I love Lush so much! Every store I have ever been to each employee is so helpful and nice. I have such a great time smelling all the amazing soaps and bars I spend hours there and usually over $100. Which although it might seem like a lot of money to some the products are so worth every penny. So you totally get bang for your buck.

I only give 4 stars to this place because it’s very organized and the staff are amazing. They are very helpful. However I don’t like lush products. Two of the products that I bought irritated my skin and the other ones were just hard to use

Lush is always a pleasure to visit, but this day in particular there was a very nice guy working the cash register. He was in rotc growing up, and connected with my partner and I instantly. He was very friendly, and offered samples that he recommended for us based on our athletic preferences. I return to this location time and time again because the customer service is done right.

The staff are always super knowledgeable and kind. Not too pushy but helpful when you have questions about different products and willing to share their own personal uses of the products.

The store was cute and love the neighborhood. This will be my first and last visit to this store. I was a little upset because as I was paying I asked the cashier if we could get a sample of a face mask for my husband she started giving me excuses of why she couldnt. Ive been to multiple other Lush locations and theyve let me try various face masks. I was even more hurt when I heard another associate offering another customer a sample as we were heading out.

As always, LUSH personnel are so great. Helpful and cheerful. This shop was awesome. The products are typical LUSH-amazing.

Been traveling recently and I couldnt bring body lotion on a plane due to TSA rule. Glad that LUSH solves this problem with their body butters (solid bar.)I was so pleased that I visited the shop. I had really great shopping experience and staffs were very helpful with their great recommendations and services.

Cramped, not a lot of space to move around, checkout line is usually a mess. Ive been here multiple times and every time Ive been hounded by an over-eager clerk. I am sure this is just how the company trains their employees to be, so its nothing against this particular location. But hey, Lush Corporate, can you chill out with the uppers youre giving your staff? Or whatever youre doing thats making them almost literally insane. I just want to grab my bath bomb and get out please!

We couldnt help but visiting a Lush when we were in Washington DC. Were from New Zealand and love lunch so had to go to see what different products they had.Great friendly service from the staff as you expect from Lush.

Everytime I come in, the employees are willing to answer my barrage of questions about the products and offer suggestions for new products to consider. If youre going to go on a weekend, try to go when they open, if you want to get your questions answered.

Very poor customer service. Beware them pushing the sale items on you. I was very clear I need a lip balm at the till - got a lip tint pushed on me and then no help when I tried to immediately return it as it clearly wasnt a balm. No refund or exchange offered.
