Trey was excellent as usual. Very professional! Knows his talent.

Always friendly! Everybody in the store is helpful. And they practice safety measures; cleaning, hand sanitizer, etc. Other customers tend to socially distance. Its always a good experience and they have a great selection.

I went to ulta yesterday at 7pm exact and they say they close at 9, well i went to go in and the doors were locked. The lady at the register stared at me like she was dumb founded, and didnt even bother to say hey we are closed or hey we close early because etc; You lost my business. Change your hours on your website if you are closing early its a waste of drive for some people.

Probably my favorite store that I’ve ever been in. All the ladies working are eager to jump in and help whenever they can. Wide and inclusive collection of products for all skin types and tones. The salon is awesome too! I love stopping in to see what new products they bring in since it seems like there’s always something new to find there.

Hayley is the best, and the go-to pro. When I dont know what I want she can come up with the right cut that works. Shes a great listener and an overall amazing person.

The girls that work here are SO nice. They will recommend products to you and if they aren’t sure of something, they will ask another employee for their opinion. I feel welcome here, which is why I choose Ulta over Sephora any day. Thanks ladies!

I have been to the salon at Ulta at least six times now and both Tara and Bonsel have done my hair. Both are extremely great!!! My mother also gets her hair done by Kim and she absolutely loves her! Would recommend any of the stylists at Ulta! They are very knowledgeable and are very helpful! Thanks again guys!!

Vaughn their store manager was very rude because one of their employees must have stocked an eyeshadow pallet in the wrong place and when i pointed it out to her she was really rude and dismissive as if my money was no good there! I now take my daughter to Sephora where we have been welcomed with open arms! I will never go back in Ulta!

I changed my 1 star to a 4 due to the fact Ulta reached out when they seen my original review. Tee store manager Kim is amazing!!! She contacted me and got the problem resolved with no issues! She will be the only person there to do my hair!!

I was in town meeting up with someone and arrived early so I thought Id check out the ulta fall haul sales. To my surprise the staff was so nice and helpful, however one did feel a little I know it all but maybe I confuse this for confidence in her job. Lol. Anyway, I found so many great deals and Im sad I couldnt spend a lot of money until pay day when the sales are over 😭😭🤣

The benefit brow bar should be closed until they can get a reputable brow artist cause the girl that did my brows took half of my left eyebrow off, made my brows completely uneven, and had me walking out of there looking like Cruella De Vil. Would NOT recommend!
