Sometimes there’s too much crammed into a furniture/home decor store. This was a great experience. Beautiful furniture and inspiring decor, all at extremely affordable prices. The sales staff were friendly and we couldn’t have been happier with the tip from a friend that we had to stop by!

I love Passport! It’s my favorite place to shop for home decor! I have ordered in several items and I love everything I have gotten there. Sometimes the selection is hit or miss but they’re always getting new items and I never know what treasures I’m going to find! Staff is really nice and super helpful and the prices are affordable!

I have not been to passport in a very long time, its hard to resist all of the beautiful decor. Per usual the employees at front never acknowledge me, not even with eye contact. I was pleasantly surprised there was one friendly employee out I believe four or five that was on the floor. However, the store is Simply Beautiful, and the prices on the decor are very affordable.

We purchased a bed from Passport. We paid the down payment and waited 4-5 weeks for it to arrive. We finally got the call that our bed had arrived, but we were on vacation. 5 days later, We get home and call to pay the remainder/schedule delivery. Well come to find out they had lied. They said “it’s actually out of stock till January”. We have a feeling that they sold our bed!!Just terrible service all around!!! If they would have known that it was out of stock then they would have called to tell me it was out of stock and not to tell me that my order was ready for delivery.

Such a cute furniture store. It has tons of beds, entertainment centers, dinning sets, dressers, night stands, decor etc. I just wanted to buy everything 😀 Friendly staff. We were greeted by all of them, but not bothered by anyone. Im sad we were short on time. I cant wait to go back and browse more.

These ladies at the front desk wouldnt let me talk them into some kind of free pillows. They are so full of integrity and honesty - that I recommend everyone come to this store. I have never done business with a more upright and well run company in my life. It’s sad it’s come to this but the service in this place is atrocious. I don’t leave a lot of negative reviews, but they’ve left no viable option. Everything seemed so good when we first went it and spent several thousand dollars, but now we can’t get them to call us back. It seems like over half the time no one answers the phone. When they do they are so friendly and concerned about the mix up and they promise a call back after they check on it. It was like this when we were trying to track down our shipment we later learned was in the warehouse. We finally had to go in to get them to check. Now they failed to deliver our second bunk bed when they brought out the other and we don’t know why. I shouldn’t have to call and call and call and call... just for an update.

All store visitors AND staff ignorant of statewide mask mandate. Could never support a company so oblivious and selfish to not support public health. Speaks volumes about their vision and about the type of Trump loving clientele they seem to attract. Did not feel safe at all AND that definitely impacted our decision to never support them.

In my opinion Passport has an amazing selection of furniture and accessories as well as great prices that go with them. I would say about half my home is furnished by passport. So, for the amazing selection and prices I give them 3 stars. I do not believe they deserve the missing two stars because the customer service there is truly lacking. Like other reviews prior to mine, you are almost never greeted upon entry and even though they overstaff their employees to better assist customers, I am always having to hunt down an employee to help me. I understand that they can become busy with other customers, but most times they are away with other employees chatting it up and seem annoyed when I ask for help. I understand that people can have bad days and not provide the best customer service, but when the same issue has continued from the beginning, there is no one to blame but the management, specifically the person who responds to the poor reviews. When there is a lot of social proof of poor customer service, management needs to take action to improve the quality of customer service their employees deliver. I would give passport 5/5 stars any day if their customer service improved.

Dont recommend buying from Passport Home Furnishings.We bought chairs and told they had some in stock and could deliver them to our house. It has been over a month. Still no chairs and no follow throughs on their end. We have to keep calling and checking up on them. We get told excuse after excuse on why they are still not here.Furthermore, I liked a couch and I was told it would be on their show room floor in 3 weeks and they would call me when it gets in. I called in 3 weeks and was told they will never get that couch in the show room floor.Its lies after lies.If you like being lied to, this place is for you.Also the staff are the most unprofessional, rude staff ever!

The furniture is nice, but when I went in this week I couldnt look around. There is a big sign at the front door saying masks are required. There were about 10-15 employees working, not one had a mask covering their mouth or nose! I dont understand the attitude re: COVID in this area. I am high risk, and I do stay home most of the time, but if people would follow BASIC guidelines we could get on top of this. Im afraid until these people lose a loved one to this virus, they will continue treating it as an inconvenience.

Great place furnished our vacation home for a ton less than expected.Edit- delivery was late only 3/4 of the stuff came then when the delivery truck showed up 2.5 hrs late with us sitting around for it they only had 1/3 of what we ordered. Couch had a tear in it, brike the glass front on a decorative hutch, 3 pieces of art either were scratched on the front or had the framed paper on the back ripped all up who knows how the other stuff will show up. Very disappointing to such a great 4 star start. Oh and the delivery truck broke down and sat in front of my house for 3 days.

I have been shopping here since they opened.But for some reason the staff is constantly rude if you ask a question or have interest in a item, No one ever says hello or greets you They just make eye contact and look away. Where to start.... Maybe the good first? Passport has a lot of furniture that I really like, at a reasonable price. Sadly, that is where the good ends.So far, I have made several purchases at Passport. As of yet, I have enjoyed everything I have purchased. The first purchase went about as expected. The second purchase was where the problems began. I was talked into buying a couch site unseen that they already had on order under the condition that when it arrived, if it was not what I was looking for, then they would refund the purchase since they had already ordered it. This sounded reasonable to me. It did finally arrive several weeks late, but I afforded them some extra leeway due to the Covid 19 pandemic and its affect on many different industries. I went to look at the couch at their warehouse once it arrived. They were friendly there and I was able to see the couch. It was what I was looking for so I told them I would like it, and that it was already paid for. They told me that they just needed to confirm with the store and then would call me to set up delivery. About a week went by without hearing from anyone. After a couple of attempts to reach passport we were finally granted a call back with information. We were told the couch would arrive soon and then they would set up delivery. We explained that it was already there and we had seen it in person and approved it. They apologized and told us that the warehouse would contact us to set up delivery. After another week of calling to to see when this would happen delivery was finally set up and the couch was delivered.This was not even what I consider to be the worst purchase there. After several years of looking I finally found a bed set there that I wanted. After standing around in the store for about 30 minutes watching employees just chatting with each other, went back to the front desk and asked to please have someone come help me as I was ready to place an order. Finally, the bed gets ordered. I was told 6 to 8 weeks before they would have it due to covid. Sometime around 10 weeks or so, after multiple calls to get s status update, the bed finally arrived, but not the nightstands. I was told if they delivered the bed, then they would have to charge me again for delivery of the nightstands so I decided to wait. It was several more weeks, and multiple unreturned calls, before the nightstands finally arrived. Delivery date was finally set and I was just happy to finally be getting my bed set. The afternoon of delivery I received a call saying that the bed had shipped with the wrong rails, so they were going to have to postpone delivery and have new rails expedited. After a few more weeks, and yet again, multiple promised call backs that never happened, the bed rails were finally in. The warehouse is actually the one to call me and notify me. I was told they just needed to clear with the store and then they would set delivery. Fast forward another 2 weeks, and after more unreturned calls, finally they told me that the footboard was damaged (first time I had heard this) and I was able to get them to agree to delivering the bed set and then bringing the footboard to change out once it arrived. It has now been several weeks since that, and of course, not a peep. This bed order has been a 6 month plus ordeal now. They said 8 to 10 weeks, and using a conservative estimate we are now at over 24 weeks. In fact, the 6 month no interest financing is now over, and I still dont have my full order.I would have actually given Passport Furnishings only 1 star, but I do like the stuff they choose to inventory. Additionally, through the massive and repeated lack of communication on their end, they have always actually been polite with me.My recommendation if you decide not to just skip going in there at all (which you probably should) is to only make a purchase there if it is in stock, I would even go so far as to say you might want to make sure you see it, and just take it home right away.

Worst costumer service ever! Waited 5 full months for my couch that they told me would take about 6-8 weeks to come in. Then when it finally came in, it took another month to actually get it because nobody knows how to communicate at their warehouse. Had to pick it up myself because nobody ever called to schedule delivery. Don’t bother leaving a message because they never actually return phone calls. I will not recommend shopping there to any of my friends or family.

Great prices, HORRIBLE service. Unbelievable. When you walk in youre ignored by the workers and when you order furniture the communication is non existent. I was in the store June 2020 purchasing a dining table . Love it ! There was some A-hole loud mouth customer screaming he was going to leave a bad review because his couch was being delivered a week later than expected . My kids call this “ First World Problems” Throwing a tantrum because your brand new clean couch will be delayed . Some people still have dirt floors . I love my table - I will be surprised if MR A- hole actually follows thru with his threat !Great store, great furniture and decor !

The employees were so helpful in answering all our questions and worked with us to find a great solution for the furniture piece we needed. Passport has the best furniture and decor and at great prices! I searched for a LONG time to find the entertainment center of my dreams in black. A hard find in itself but also at a reasonable price. Everyone that sees it loves it and asks where its from. I send everyone I know to passport and will be a customer for life!

Working with passport interior design has been a nightmare. I hate to give them even one star. The poor customer service is horrendous. I can’t tell you how many times they have missed or rescheduled appointments, not brought what they have promised, given excuses about their internet being down, saying they lost our phone number, and the list goes on and on. It’s a TOTAL JOKE!! We hired them to make furnishing our home easier on us. Instead we have lived through a nightmare. It’s taken them MONTHS to get only half the furniture into our small home and it’s still not done. So many broken promises it never ceases to amaze us. I’m sure the management will get on here and defend themselves like they do with ALL THE OTHER POOR REVIEWS. We have felt like their lowest priority.

We bought a couch and entry table from passports and are absolutely in love with them! Such a great purchase, everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We were able to pick everything out that we loved (colors, cushions, pillows, arm shapes etc.) anytime anyone comes over we get a ton of compliments. Highly recommended them to anyone!

Passport Wholesale Furnishings is my go-to for furniture and home decor! Their selection and prices are amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a price quote for a light fixture from a competitor and found I could order it here for nearly half the price! And the other day I stopped by hoping to find the perfect bed - I wanted to find one I could take home immediately since we had been sleeping on a mattress on the ground for a week! I found it! I was in love and couldnt believe the price when they told me. I couldnt take it home fast enough, and the employees were even so amazing to stay a bit after hours taking it down for me. We LOVE Passport and will continue to shop here again and again!

This place is filled with great furniture. All of the furniture inside is amazing especially the bedding. The staffis very very helpful if u need help to find something u looked at online and also can give very good directions. also most of the stuff is pretty cheap.

Great home decor

We are somewhat new to the area with a vacation home. So I thought I would stop in for my second time because I needed a few home accessory items. I like to support small independent businesses. But, in the world of easy on line shopping today this store needs to seriously ramp up its customer service. The woman sitting at the front counter on Monday, January 21st approximately 4:15 pm never thought to even say, hi as I walked around the front section of this store. Very awkward since she and I were the only ones in the front. Not until I was two step from leaving the back room heading to the exit did a man finally say something to me. Yes, I did tell him how poor his service was. As a small retail owner myself my customers are at the least greeted when they walk into one of my stores and given a thank you for stopping as they leave. I understand that at busy times it is hard to see if every customer is doing OK. But I only came across a mother daughter that were shopping. I did see many employees throughout the store, again not even a hi.I have never forgotten that it is my customers that are top priority. Why because they keep me in business. Lose your customers any you lose your business :( To the owners of this store dont take your business for granted. Brick and Mortar stores are becoming dinosaurs fast. You have heard of the internet/Amazon? Everything you sell can be purchased online.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a sectional in October. They claim they deliver to Salt Lake they failed to mention its only when we can get a full truck and when the driver has nothing else going on that weekend. Oh and we only deliver to the curb. Again only mentioned once we already paid. Didn’t get our sectional until the middle of January and it was missing 2 pillows. Here we are middle of March and still don’t have the pillows. They brought them all the way up last weekend and then failed follow Instructions and leave them at my door. I was supposed to get them tomorrow and today get a call that isn’t going to happen either. JUST PUT THEM ON A FED EX TRUCK! To anyone living in Salt Lake go buy your stuff at the Furniture Lady in Blufffale. They carry the same stuff and are so much better with customer service. If only I had known of them prior to October.I would like to add that I did get a call from the sales person and the owner after this post. Wish it didn’t have to come to that. They did send the pillows to my house and I recurved them 2 days later. I really liked the store cute furniture and decor. Hopefully they will learn from this. Maybe someday I can give them another try.

You feel like you are walking into an HGTV set. Lots of stylish items at reasonable prices. Youreally need to go around at least twice to be sure you see everything. If you like Fixer Upper and/or Scott Brothers Living youll enjoy the experience and probably find something new.

Love the items in the store but after a handful of purchases with them, dont plan on getting anything quick or on-time. Its fairly disorganized and difficult to talk to someone who can track an order or check in when an item will be available. Many of the items they dont have in stock, so before you fall in love with that next furniture item, make sure its available quickly (triple, triple check). One of the orders we made, the item was on backorder for over 45 days, and then the time to ship is still unknown... So if you can make those timeframes work, this might be the place for you. Maybe its just a place to get inspiration and then find a similar product online and ship it to yourself sooner. Fingers crossed our items show up soon...The prices are reasonable. Not the top priced, but definitely not the lowest either that some reviews have raved about.

Great selection of furniture that was just what we were looking for. From hip to classic to country styles, Passport has great prices and service.

January of this year we ordered several items. Upon delivery one item was defective and the store personnel left without telling us. I contacted the store manager and a representative was sent the following week only to verify the the item was defective. The store representative suggested to cut the legs but I would not approve this action. A replacement has been ordered but as of April 29, 2018 the item has not been received.I will not purchase any items from this store in the future due to the fact the managers have not kept me notified of its whereabouts nor has been truthful with me.For me the service of this store has been terrible.

Im always suspect of any business that violates Google Reviews and Federal Trade Commission policies by buying reviews in exchange for chances to win awards. Buying reviews is a shady practice. They also have 5 star reviews from their employees, which is a conflict of interest as well. Ive been to Passport, and they carry low quality, imported, throw away items. You get what you pay for.
