Dropped off a window for my basement Thursday, was told it would be fixed same day or Friday at the latest and they would call when it was repaired. Never received a call to say they were running behind. We had a trip planned so, we stressed we needed to know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly which we had to cancel last minute because of the open spot in our basement window. It’s now Monday and we finally called them, to be told it is done and little apology for not contacting us for them running behind/informing us it was finished. Poor customer service and communication skills. If we had a headache with this small of a project, I could only the imagine the one with a bigger project.

One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Great prices. These guys went above and beyond to help me repair a DIY project i completely screwed up. Glass was only one part of the project and they still helped me finish the whole project. This was a small job but the customer service and quality has won my business. you cant tell we cut this in half to fit the space
