Extremely professional, responsive and unbelievable customer service! The t-shirts were of great quality. Thank you to Mr. Micha who was our point of contact. He was literally answering to all our queries 24/7! His responses came so quickly each time. Our organization had a huge yoga event at the Mall area in Washington DC and we cant thank Crooked Monkey enough for its brilliant customer support. We had 2000 guests and literally everyone loved the t shirts. The t shirts were not only of superior quality but also at a reasonable price. Weve called/ emailed/ texted so many times with last minute changes, but weve received responses immediately- each time, every time. The t shirts came on time, just as they had promised. Working with Crooked Monkey was SO easy!! I ordered a large set of tshirts on a tight deadline and they got us just what we needed! The quality was excellent, and the price was better than anything else I found while shopping around.

While I did not order from the shop due to my need of a very small order and time constraints, Matthew was very helpful, professional, and timely in answering my questions!

I emailed with Ana and she booked an appointment with me to talk to Micah and view the merchandise. I had specific merch I wanted to see and communicated this to her. She confirmed my appointment two days before. When I showed up, Micah was no where to be found. The front desk contacted him and he called me, got my name wrong, and had no idea we were meeting. He said he was in Georgetown and could meet at 2pm (my appointment was at 1pm). I told him I told time off of work (without pay) to go to the appointment. He told me that he could meet me at my place of business later. When I asked how he would bring all the merch with him, he responded that he would bring some popular mens and womens tees. This really upset me because it was obvious that he didnt read my emails (nor was my request communicated to him). I was only interested in womens hats and certain types of ladies tees.Some other things to note: checking into We-Work (where Crooked Monkey) is located was like the beginning of a science fiction novel. I had to scan my drivers license and have my picture taken which would then send a ping out to Crooked Monkey. All the check-in staff would do is wait and tell you to have some coffee in a setting that made some dive bars seem luxurious. Not a professional setting at all. I really wanted to work with a local DC printer but I guess I will have to look elsewhere.

We wanted to stage a diamond dig and asked Crooked Monkey to make uscustom t-shirts for the event. I didnt know what to put on the shirts but I knew it had to look good and I wanted something clever that was a step up from the ordinary swag you see out there.The design team at Crooked Monkey made the process super easy. Its rare to find creatives so enmeshed in strategy but thats exaxtly what we got! They wanted to lean all about what makes our customers special and how they connect to our brand.
