Generally good products, but Natural Grocers refuses to carry mustard in glass jars. They have 8 different mustard products and every single one of them is in a plastic jar. For ketchup, 13 of the 14 products they have on the shelf are in plastic and only one in a glass jar.This is significant, as ketchup and mustard are acidic and will react with the plastic. They will not react with a glass jar.Even after suggesting to Natural Grocers corporate that they carry mustard in a glass jar, even referring them to a specific product, that has no added chemicals, Natural Grocers still carries mustard only in plastic.Its NOT NATURAL, as their name suggests.

If you are looking for all natural this is the best store! A lot of variety foods and supplements. Great customer service too they all were happy to help when needed.

Love going to the Natural Grocers! It is well stocked and there is always someone to help. I m continually amazed at theirtremendous stock... today I was lookingfor Beeswax, Coconut Oil, and Shea Butterto add to my Olive Oil to make PAW BALMfor my dog. With the very hot weather, herpaws and nose gets dried and cracked ...the balm soften her paws and its natural for her to lick off and not harmful.

Staff are great people but not very helpful with health products. Prices have been increasing each season. Overall a great place.

Im 100% against tyranny of forced muzzles and people who support it have no clue what theyre dealing with. However, that being said. Im actually grateful because I used to go there all the time even though it was a bit inconvenient. Since they decided to act like tyrants I decided I needed to get creative and dang the stuff I found I can get for even cheaper same or better quality was the best thing ever. One thing I used to buy in bulk was their clover cream. Im on keto and only want cream that has no fillers. Well on Amazon I can get no filler dried cream that tastes outta this world. Ive already bought at least a dozen bags and its cheaper than going over to natural grocers. Thanks for being unintelligent and helping me find better stuff👍😊👍. Even after masks lift Ill still never go back, Im too happy with my current shopping. Too bad, I spent LOADS over there.

We just moved here from out of state. We need an organic and natural store. My husband went to check it out. He came home with about 4 grocery bags full. Says he likes it. He found what he was looking for. Only downside is:. This is the only store of this sort in St George weve been told

Not as big of a selection as Sprouts, but since there isnt one in Southern Utah, that is not an option.

Natural grocers is my favorite place to shop for food!!! They have a LOT of vegan foods/items/medicines etc here. Everything is very natural and majority of it is very plant-based. The store smells amazing and has a friendly atmosphere.

Very clean establishment and aisles are clear of unnecessary clutter. All areas are marked off well so there is no confusion as to where you are headed. Staff is genuinely concerned about your shopping experience even to the point of making sure they address all who enter and ask as to how they are doing and if they need help finding anything.

Why do so many customers not wear masks? Don’t they know that it keeps the workers and other shoppers safe in case they are infectious? Other Natural Grocer stores have an attendant at the front making sure everyone has a mask and giving them out if they don’t have one.

Terrible experience every time I go in. As a natural foods store you would think that they would take into consideration people’s health concerns and not force a muzzle on your face as it’s harmful to your immune system. The man that is stationed by the door is extremely rude and will literally chase you and harass you into putting a mask on, even if you have a note from your doctor with your health issue on it, they have zero regard for you and make it a point to be disrespectful. The least they could do is offer curbside service. The mask mandate is just that, it’s not a law. And is only enforced by the owners. The only thing required is a sign suggesting the mask. As an American it is my right to stand up for myself and it makes my day when I see others standing up as well!

Greatest cashiers Ive had in a long time. The produce department always looks great and I love that they make you wear a mask. So I cant see all the ugly faces of the people hating on them for having customers wear a mask.

I no longer shop at this location as I was almost physically assaulted by an employee when I removed my mask to speak on the phone with my sister... Her name was Krista & after she grabbed my cart & tried to stop me from shopping she said she was going to call the cops...then SCREAMING in my face she continued to follow me through the store & even out to my car as I was loading my groceries. I contacted corporate viaemail...NOTHINGphone...NOTHINGFacebook messenger...NOTHINGit is obvious to me how much they do not care about their customers!

This is a wonderful place to go shopping for food or if you are looking for a better option to the normal grocery store. You will find many more unique or specialty items that are not readily seen at other stores.Overall the main thing that makes the shopping experience better is the wonderful staff throughout the store. Everyone greets you with a smile and ready to provide assistance when you need.The pricing on some items are a little higher than the regular grocery store, but if you look around and compare, other items are very competitively marked or will be cheaper, so it really depends on your selection. But I would still recommend any one to take a browse through the store and you may find something new or interesting.

The store is very clean and I feel safer shopping here compared to most other grocery stores during COVID-19. I always find something new to try. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. Mary was my cashier and she was so nice and inviting. Definitely coming back!

Many couples have a favorite place they frequently go to. Natural Grocers is our place. We have such a great time getting the healthy items we need, discovering new products to try out, and meeting friends of kindred tastes.

From a four star to one star.They are forcing everyone to wear masks. I do not believe in forcing people to do things, nor do I believe that masks help in any way. Its only a matter of time before everyone will know the real truth.

Good deals, Quality food and a very clean store. My favorite place to shop. Some items can be a bit pricey but just look out for sales and youll be fine.

I go here for the lactose free sour cream and other lactose free dairy products. The Green Valley brand is the best. The staff here are super nice and will look in the back for things if they just received a shipment. The prices are high, but everything is all natural and organic.

One of the two best stores for food in the area. They seem to have everything and they provide, through co-op or something similar, everything they can improve price, quality, and availability on like a local customized bulk packaging.

This store is calling the police on people for “not wearing a mask”. I felt like I was singled out among all the other people not wearing masks and then made an example. I had a mask in my pocket…didn’t know it was that important.

Best water in town!!

Having recently lost quite a bit of weight, Im really focused on vegetables and meat particularly organic ones. The standard grocery stores carry the same brands and the meats are usually not butchered as well as they should head be to take off the fat. This is a great store if youre on a keto diet. you have so many different options here that you dont have a standard grocery store. Im very glad we have one of these in St George

They have a pretty good selection and a great selection of vitamins, very nice staff, their prices on their items are sometimes higher for something comparable in another store, but theyre close, so ill keep coming.

I really enjoy going to this store for several reasons. Excellent customer service, always willing to help or answer any questions that I have. Their produce is always fresh and well stocked. Huge parking spaces and not too busy. Its nice to be able to get in and out quickly.

Love that it is all organic fresh vegetables and fruit though some are higher priced than Harmons. Example: NG organic asparagus almost a dollar more than Harmons. But did like free bag and chocolate yesterday for reward members...

I love Natural Grocers! The products available are high quality without breaking my budget. I love the fresh organic produce and the fact that I can let them know something I’d like them to order (non-GMO of course) and they get it for me! This one is one of my favorite places in St. George to go grocery shopping. Natural Grocers has a much more careful selection of products that sell than other places, such as Whole Foods. The company is very conscientious.

Very expensive (about 1.5x worse than Whole Foods) with minimal options. For being a natural store, they had an incredibly small produce section. Unfortunately not the best produce either, mango looked great but was brown inside
