I used to work here. The service is great, the associates are amazing at their job. Youll find the perfect bed at prices unmatched in the area. This is THE PLACE to get a mattress.However....the management needs work. While this is a good business to shop at, its treatment of the employees mental health is horrid.I personally have experiences of my therapist telling me to Keep my head down due to the abuse. The employees are often angry about the changes in the company and have anxiety about visits from their leadership. You get paid, but your mental state suffers.Security concerns do not get addressed in this specific establishment, nor do maintenance concerns. Sanitary procedures seem to be taken on the floor, however dead bugs are an issue when staring at the ceiling on a bed. Overall, this is why I give a 2 star review. One Star for the employees, One Star for the Service, No stars for local escalated customer service, No stars for corporate activities as Mattress Firm is behind the times on advancement in business technology and diverse presenting to all clientele. And finally, no stars for the facility, AC breaks in the hot summer months, the building isnt secure, and there are holes in the walls and bugs in the ceiling.Fix these issues and more stars will be warranted.

Diane was very helpful. She helped us figure out what we liked, and wanted, and she was very budget conscious. She found a bed for us that met our likes and needs, and at a price we could afford. It was a pleasureable buying experience.

The only thing is they make it very difficult to get no interest finance loan. I felt real small not being approved to purchase a bed that way. Other than that I did find a nice bed Ill be sleeping on the end of next week.

The store was very clean and organized, we knew what we wanted when we got there. The salesperson Ira was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, everything went smoothly and she had the best attitude and was very polite and made buying the mattress such an easy process!!! We went looking for mattresses the day before and it was a headache and they were trying to sell us more than what we wanted and when we got to mattress firm it was such a big difference. I would definitely recommend buying your mattress from this location in Washington pa! You won’t be disappointed. We got a really good deal on our new mattress and we can’t thank this store enough for your amazing atmosphere and your awesome employee!

We bought a mattress and adjustable base. Pricing wasnt bad and service was good for what was offered. However, there was a sign outside on the walk offering a free adjustable base with a mattress. We werent told it was only one level of adjustable base. So we went through with the transaction thinking we had received that free adjustable base. We were never told it was specifically one style of base. Our mattress cost $3600 and the offer qualification was $999. The sales person was nice but never told us or offered us the base that went with the offer.

Four stars instead of five because the mattress we chose is not in stock and we have to wait almost a month IF they can get it in. My husband and I had thought for years that wed like to buy a Sleep Number bed, but after laying on them in their South Hills showroom, speaking with their customer service and reading different reviews, we decided they werent impressive or comfortable enough to be worth the price (nor to deal with potential maintenance issues with so many working parts). So, we were back to the drawing board.We then visited 3 mattress stores in Washington, but felt the best about our interaction with Diane at Mattress Firm. She patiently listened to understand our needs and to answer all of my questions (and I admit I had a lot!). She then made good recommendations to help accommodate both me and my husband. If I had a question she didnt know the answer to, she was quick to look it up or call someone who knew. She was patient and personable and not pushy at all. We didnt buy that first day, but after discussing our options and doing a bit more research, we headed back to the store the next day to purchase. We received a discount on our mattress as well as a significant discount on a King sized adjustable base! I admit I had no plan or desire at all to buy an adjustable base, but my husband really wanted one and Diane helped me see that it could function like a platform bed (what I initially wanted) with ample storage space underneath!The delivery was fast and easy and the gentlemen who delivered and set up our bed were friendly and professional.We love our new bed and adjustable base and would definitely recommend Diane and the team and Washington Mattress Firm!

GREAT SERVICE !!!!I really mean this! We went over Memorial Day weekend to buy a new mattress. We came real close to buying a Casper mattress, but thought wed look around first. Mattress Firm was open and Diane was our salesperson at the Washington, PA store. She was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy and gave us suggestions. We purchased a Beauty Rest Hybrid with the adjustable base and are so very happy with it. We are sleeping better already!!! Delivery was great as well. They emailed us regularly as to the date, delivery window time and when they were on their way. It didnt take them long at all to set things up. They even took our old mattress/boxspring, wrapped it up in plastic and put it in our garage (since we were going to keep it for our camp). Its nice to deal with people, or a company, and the whole experience from start to finish is smooth and hassle free....and I can say that is the way it was for us. Thumbs up from the Pauleys!!!

I recently purchased a bed from Mattress Firm. I spoke with Diane and she was extremely helpful and was able to get me a King Size bed for the price of a Queen based off of one of the current Promos. The bed was delivered timely and the delivery crew was very helpful/professional. They did all the wok for me and all I had to do was make the bed once they left. I did notice a slight defect in the bed after about 3 months, but after filling out an online form I was able to get a Warranty Replacement delivered days later. Overall, the quality of my Serta Bed is top notch and the customer service was excellent all around.

The minute I walked in everything went smoothly. Both sales associates were wonderful and they made the experience one to remember! Super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

I would never shop anywhere other than mattress firm moving forward!From the moment we walked into Mattress Firm the team (specifically a guy called John) really listened to what we had to say and what we were looking for. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and provided us with an excellent price on the mattress during the sale! We are so pleased with our purchase and the decision to shop there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PARTICULARLY THIS LOCATION. If you carefully compare the specs of their mattresses compared to their competitors, theirs are WAY overpriced. Also, if you have them deliver, they may or may not show up ... at all. This company is awful. Their entire organization is set up to give the customer no recourse once they have your money in their pocket. I never been so pissed off in dealing with a retail company in my life.

George was a very informative salesman. He was not pushy and provided us a lot of information about mattresses. We selected a tempurpedic and delivery was on schedule.The mattress didnt work out for us so we wanted to return it, fully understanding the $149 fee for returns. The return was processed and a pickup scheduled. We were informed 16-18 days before the money was returned to the credit card.On the scheduled pickup day, my wife made arrangements to stay home during the 3 hour window we were given for pickup. She missed the two calls that were left 1.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time we were given.There was a message left on the caller id which was very unprofessional. When I returned the call, the delivery man told me that they tried calling 10 times, then corrected himself to say 3-4 times. I corrected him and told him he called twice. It was on our caller id and he called prior the the scheduled pickup. He said they came to our house and waited until the scheduled time. That was a lie. My wife was home and they did not show up. They would have been able to see the mattress in the entry hallway. I called the store and was told that I would get a call back. I never received the call back so called again the next day. I was told they dont do pickups on the last week of the month but George had spoken to the operations manager and was trying to work it out for us. It is over a week later now and they still havent called to reschedule pickup.Bottom line, if you are going to purchase a mattress here, there is a good, helpful salesman there to work with you. If it doesnt work out for you, be prepared to wait for your money to be returned and for them to come and pickup your mattress.

I came in for the 4th of July sale and bought a new mattress. Its sticker cost was 599$ though i paid over a 1,100 for it?! Ive had it for a few weeks now and i hate it. It hurts my back something terrible but Im stuck with it. I just wish i would have keep my old spring mattress.

Ordered a split king adjustable bed at the store. Asked the salesman about warranty on bed and he told me that the parts are plug and play and that they dont have problems with the beds. We left the store and saw that the paperwork was completely wrong (wrong bed size and wrong address). We called the store, within 15 minutes of leaving it, and they was closed. I called back the next day. When I recieved the bed, half of the adjustable bed didnt work. The delivery guy moved the top up but it wouldnt go down. He pushed it down and walked away. I tested it and told him that it doesnt work. He told me that it was frozen from the weather and that the rails needed lube. I offeref to get lithium lube, he changed his mind and told me to call the store for a new bed. I called the store and the salesman asked me f I called the manufacturer. No, the bed came broke and should have never been delivered that way. They set up for delivery of a new bed in a couple days. When it came, the bed didnt work at all. The delivery guys tried to fix it without success. I called the store and informed them that I didnt want the bed and was told that they would call me back. The manager called back and said that they would test another bed at the warehouse and deiver a new bed that day. At this point, I didnt want the bedand stated that. She told me that she would talk to her boss and they would contact me the next day. The delivered the bed and I still didnt want it. The next day, the original saleman called me and offered me free pillows. I told him that I dont want the bed or they need to do better than free pillows. I told him that the practices there are not ethical and I dont want to do business with them. The following day, I recieve a call from customer service and he was ignorant. He told me that he informed the salesman to tell me to call the manufacturer before the salesman even knew about the first issue. I told him that I dont want the bed and he informed me that there is nothing I can do without an authorized return. I informed him that Im contacting the BBB and he told me that it wont get me anywhere. I will never buy from her again.
